From a spill going 200 ft down the street that I had to clean up and then bring to their attention, even though it was attempted to be covered up by dirt, to a 1 day project taking 4 days, they accept zero responsibility. I was in contact with their manager since work was done to 30 days post when they placed a lien without any notice. When I then contacted the entire team I was told I had not been in communication and again, no self accountability taken. Work was not to speck in area and foam had inconsistencies in texture and color potentially showing mixture problems.

A gf had it done years ago and said it did make a difference in her house. After researching info on Consumer Reports and AI, I started interviewing companies and getting quotes. When I called Insulation Nation I could tell Dustin knew his stuff and had integrity. His quote was very fair and much less than the first one I received from another vendor who acted surprised that I knew what a R rating was. Dustin recommended a radiant barrier on the inside of the roof to help keep the attic cooler. I had not seen that mentioned in my research, nor from the other company, but eagerly said YES!
