After that he ghosted us for over 6 months. He kept scheduling the work and then make excuses as to why he didn't show up. After telling him we had no choice but to take him to small claims court he paid us back part of the deposit and said he would pay the rest the following week. He then ghosted us again. I hate leaving bad reviews but just trying to protect others from experiencing what happened to us.

The deck fascia, supporting beams and headers, all needed to be repaired or replaced. After several bids from various general contractors, Jean-Claude with RHC gave the most thorough and comprehensive bid. He took the time to explain and break down the process of each scope of work. The 5 scopes of work were then priced separately allowing us to decide according to our budget and needs. Although not the cheapest bid, it was worth getting the job done right. The Ranch Hands Construction crew were competent, prompt, hard working and respectful. Obviously RHC take pride in their work, going the extra mile and paying attention to details.
