As such delays that are due to poor equipment or experience are "not their fault", so expect delayed work and limited responsibility from management to deal with issues. From a spill going 200 ft down the street that I had to clean up and then bring to their attention, even though it was attempted to be covered up by dirt, to a 1 day project taking 4 days, they accept zero responsibility. I was in contact with their manager since work was done to 30 days post when they placed a lien without any notice. When I then contacted the entire team I was told I had not been in communication and again, no self accountability taken. Work was not to speck in area and foam had inconsistencies in texture and color potentially showing mixture problems.

They are experts in knowing where to find the tiniest holes. If you want your house to be rodent proofed, these are your guys. No need to put mouse traps after they leave, because there simply are no more mice!

He was able to quickly identify where the mice were (behind, or near, the stove) and where they were coming from (behind the fridge, through the walls, likely starting out in the attic). He said that actually catching the mice humanely would not be possible (too difficult) but if they could get into the attic, they could identify the possible entry points and block those so that in future, rodents could not get in. Access to the attic on that day was not possible but we likely will get that done. In the meantime, there was no charge for the visit, which was incredibly generous. I learned a lot, which is valuable to me going forward.

The property was empty so I asked them to let me know when it was complete and to send photos of the work. They failed to do either. I paid all but 1.5%, because I wanted proof of completion. After 6 months (!) someone texted a grainy photo of somebody's attic from which I am supposed to accept that it is mine and then insisted on full final payment. They failed to provide notice that they were coming to take a picture which is highly unprofessional for a rental property in particular. I do NOT recommend using this company.

They came out to make sure we were safe from a GAS leak. It was like a house call We would not recommend any other company in my area other than, AirWorks!! We like the staff. Sure, sounds funny, we know. But, they have people (staff) in mind; not $$. I gave AirWorks Solutions a fair chance to address this directly before posting a review…read more My AC system was older, and I understand replacement may have ultimately been the right recommendation. My issue is with the billing and communication before that decision was made. I was first charged for a capacitor replacement, but the system was never truly repaired. Their own invoice notes the system had lost refrigerant and still had signs of a leak. They then returned for additional leak-search work, but the leak still was not clearly identified. After that, I was told the best option was full replacement. In total, I was billed $1,076.56 for service work before the new AC install. AirWorks later acknowledged that some diagnostic/capacitor charges had been incorrectly added again and said an $800 credit was applied toward the replacement. However, after comparing other quotes, the replacement price seemed in line with what other companies were charging anyway, so the "credit" did not feel like a real concession. From my perspective, I was led down a repair path that did not fix anything, then told replacement was needed. I asked for written confirmation that no further balance was due for the prior service invoices, but instead later received another statement showing the balance still owed. Overall, the experience felt confusing, frustrating, and unfair. I do not believe I should be charged over $1,000 for work that did not repair the old system or clearly identify the issue before replacement was recommended.

I personally had a great experience today in a bit great time of my life lol…read more My water heater has been leaking for days and I just found out it has a warranty left in it for five more days. I had to look for a place that services my Brand of water heater, is reputable, and available! They were able to come out SAME DAY and kept me informed throughout the day of changes in eta. There was a pretty big change in eta but that worked out for me because I was just leaving work to meet their technician. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong. He told me what to look for in the future and possibly how to prevent it from happening again. He told me how to maintain it going forward and some other tips and tricks that might help extend the life of my water heater. Additionally, he contacted the warranty company and worked with them to get the needed part today at zero cost to me which you would think might annoy a company or technician but he didn't seem bothered at all. I appreciated the time put into explaining everything to me as well as fixing the equipment. Would recommend. PS look online for coupons or specials to mention :-)

They removed the old nasty insulation, cleaned and sanitized the attic, and laid new insulation. They also gave us a time gap as requested before laying the new insulation so that we could do some work in the attic. They do great work and also have very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
