Located along Leetsdale drive is a small mom and pop teriyaki restaurant. To the untrained eye and taste bud, it is a spot you will never notice and just drive past by. There are no fancy signs advertising this spot and most will probably never dine or take out here. But I decided to give it a whirl. If you want a good teriyaki restaurant in the area, stop by and try their offerings. Their charbroiled chicken is my go to. The marinate is typical of many teriyaki joints but it's sweet and savory and addicting. The teriyaki sauce is pretty sweet and can use less sugar. They leave the sauce on the side so I use it in moderation since I rather have my meat more on the savory side than sweet. I would go as far to say I've been here more than any other restaurant since moving to Colorado almost a decade ago, and it is my favorite meal for the price BAR NONE. My go to is the spicy white meat teriyaki meal. Although, you can't really go wrong with any of the chicken dishes. Many of my friends prefer the dark meat because it is more authentic. Occasionally I will add some accoutrements purchased from h mart such as smoked seaweed or pickled radish to up the experience. We got yakisoba with tofu, teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, and gyoza. Gyoza is crispy and comes with soy sauce instead of dumpling sauce. Egg rolls are fried but without bubbles on the wrap, so taste a bit more like crab Rangoon without cream cheese. However, their sweet and sour sauce is great and made the egg rolls taste extra good (it was in a packet). Food was decent but it is greasy. I'd give the food a 3 but giving them overall a 2 because their bathroom was pretty gross. Bathrooms tell a lot about the cleanliness of a restaurant..... no paper towels and the toilet needed cleaning. We have driven by this place quite a few times and always wondered whether it might be good. It doesn't look too bad from the outside and is OK in the dining area. But the bathroom is dirty and the back door looks like this is a favorite break in spot in the neighborhood. I had the chicken teriyaki and I thought it was pretty good. What a great little hole in the wall place! Chicken Teriyaki has been on our to-try list for a while. We pass by it on the way to/from the grocery store every week. This little hole in the wall is something special. One thing to note, there is a weird smell which I'm not down with, but I always seem to overlook it. There isn't any dine in currently so I'm never in the restaurant for long. Both chicken teriyaki and Katsu chicken are delicious. I love the food, but be prepared, it is only enough for one meal, leftovers don't happen often. The owner was kind enough once to open the kitchen back up for me after closing, took a lot of begging, but his generosity doesn't go unnoticed. I was sure to leave a very great tip! read more

We order from here regularly! It's good quality, fast and friendly. I love that I can small a small local business in my neighborhood. In terms of delivery in our area it can't be beat. They usually take 15-30 minutes and it's still hot when it arrives. The sushi is also a good option and they just don't charge enough for what you get. I like the California (if you are ok with imitation crab) and the tempura shrimp role is indulgent and they're both huge. The Amigo tempura is our fav roll- spicy and creamy with cream cheese, crab and green peppers and then fried. Mmm. I can't say enough good things about this place. Chicken Teriyaki is definitely a gem. I've had the classic Chicken Teriyaki on multiple occasions and I've always been very satisfied. I've also tried their Teriyaki Beef and that was also delicious. I've also tried white meat and spicy - both also very good. My ultimate fave so far is the Chicken Teriyaki. It has a great charbroiled flavor. It's always cooked to perfection and the sauce is fabulous. I also love the stir fry veggies that it comes it. I've always got my food to go and the Teriyaki also comes with a sauce on the side and it's always just enough- not too much or not too little. I have also tried a couple of their sushi rolls- Shrimp and Soft shell crab. Both were fantastic!! It's hard to say which one is better. It really depends on what you're in the mood for. Ambience is very hole in the wall type. The staff is mediocre and could put in a little more effort to be friendly but I don't care too much about all that. Lol. Hubs and I stopped in for lunch after a Dr appt in the area. I specifically pulled up cheap eats in the area. This place has amazing reviews so...yeah. We arrived just at noon. It was slow, only a couple of others inside. We took our time ordering because there's a lot to choose from and it all looked good. Something that was confusing to me was chicken teriyaki with rice and vegetables on the menu sells for $7.90 but they had it for a special white meat chicken teriyaki for $8. Not really sure what that's all about but OK. I ordered the special spicy. I wish I would've taken a picture of it but I did not. There was quite a bit of chicken there and the flavor was pretty good. Food seems to be fresh. But there were hardly any vegetables and for eight dollars I really expected to get a lot more veggies. The chicken dumplings were pretty good. I believe they were $5 for seven pieces. If that's the case that's the best deal there. Hubs ordered the tempura with teriyaki beef. The tempura was completely bland but very very crispy and fresh and well coded. Cooked perfectly. Just very bland. The beef had pretty decent flavor cooked well and tender. But at almost $10 for the plate, he left hungry. We're pretty disappointed with this restaurant because we were looking for cheap delicious food and we ended up paying almost $30 and left hungry. Pretty tasty! Some friends of mine introduced me to this place as they usually order take-out. Since we were looking for a lighter option in the area we opted for a white meat teriyaki chicken plate that comes with rice and stir fried veggies (cabbage, broccoli, and carrots) and an order of vegetable egg rolls (2 come in a single order with a packet of sweet/sour sauce). I loved that the teriyaki sauce came on the side. The order was done in less than 10 minutes and when we opened our items they were still hot when they arrived. I will say that I think they could be a little more lenient on certain things. For instance, if you do a chicken teriyaki and goyza combo you cannot have the white meat (there isn't even an option for an upcharge). And my friends told me they asked for noodles as a side once and were told it can only come with an entree. All in all it was cheap (less than $10 for the entree/eggrolls) quick and delicious meal. Great food for the price. I had chicken teriyaki with beef, a pork egg roll and the seaweed salad. The teriyaki sauce is the star of the show, so good! I prefered the thinly sliced beef but the chargrilled dark meat chicken was also very good. While tasty, my "mixed vegetables" that came with it was 95% cabbage with a few slivers of carrot and onion and two tiny piece of broccoli. Skipping the egg roll next time. It was fine but nothing special. The seaweed salad was refreshing but a tad on the sweet side. Service was pretty quick considering how busy it was, and everyone was very friendly. I tried this spot on a whim which is risky as heck in Denver but I was pleasantly surprised. It was one of the better take out experiences we've had in the 10 years here in Denver. It's a simple menu and I've had several things on there, all good. The normal chicken and spicy options are great, they have several sauce options which I recommend getting one of each to see what works for you. The sesame chicken is great, I've had the steamed veggies which help fill you up and the gyoza which I again, highly recommend.
