Very nice place, and very clean. I have always done take out but this time I ate in and I am glad I did. Great place , great food and so many choices of chicken salad. You get a cute free cookie with your order , and when you get it you may not think it is much food , but it is way to much , all the chicken salad is GF and they offer fruit also. I just wish they would get GF crackers and GF bread. That is the only so called bad thing about this place. But that's just to me because I am celiac. read more

This location is pretty typical of the fast casual chain. If you are not familiar they usually have about 12 different versions of chicken salad (some are seasonal) on their menu as well as pimento cheese and even a turkey sandwich for the not chicken salad fans. If you are a fan of chicken salad I'm certain you will find a version to your taste. Even if I can't seem to find my favorite Nutty Nana anymore. I am pretty regular at a couple of the locations close to my office. On this occasion I brought a co-worker that had never been to any location before. Needless to say she left a raving fan and was very sad there is not currently a location near where she lives and works in Tennessee. The only negative I can say about this location is parking was very challenging and I can foresee people going elsewhere when in a rush instead of continuing to search for the spot just vacated or parking in the adjacent grocery store lot. During the lunch time rush also expect that there may not be enough seating (not uncommon with other locations I have visited). We fortunately were lucky enough a table came open just as we were ready to be seated. read more

Great choice for fast food. There are lots of options, each one delicious (and I have tried almost all of them). Dine in or take a batch home for the family. Really can't go wrong. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere, patio dining for nice weather. Always happy to eat here. read more

Excellent customer service!!! Order was correct, food tasted great and we were very pleased with the customer service we received! Above and beyond! read more

Chicken Salad Chick is a fantastic chain; however, this location leaves much to be desired. The employees behind the counter did not seem very engaged when we came in and made our order. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked about our order and found out it had been lost. Additionally, we had stated that the order needed to be gluten free due to an allergy, but that request was ignored and packaged crackers were included with our order. To top it off, I found a hair in my chicken salad. We were disappointed because we love Chicken Salad Chick and have had great experiences at all the other locations we have visited. read more

This was the second time I have eaten Chicken Salad Chick, but the first time at this location. I would consider this restaurant to be fast food chain, but not the kind of fast food you feel ashamed about after eating it. They have tons light healthy options to fit any diet. I had the "Classic Carroll" chicken salad sandwich with a side of pimento cheese. The servings were huge and the price was low. read more

This was my first time visiting any of the Chicken Salad Chick restaurants. At first I was kind of hesitant to try it out because I didn't understand what was so special about chicken salad. Fret not, I'm here to tell you that I was blown away! My coworker had been requesting we go here for a while so we finally decided to go. I am always looking for cheap, healthy, and delicious lunch options and here is what I've found! The restaurant itself is very cute and the decor brings the story of Chicken Salad Chick to life. I ordered the Olivia's Old South on wheat bread with a fresh fruit side. First of, I'd like to brag that my meal (minus the adorable cookie) was only 412 calories! The taste of the salad was good, it was classic, it was creamy but not overly "mayo'd" out, it was just right. Pro tip get your bread toasted! The portions were perfect, the food was great, the service was fast and friendly! My tastebuds were on cloud 9 and my belly was satisfied. I'd definitely recommend chicken salad chick for a quick, nutritious, and cheap lunch option! read more

*This is review is from a vegetarian prospective* This place is absolutely adorable! It reminds of a summer tea party with friends. Seriously, this place screams southern hospitality. Judging by the line out the door, this place is popular. I was super skeptical about this place because I don't eat meat, but I was dragged here by my sister. The menu has over ten varieties of chicken salads. My sister order the trio which allows you to try three different kinds of chicken salads. She loved the Buffalo Barclay and Fruity Fran. I ordered the pimiento cheese sandwich on a croissant roll with chips and a cookie. The sandwich was nice and creamy, and the croissant was perfectly flaky. I would proudly prance my vegetarian a$$ up in here any day for this cheese sandwich. read more

They offer many variations of chicken salad served on breads or on lettuce leaves. Sides are offered also I had some yummy grape salad with my Jazzy Julie! Cayenne pepper, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon served on sourdough bread. My wife had the trio with pimento cheese that had a little kick to it. Great idea for lunch or brunch. read more

Great!!!!!!!

Love this place! Great food, quick! Easy take out! Probably the place I will miss most when I move!

Ordered for takeout online due to the covid. Paid for 2 fountain drinks- when we went to pickup the order they argued only 1 fountain drink was rung up (even though we can see from the receipt that is not true.) Get home and open the boxes to see the order is incorrect. Won't be getting food from here again. read more

Really cute place with a great idea. The people are friendly and the food is good. Enjoyed our meal here. read more

This was my first visit to a CSC and it did not disappoint. I had the Kickin' Kay Lynne on sourdough and it was awesome. They give you a generous portion of the chicken salad so you won't be hungry. Can't wait to go back and try more! read more

This is one of my all time favorite places to eat! Every time I'm in Montgomery, I go to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch! The "Kickin' Kay-Lynne" on a croissant is by far my favorite thing to order, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Great place to sit and eat or take your food to go! read more

I love the atmosphere here when I visited this place. It was my first time. Service was great and fast. Food was OK. I ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich with the strawberry pecan salad and pasta salad. 3 stars because the portion size could have been a lot better for the price which was around $16 and I still was left feeling hungry. Now I just make it at home myself. read more

Not too far off the highway, this was a great alternative to the fast food stops we always make on our road trips. I didn't see a kids menu, but the kids raved about the two turkey hoagies we ordered for three kids to share. (After ordering, I noticed a sign that kids meals were for ages 12 and under - so they must have one). I had the Luau Lydia on wheat and my husband had the original on a croissant - can't go wrong with either. There are lots of different chicken salads to choose from, and if you are unsure, you can sample a few. Staff was very friendly and helpful, decor was super cute, and food was delicious. Will definitely return if I come across this restaurant again! read more

One of the best places I've eaten in Montgomery. Chicken salad (traditional) is amazing and fresh. The wait was not long...somehow this store managed to come up with a variety of ways to serve chicken salad at low calories. Good food read more

I came here for a quick bite and I thought the atmosphere was great. However, the young lady that took my order wasn't very pleasant. She wasn't very warm or welcoming to me. She didn't greet me with a smile or anything. I felt like I was doing something wrong. I was looking at the menu and told her that I hadn't been here before and I just needed a couple of seconds. She stared at me and didn't offer to help me with any suggestions considering it was my first time. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. When the people after me came in, she offered them samples of chit salad and everything. (It was their first time too). To say the least I was very bothered by this experience and it makes me not want to return even though the good was great. Great/consistent Customer service is so necessary. read more

Best I've ever had!!! I'm in Montgomery for the next two months and I'm so happy I found this place at the beginning of my stay. As a certified lover/ self proclaimed expert of chicken salad.. I am hands down impressed. With over 10 options of chicken salad to choose from, I went with the 8.49 sampler of three scoops of chicken salads with a pickle and slice of lettuce. I took this home a created a nice sandwich with alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, and lettuce!!!!! It did not disappoint! I will be back! read more

This place is great for a quick lunch or casual meal. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food to your table. Everything is prepared very quick and there are many types of chicken salad to choose from. I was a little confused at first, since I thought the chicken salad was going to come on an actual salad, but it was still a great lunch. I tried three different salads and it came with crackers and a pickle. Its a great place to share things and a fun environment. However, if you don't like chicken, this is not the place for you. Overall, I really like my meal and will be visiting again sometime soon. read more

A pleasant surprise. I came to this shopping center for Starbucks, but also needed lunch so I dropped in. The food is great and the gentleman behind the register was polite and very helpful since this was my first time. Definitely recommend this lovely place and will be coming back! read more

I made my first foray into Chicken Salad Chick today. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and soup of the day combo. Both were excellent. Top Choice ingredients. I had the Dixie Chicken Salad and it was perfectly spicy. The potato soup had plenty of baked cheese. The place was clean; however, the portions were small. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to eat lite. read more

I stopped by to get a to go order that I usually get and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered the scoop of chicken salad to eat with crackers and I got home and not one pack of crackers in the bag. The chicken salad tasted old and didn't seem fresh. I didn't eat it and now concerns me as I noticed the low health score 88 on the wall. Hopefully, I do not get ill. read more

I never thought I would like a place that only served chicken salad, but, it was great. It was well worth the trip.

I love chicken salad. We tried a couple different kinds and every one was Absolutely incredible including the pimento cheese. I had no idea it was there and we will be going back for more! read more

My first Chicken Salad Chick experience was in Auburn when my daughter was going to school there. It was our 'girls' day lunch' spot! Consistently fresh ingredients, quality products, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. I'm thrilled that you're now only a half-hour away in Montgomery and we come in frequently. I can't decide which of my five favorites to have tomorrow! read more

Came here for the first time yesterday: pregnancy cravings. 6:05 pm. The girl at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Original Chick combo with the Fruity Fran on sourdough and a side of fresh fruit. I ordered it 'to-go' and it took quite a while to put together (there was 1 other group in the restaurant who were dining in.) The chicken salad was good, but the only fruit I tasted were a few grape halves here and there. The bread was stale as hay-ell. The side of fresh fruit was just ok..... I maybe got the last scoop of the bucket because allllllllll my grapes were mushed and squished. I wasn't interested in the butt-load of crackers they put in my (evil) Styrofoam container, but my husband enjoyed every last one of them. The cookie was ok. I probably wouldn't have eaten it if I wasn't pregnant, they should give you a choice there between the cookie and something healthier. I will be back, but I will try different stuff next time. read more

Love this little place. Stopped here while traveling and I'm so happy I did. Fast friendly service with great food. Everything from the sides, cookies and the chicken salad was fantastic. I tried the trio with the fancy chicken salad, pineapple chicken salad and grape salad side! Loved every bite. Filling, unique and very satisfying. Even the decor was super cute. Hope to find another one of these establishments as I'm traveling as well as close to home! read more
