Fish tacos and frozen sangria.

Our family stopped at Chido's while in Isla Verde. The food was good, the cocktails were good, and the ambiance felt local. As others have said, the music was relatively loud and the place was lively, but that felt like part of the open-air kiosk experience. Lots of happy hour options as well. If you're looking for a quick experience with decent pub food and a nice beverage- this is your place!

Mango Marg 10/10 Chido House Special 10/10

Really chill spot near the strip of isla verde , seems that it could be a local spot. Customer service pretty good, drinks were a 10/10

Had a blast here! Drinks are strong and well priced. Lots of various options for beer. Food was good, especially since they serve 24 hours! I had a quesadilla and the flavor was excellent. The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!

Rude, unpleasant Manager

Dear Chidos your staff was extremely warm and helpful BUT this manager?! The worst person you could have running your business. For starters he gets my order wrong and when i politely told him about the mistake instead of apologizing he began to argue with me.. Even when i asked him to let it go he continued to tell me I made the mistake I said let it go! Staff had to come over and apologize for him. Sad

Limey Guac

Food was good. A little salty but good. Service was slow.... My husbands meal came out and his was gone by the time mine came out. Guac has a lot of lime. Hot sauce is green and not hot at all but very good.

My boy Nicky agrees.....the great beef tacos and beer buckets still rule, but beware of tacos de pollo.

The BEST margaritas in San Juan. Half gallon pitcher on rocks for $25. Haven't tried the food, yet.

Solid spot for brunch or just a general hangout spot. I think it's like $30 per person as a minimum…read morespend in order to get an outdoor bean bag but it's worth it if you have things and want to eat/drink by the beach. The food / drinks themselves are a bit whatever and poor value but the vibe is great and this place is worth a visit if you want to hang at the beach and aren't prepared.

Look for another location. Horrible management. Incorrect info on website. No nearby parking, you…read moreneed to find "somewhere " to park in neighborhood. Hours are incorrect. We had the unpleasant experience to discover last call for food order 6:30pm. When I shared my displeasure with the manager she said the hours had changed. I pointed out that the QRCodes on ALL the tables went yo website that said 8pm. ...and the printed menus said 8pm and yhe only reason we found out that 6:30pm was latest to order food was we happened to be at the beach next to building to hear "last call" times. Everyone at hotel stated that website and printed menus were out of date....no obvious signs stated different hours. Manager very aloof, but sh did take the qrcodes off the tables...printed menus and website still wrong. We encountered another couple who ordered food at last call. They were very unhappy that food served was cold and did not have any condiments. Next issue there is only street parking...we had to park .75 miles away from motel. Concerns about safety of leaving car on street overnight.

This is an all plant base restaurant. They have all the Puerto Rican specialty and some other Latin…read moreand American popular dishes. The restaurant is spacious with colorful and expressive art all over the walls. You're hearing Latin music in the background there's a large bar in the left corner. The menu is big, there's so much that you would want to try so go with the big party. Your offered three different styles of plant proteins when you order your traditional dish. We had the Pasteles, Mofongo, ALcapurria and Sorullitos. Everything came out hot and fresh. The Mofongo was out of this world. And I make Mofongo. The Alcapurria was delicious of Smith's first time having it. The portions are large enough to share. Or have leftovers. You are so lucky to meet the owner. The super friendly gentleman he gave us the backstory of why he started this restaurant. Changing his diet helped him recover from cancer. And it was about the way he ate. So he wanted to share this opportunity with meat eaters. So the whole goal of his restaurant is vegan food for meat eater so they can see that they are not missing anything. The owner also is a famous DJ. He has a talk show radio. And he's been doing it since the 70s. It was a lovely experience my Bestie found this restaurant for me. Because I'm a vegan/sometimes pescatarian. I don't get to try all the foods. It was such a lovely experience.

Okay, if you're in Carolina near the beach..Just cross the bridge and come here…read more I will say, it's sort of pricey but fresh. An abundance of friendly staff. They have everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner, wine, bakery, deli items and more. Its located right by the highway so it's busy and good. My dad has taken me here in the past. Okay so not super expensive but definitely on par with tourist pricing due to location but I can't knock the hustle
