Very nice place, and very clean. I have always done take out but this time I ate in and I am glad I did. Great place , great food and so many choices of chicken salad. You get a cute free cookie with your order , and when you get it you may not think it is much food , but it is way to much , all the chicken salad is GF and they offer fruit also. This location is pretty typical of the fast casual chain. If you are not familiar they usually have about 12 different versions of chicken salad (some are seasonal) on their menu as well as pimento cheese and even a turkey sandwich for the not chicken salad fans. If you are a fan of chicken salad I'm certain you will find a version to your taste. Even if I can't seem to find my favorite Nutty Nana anymore. I am pretty regular at a couple of the locations close to my office. On this occasion I brought a co-worker that had never been to any location before. Needless to say she left a raving fan and was very sad there is not currently a location near where she lives and works in Tennessee. The only negative I can say about this location is parking was very challenging and I can foresee people going elsewhere when in a rush instead of continuing to search for the spot just vacated or parking in the adjacent grocery store lot. During the lunch time rush also expect that there may not be enough seating (not uncommon with other locations I have visited). We fortunately were lucky enough a table came open just as we were ready to be seated. read more

Chicken Salad Chick is a fantastic chain; however, this location leaves much to be desired. The employees behind the counter did not seem very engaged when we came in and made our order. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked about our order and found out it had been lost. Additionally, we had stated that the order needed to be gluten free due to an allergy, but that request was ignored and packaged crackers were included with our order. To top it off, I found a hair in my chicken salad. We were disappointed because we love Chicken Salad Chick and have had great experiences at all the other locations we have visited. read more

I ordered the Olivia's Old South on wheat bread with a fresh fruit side. First of, I'd like to brag that my meal (minus the adorable cookie) was only 412 calories! The taste of the salad was good, it was classic, it was creamy but not overly "mayo'd" out, it was just right. Pro tip get your bread toasted! The menu has over ten varieties of chicken salads. My sister order the trio which allows you to try three different kinds of chicken salads. She loved the Buffalo Barclay and Fruity Fran. I ordered the pimiento cheese sandwich on a croissant roll with chips and a cookie. The sandwich was nice and creamy, and the croissant was perfectly flaky. I came here for a quick bite and I thought the atmosphere was great. However, the young lady that took my order wasn't very pleasant. She wasn't very warm or welcoming to me. She didn't greet me with a smile or anything. I felt like I was doing something wrong. I was looking at the menu and told her that I hadn't been here before and I just needed a couple of seconds. She stared at me and didn't offer to help me with any suggestions considering it was my first time. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. When the people after me came in, she offered them samples of chit salad and everything. (It was their first time too). Not too far off the highway, this was a great alternative to the fast food stops we always make on our road trips. I didn't see a kids menu, but the kids raved about the two turkey hoagies we ordered for three kids to share. (After ordering, I noticed a sign that kids meals were for ages 12 and under - so they must have one). Everything is prepared very quick and there are many types of chicken salad to choose from. I was a little confused at first, since I thought the chicken salad was going to come on an actual salad, but it was still a great lunch. I tried three different salads and it came with crackers and a pickle. Its a great place to share things and a fun environment. However, if you don't like chicken, this is not the place for you. Came here for the first time yesterday: pregnancy cravings. 6:05 pm. The girl at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Original Chick combo with the Fruity Fran on sourdough and a side of fresh fruit. I ordered it 'to-go' and it took quite a while to put together (there was 1 other group in the restaurant who were dining in.) The chicken salad was good, but the only fruit I tasted were a few grape halves here and there. The bread was stale as hay-ell. The side of fresh fruit was just ok..... I maybe got the last scoop of the bucket because allllllllll my grapes were mushed and squished. I wasn't interested in the butt-load of crackers they put in my (evil) Styrofoam container, but my husband enjoyed every last one of them. The cookie was ok. I probably wouldn't have eaten it if I wasn't pregnant, they should give you a choice there between the cookie and something healthier.
