When I told them I wanted to test drive, they copied my license and gave me a dealer plate. The car ran like a Champ and had a set of new 19" Michelins on it and new front brakes! All the options worked. There was no pressure of any kind. Their website says they don't negotiate prices, which i hadn't seen, so was kind of surprised when it was pointed out to me and they wouldn't negotiate, but still a good value for me all things considered. I bought the car and they transferred title and issued new plates on the spot and installed them. The only disappointment was that their site showed an Autocheck which indicated no accidents and 4 previous owners, but when i ran a Carfax, it showed an accident in 2014 and 5 previous owners, good information, but I still like the car. The mileage was consistent on both reports, which is good. Jason was courteous, professional and handled everything and provided us copies of everything we had signed. Do I recommend them? YES ! Dealers don't know the cars they are selling, checking it out is your responsibility and if you don't like it, don't buy it. Their facility is very nice and they are very accomodating !!

    I bought a 1997 Pontiac firebird in October of 25 and I paid basically full price for it there was…read moreno discounts because the car was supposed to be in such pristine mechanical order on the day that I had purchased it the owner had called that day and did not want to make any discounts said it was already discounted as much as it possibly could have been even though that they have that 500 MI bumper to bumper warranty I didn't even make it home before the checks service soon like came on and I've had Firebirds in the past so I was like oh well it's probably something simple and no big deal well it was a big deal it has been repair repair after repair with this vehicle I have spent close to $3,000 in repairs I am so unhappy with this vehicle I truly wish I just want to turn around and taking it straight back and it's black I want my money back but all I think they did was reset the computer on it because it would take just that amount of time for that light to come on like I said I've had those vehicles before never have I had so many repairs on a vehicle and if it's truly overlooked like overlooked make sure everything is fine and working order the horn didn't work the power antenna didn't work my cigarette lighter didn't work my headlight motor needed to be replaced just awful mechanically outside beautiful no rust maybe a ding here and there so not a big deal after you know it's almost 30 years old but to have this many repairs is ridiculous I bought it when it had 126,000 miles on it and the odometer reads 132,000 buyer beware when purchasing from them if your car is a Chevy take a ride over to the GM and have them hook it up to their on board scanner or even make an appointment and have the whole car looked over before you even purchase of vehicle from rides unlimited

Truthfully, I wasn't even looking to buy a new car. (I had a 2021 Nissan Rogue that I LOVED.). I had received an email from the dealership that had an offer very much worth considering. I had numerous texts and conversations with Zach over the course of a few days. He was professional, friendly and it was more than apparent that he cared about my wants and thoughts as a customer. He would reach out with updates even if he wasn't at the dealership but had an update regarding the potential purchase to share. I appreciated that. He was a sales person of his word which isn't always easy to come by. I will also say that I was equally impressed by Aaron Mazzoni who went over the financials and those documents with me. He explained everything in detail, and was also friendly and professional. I've both numerous cars now from Thomas Nissan and will continue to be a customer of theirs for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Review left in 2021 on Google after a new car purchase then as well---I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Thomas Nissan and my salesman, Jorge Nieves. He was EXCELLENT. Jorge did more than just sell me a car. He listened to me. He made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new car. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Too, days before I purchased the car, I had been texting with him quite a bit about what I had been looking for. He was always quick to reply. I appreciated being able to communicate with him that way as it saved some time at the dealership on the day of my purchase. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication from their service department. We consistently had to reach out to the service department ot figure out what was happening with my car. Each person claimed they didn't know the water was leaking inside the tailgate. I will not take my car back to this dealership for service. The service manager lacks customer service skills and never called us back. We tried to contact the director of parts and service and no returned call. Overall, very disappointed and wishing I never bought my car from Nissan.

    An open letter to the manager:…read more I have bought my cars from you only for the last 18 yrs. I have brought in my cars to you only for service. Last fall I brought it in because something was draining my battery. Nothing discovered. I brought it back in this spring and bought a new battery because your people told me the battery needed replacement. It wasn't the battery because I kept having to recharge it. I had it towed to you telling your service man it was the solenoid on the starter that was bad. He said he would have to run a diagnostic over the weekend. Then I get the news that you want to change the starter for $1235!!!!!! And I am also told that my rear brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. I agreed for you to replace air and cabin filter. For than you charged me nearly $400 and for the diagnostic that I didn't need. $1235 to change a starter is highway robbery. I had a new Honda starter put in for $500 parts/labor total. The rear brakes were fine. I then drove to Midas to have the brakes examined. They too said they were fine. Add to all this, you wanted $800 for an oil breather filter? Your people have tried that trick repeatedly. You need to re-imburse me for that diagnostic charge. You also need to rethink your prices and definitely your scams. I just pulled off the rear wheels myself and looked at the brakes. I no longer trust your maintenance dept and will probably file with the BBB against you. How many people do you scam? Is business that bad that your maintenance group has to add on unnecessary work at exorbitant prices? I think you have lost a customer for good.

    I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2025 and later discovered in August it was sold to me with incorrect tires and a battery degradation issue that should have been addressed before the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service changed drastically. It tools 5 months to get a them to assist after showing up at the dealership and basically refusing to leave until I was assured and they took 6 hours The sales manager, Josh, was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought my concerns forward. I felt misled during the sales process, as promises made to close the deal were not honored afterward. It became clear that once the transaction was complete, resolving the issues was no longer a priority. I also interacted with Erica (unsure of her exact role), who presented herself as being helpful and understanding. However, I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Instead, I felt my situation was minimized while internal staff supported one another rather than working toward a fair resolution. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here: Do not leave the lot if there are outstanding issues. Ensure everything is documented and completed before you drive off. Once you leave, getting follow-through may become extremely difficult. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. These were supposed to be brand new tires purchased December 27th and it's March 18th they are balled
