The absolute worst!!! This place is an embarrassment. I literally checked the time before we left my house. It was 10 o'clock., we got to Chili's at 10:15 and by the time we made it in it was about 42 minutes before close. There was plenty open tables and nobody waiting. The two young girls looked at me and my girlfriend and told us it would be a 30 minute wait, while looking at each other giggling, when we told them we would wait. They told us well. We close in 30 minutes soooo... and did not want to sit us, I told them they don't close for over 40 minutes... I said we will just sit at the bar, I seen there was open seats at the bar. They told us that was not allowed lol and we had to wait to sit there as well. I told them since when did they change the open seat policy at the bar? They lied to us about the wait time and refused us service at 10:18 on a Friday night!!! almost 45 minutes before close. I absolutely pathetic pathetic.. then try to embarrass me and my girlfriend in front of the restaurant when I asked to speak to the manager who never showed up and never came out to speak to us, if I could give this place a negative review I would it's absolutely pathetic. I mean you own a restaurant and you can't sit a party of two on a Friday night at 10:15 really really what a joke! Tuesday night , the 17th of November. Ordered curbside. My order was cajun shrimp pasta. After driving home and passing out my families orders, I sat down to eat and I immediately smelled raw old seafood. I sunk my fork into my dish and ate a mouthful of stinky, grossly undercooked, bad shrimp. I just about puked. I was shocked. WTF. Now my wife insisted on returning the old raw shrimp back to Chilis. I cant take the taste out of my mouth. I'm not suggesting anyone should avoid this location. Stuff happens. It's just a real drag to have to deal with this after all the driving and waiting. Check your containers before leaving, just to make sure. ** wife returned the dish with raw bait , not asking for anything, just giving them a heads up. Server said, "that's the way the shrimp looks", okay, well smell them, she said, "I can't smell with my mask". Ok, whatever, I guess Chili's shrimp is supposed to smell like death. Normally Chili's is alright. But yesterday when I ate there with a few friends; it was especially bad. I'm not sure what happened. One friend had undercooked chicken wings. Got to Chili's around 1 pm for a late-ish lunch. We were seated immediately but after never saw a server. Each table has an I pad there I guess so one can order without talking to a human. The ipad at our table at lunch was advertising nothing but alcohol. I'm not offended by alcohol but couldn't get to any info about food. The manager walked by our table to apologize to another table. I'm not sure what their concerns were. As he walked by our table a 2nd time he didn't notice that we had no silverware, beverages or menus. We decided to move into the bar area because we needed to hurry up so we could go back to work. The person I was having lunch with asked for a manager. Had lunch here today and I see why it is always busy!! The prices are great and the food is so delicious. I had the brisket quesadillas and the brisket was so tender and tasty with just enough bbq sauce and cheese to add to the overall taste but not take away from the brisket flavor. My son and I went there for an early dinner. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas, got the food but no silverware. My water glass sat empty. Waiter never checked on us. The service was so bad that my 13 year old told me not to leave a tip! I finally got a hold of a waitress and asked her to pack my food to go, she brought me boxes. I love chili's don't get me wrong, but the service this time around was not so great. Our waiter forgot about our waters and my son's sprite. I asked if we could have my sons food with the app we ordered but didn't end up getting it until all the main entrees came out. When it was time to pay we tried using the little pads they have on the table but ended up having to wait 20 mins for our waiter to even come by and check if everything was alright because it wouldn't split out check. My wife and I tried a different chili's location and it was alright. Chili's recently came out with a few new burgers so we wanted to try them out. I ordered the boss burger. It's was expensive, but you get a lot of food. I wasn't able to finished the entire thing. The burger it self was really good! I think it has a little too much (and different types) of meat on it. Our appetizer came out about 5 minutes before our entree so we didn't have time to relax, just kept stuffing our faces...... we also ordered a dessert and it took a while for it to come out. 4/5 read more

Good place to get dinner if you are crashing at the Sheraton next door late at night and don't want to drive somewhere else. The grilled salmon is good. The ribs are just okay - they rely too much on the sauce to give it flavor. I'm not a fan of the loaded mashed potatoes, however. The food is basically just okay, a fair pass. They have a good variety of drinks but I like the mango and blackberry iced teas. The servers try hard for good service as well, but food takes a while to come out, so don't come here in a rush. read more

I ordered chicken crispers, mashed potatoes to be delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash was fine but the food was awful. The chicken crispers were over cooked, dried out and rubbery. Although I ordered asparagus and paid extra for it, I got soggy, overcooked corn on the cob with no flavor and no asparagus. I'm going to give this Chili's a three stars for tonight on the date of June 16th 2019, because apparently the kitchen staff was new. not the type of new to the location but the type of new completely because nobody knew what they were doing. There were two things wrong with my meal. 1 was I had ordered a burger medium rare and it came out totally rare, I mean barely Brown on each side of the meech and slapped on a bun. 2 a Chili's seared salmon with chili sauce was ordered but the salmon was not seared and it was not cooked with the chili sauce. It was bad enough that the manager had to be in the kitchen helping cook because nobody knew how. The server we had showed up once every 20 minutes. We stayed there for two hours, mostly because we were waiting for our server. It took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. Now to clear things up I am not somebody who just complains to complain. When I go out I enjoy my environment, my service, my food and drinks, and I like to leave recommendations for people when I have a good experience, or a heads up for when I have a bad experience. on that note I wouldn't recommend going to this location for about maybe two months so that they could get there stuff together. I have gone to this location many times and have had decent enough service to say I have hope for the future, so just give this location time. read more

Todays visit was kind of strange. My family and I went this location and we ordered appetizers, which were good. We had the pretzels and Texas cheese fries. Everything was great up until this point. My wife had chicken and steak fajitas which were brought out medium rare. She really likes to have her meat cooked well, and so we simply asked if they could cook them longer. We were not complaining at all, and the server told us that's the way they came out. Ok no problem still, we understand and are glad they can just cook what we had longer. The manager brings out the plate and this time everything was cooked to her liking. The problem was with the manager. She brought them out and rudely said they will cook them however the customer wants, but for our information, that's the way they come out. She said that at least 2-3 times. We simply did not know they came out medium rare, and now it felt the point of "that's how they come out" was being over stressed. We got that the first time our server politely let us know. With that said the fajitas were not very good the presentation is nice, but the food just didn't taste very good. I had the chicken crispers, and they are usually my go to plate, but they were not battered right. The outside looked a little overlooked, but the batter was still runny on the inside. The chicken seemed cooked. I'm still giving two stars because the server was fantastic. He made sure we had plenty of ranch, bbq sauce, and our drinks never ran out. He was awesome. read more

I've never been to Chili's before, and my first time going there was a great experience. I had the half rack baby back ribs with the original BBQ sauce- on the side, I don't like BBQ sauce. I substituted the fries for asparagus and tomatoes. Definitely a good choice! I had the strawberry lemonade- so good! Our server was really nice and our food came really quickly.
