I never give 5 stars. I am a critic for a living and withhold that status, believing nothing could really warrant such perfection. Chico iRepair has earned such status. I visit Chico regularly to visit my boyfriend, and this time happened to forget my MacBook power cord. Not only were David and Ben cordial, knowledgeable and expert in providing me help, I witnessed them interact with customer after customer who were also just as pleased with their results. I loathe dealing with computers and phones, with a capital L, even though I'm on my laptop day and night. But, after seeing so many people happy with their computers, tablets and phones, I decided to get my computer cleaned and swabbed, opening up some much needed hard drive space -- something I had long put off. Something about the store, and David and Ben's friendliness made the task not so daunting. I'm so glad I did! Not only did they provide me the care I needed in speedy time, I noticed the difference in my laptop right away. I felt their attention to details; my computer actually felt better afterward. Furthermore, they didn't just hand the computer back. They generously gave me tips and tools to help me take better care of it moving forward. This kind of care gives the customer the confidence in computer use, and shows a company with integrity. Chico iRepair is not simply interested in fixing computers; they are about creating a community of competent computer users. They even offer classes. Companies like this are few and far between. I spent over $500 having four devices repaired at Chico Irepair. My iphone 6 turned on/powered up when I dropped it off. After I picked it up they told me that there was a problem with the motherboard so I sent it to Apple while it was still under warranty. Because Chico Irepair left out a part on my iPhone 6, Apple would not fix it. Apple emailed me photos of the inside of my phone proving that Chico irepair left out a metal piece which I forwarded to the owner. They agreed to put the part back in. I'm not even sure if the part was in fact put back in my phone!! My phone still would not charge nor turn on. I had to purchase a new phone. I finally went in again to have the screen from the $750 iphone 6 they ruined put on the new iPhone 6 that I paid full price for because I'm a slow learner and can never seem to keep the protective cases on my devices (I know...expensive lesson!). Anyway, they wanted to charge me $50 for that in addition to f-ing up my original iPhone 6!!! I'd find somewhere else to take any Apple device. The owner does not care about customers and I actually had to block him when we were texting back and forth as I was trying to work with him to find a resolution! My daughter was at school and dropped her phone. Her screen was shattered and I was devastated. she was still able to text and everything but she could feel her fingers getting cut so during class I looked up where I could get it fixed. I called a couple places and then I found Irepair. Friday came and after class she went to get it fixed. The place was kind of easy to find. I found it in and went in. The manager helped her and told me that it was going to be the cost to fix it. She gave him some information he told her to be back in about an hour. Without a phone for him to call her on she stayed close and got her nails done nearby. she went back and sat down and he came out and said your phone is ready! She got it back and pulled it out of the bubble case and it was brand new! Nothing was missing or deleted from her phone, I was so happy and relieved! I don't go to a place without researching it first, be it a restaurant, hotel or service station. But my phone was ridiculously shattered, and I was flying out of town the next morning. So I found myself two seconds from going into a rival store across the street, when my sister pointed out that iRepair had much better reviews. SO HAPPY I LISTENED TO HER. David, the man at the front desk, patiently listened to my frantic babble. He calmly assured me that they'd be able to fix my phone ASAP and the price ($129) was cheaper than a couple of other quotes I had found. I promptly handed my phone over and received it back less than a half hour later with a brand spanking new screen. During the waiting time, I saw other customers come in, and all of them were treated with the same respect and efficiency. Highly, highly recommend. Solid, solid 5 stars. It's very rare that you find a business offering this level of service. The tech guy, is an A+ individual. I needed a cracked screen replaced in my iPad (retina first gen.) Previously, I had it repaired elsewhere with so-so results. A few weeks later my screen breaks again after dropping the iPad again. I bring it to them. Right away I get a good feeling about this place. They use genuine parts, The metal back of my iPad was bent and needed to be fixed in order to put in a new screen. They did this at no cost. Because of the extra work, he had to keep it overnight, but it was ready exactly when he said it would be and at a very fair price. I hope I don't use his services too often, but it's good to know that I have a go-to guy down the road since he basically does everything you can imagine to fix a phone or tablet. read more

Look, lets just get this straight right now. THIS IS NOT A REAL APPLE STORE NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE! The owner David was very unknowledgable and I get the feeling he looked through my phone as he insisted they get my passcode for a screen replacement. Why did you need to have that just to take my screen off? They said it was for "Testing" but I don't believe that for a second. Checked my phone and my photos app was open. I have private photos on there and I'm almost positive that they looked at them or maybe even copied them. Looking at the reviews on here, most of these look fake, and you can even see they have 60+ reviews that were flagged. This place is definitely doing some sketchy stuff! My Macbook touchpad decided to have a mind of its own & went haywire. Ben immediately knew that it was an easy fix and assured me that it would only be a couple of days needed to order the part and fix the computer. Good to his word it was ready when promised at a very reasonable price. Also my Safari wasn't working well and Ben was able to fix this too with a solution that I would have never known to try....reset the clock. My iMessage hasn't worked for a long time and unfortunately Ben wasn't able to get this going BUT he worked on it for a long time determined to fix it. He is going to research it and try again at a later date. I'm confident he will solve the problem. So, if you need a repair or even a new screen saver, this is the place to go! read more

I was amazed by the work. He fixed my iPhone super fast and responded super fast. He was incredible friendly and funny which made the environment super comfortable. My iPhone was completely cracked and broken. It was almost non functioning because of the screen itself. So He fixed it no problem and it works and even looks like a brand new one. The one service i liked the most was that he actually talked to me about what was wrong. Other places just take it and work on it but he actually cared what my opinion was. And instead of fixing it and charging me he actually explained what some of the costs where that was going into the repair. I bought a new Galaxy s7 and (shamefully I'll admit) got my SD card stuck inside of the phone. I panicked because I thought I was out the decent chunk of cash I paid for the phone. My iPhone screen was completely shattered I didn't think it would be possible to fix but when I went to the Irepair store and walked in they said it was no problem it only took them about 10 minutes if that, and all of the employees were very respectful gave good advice on maintaining the iPhone. I would 110% recommend going to them if you ever have any issues with your Apple. Plus they are the cheapest around but they do a great job! I went to the iRepair shop for the first time today and had a very positive experience. First off, Ben and David are friendly guys. Ben replaced by my screen, put in a new battery and fixed a broken button and didn't even charge me for the button. I got a new glass protector for only $10 and picked up a new iphone charger cord for $10 as well (Actually Dave gave it to me for free and I can't say that will be your experience but it was mine!). It was refreshing to experience a business that seems to provide honest service. I was in the store for a long time as my mounds of memory were transferred (and saved) from one phone to another, plus a screen repair. I saw many customers come and go and Ben Priddy treated all fairly. He explained costs and options in a straight forward way. I am very pleased with the prompt professional service i received. I was traveling out of town, and not familiar with the area. I had dropped my iPhone and the screen had cracked in the top right hand corner. Then it spider webbed across the entire top of the phone. over the course of last week my computer crashed and i couldn't get it to a point that i could fix so i called North State Iphone and Computer repair. He handled the problem quickly and effectively and with in 30 minutes my computer was back up and running and i would recommend this company for computer repair, extremely trustworthy, the price was fair, and knows his way around windows software.
