I talked to sereral companies in the Santa Barbara area, and wasn't particularly impressed with their service, until I spoke with Tom at Country Hearth. Tom stood out to me because of his vast knowledge and experience in the industry and his willingness to go above and beyond to help me. Over the course of a month or so, he was very prompt in returning my calls or text messages and helped me settle on the prefect insert for our home. When it came time to do the install, he and his installer were efficient and tidy. I'm sure when it comes time to service our insert he will handle it with the same level of courtesy.
