Chicken bites with "gold" sauce, yum!
    Jimmy B.

Omg. These chicken bites are like.. breaded pieces of angel chicken. So delicious - crunchy on the outside with their thinly breaded chicken, and juicy chunks of chicken on the inside. The breading does a expert job of containing the heat within the chicken too - I was standing out in the cold (20 degrees F) for about 5 minutes with my chicken, and it was still toasty warm by the time I dug in. Also, get their GOLD sauce - a mixture of BBQ and buffalo, plus something else (secret I bet) that I can't place my tongue too. It has a lovely kick to it!

This food truck comes to my office park every Friday. Me and my manager get it every Friday and it is always consistent and delicious. The bbq sauce they use is awesome as well. You can also ask for two sauces. Fries are good too. Chicken isn't greasy either! It has a good breading to it and not over or under seasoned.

Why did the chicken cross the road? It's on the road, and I ate it! My company sponsored a free lunch with these guys, and I thought it was going to be mediocre food truck food. I was definitely proven wrong. I got the "famous chicken bites" because it's famous, duh, with the signature gold sauce. The chicken was to die for. It was moist like the niagra falls on the inside while crispy on the outside. Pasta salad was mediocre though.

    Always trust a smiling chicken.

NOTE: The truck is here on Wednesday ONLY. That said.. this truck is a godsend for the area. Sure, if you are ambitious you could drive into Bedford or Lex center for lunch, but its a hassle. When you need a quick bite, and don't want to drive - you have almost zero options for food. Enter the "chicken truck" - serving fried chunks of chicken breasts in all kinds of formats - subs, salads, wraps, nuggets.. along with fries and various other sides. The subs are big, delicious, and filling. If you haven't eaten in a week, you could 'Monster size' the sandwich. The folks on the truck are always friendly, and the food is always fast. Prices are great - $7 will leave you on the edge of a glorious food coma all day. They have some wild specials - like the bbq chix sub covered in mac and cheese.. for instance. The (cold) chipotle chicken salad (wrap) is really nice - its actually breaded chix turned into chicken salad - oh my. I could write much more - but I'll wrap this up - the Chicken Truck needs to be experienced. Out here in the burbs, we don't get many food trucks - but thanks to some good fortune, the Chicken Truck is fixing that.

You can't go wrong with this food truck! I've never seen this Billerica based food truck in Boston but I did when I was in Topsfield. They basically sell the same fried chicken as Augusta's Market in Billerica. The chicken is crisp and juicy and they have a great variety of sandwiches and sauces they make it with. This is definitely a quality option when it comes to food trucks. I wish they would make a stop in Boston.

Originally from Portland, Maine, the cousins later settled in Southern California. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the L.A. area. Lobster was typically viewed as a pricey delicacy, only served in precious portions at fancy restaurants. The cousins saved up enough money to buy a food truck. East Coast transplants raved about the authenticity, freshness and the copious amount of meat in the lobster rolls. Their success really took off after they were featured on an episode of the TV series "Shark Tank". The brand expanded, more food trucks were bought, and the first brick & mortar location opened in West Hollywood in 2015. As of 2026, the chain has 65 food trucks and two restaurants throughout 30 states as well as Washington, D.C. I recently sampled some of Cousins Maine's delicious lobster when I saw one of their trucks at a local brewery. The "Greater Boston" truck travels all across Eastern Massachusetts to stop at breweries, wineries, and various markets and festivals. I had previously sampled food from the "Greater Connecticut" truck. The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tacos" (Maine lobster served with cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, flour tortillas). They were simply divine and paired well with the beers that I was having at the brewery. I give Cousins Maine Lobster my seal of approval and I hope to see one of their trucks again!

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.

The biggest compliment I have is there response time. Even if someone was on vacation, I always got an email or phone call within 24 hours of reaching out. When I went for the food tasting in May 2019, Dayna made sure all of our special requests were met. She went above and beyond to help us create our own specialty menu to accommodate gluten, dairy and garlic allergies. Prior to the wedding, Dayna and Nora set up a walk through at our venue. They knew exactly what needed to be accomplished and just made sure I was on the same page as them. No thinking necessary! By the time my wedding day arrived I had no second thoughts or nerves about Cuisine Chez Vous because we had gone through multiple plans and had all of our vendors on the same email chain which was a breath of fresh air. When I arrived at the wedding venue everything was even better than the photos I provided! The flowers, tables and linens, plates, glass wear, food and beverages were all provided by CCV making them the perfect vendor for me, a bride who lives 14 hours away from where she is getting married. The food of course was phenomenal but the service is what I'll remember the most. At any point in the night, you could get your wine, liquor or water glass filled. The best man joked there was no reason for him to get up because food and drinks were constantly being brought to the table! In regards to drinks, those were poured perfectly for a crowd that is more into shots than mixed drinks. I could go on and on about this company and its employees. I wish I could host a wedding every year just so I could work with them! Thanks Dayna, Marissa and Nora for the best wedding a girl could imagine :) Shannon & Jordan

I was really impressed with the number of hors d'oeuvres on offer, as well as the variety! And the desserts! Whoa. Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick, anyone? How about chocolate mousse cups? Chocolate chip cookies? Yes, please. I'm pretty sure they also brought the bartender, who served up some stiff drinks. These guys were professional, efficient, and made some seriously tasty food. Word.

My favorite so far has been the gyro pocket with the lamb and beef filling. It was delicious and was the perfect the lunch. The chicken and rice lived up to the name. The hummus and tomato/cucumber salad were a fresh pairing that took the chicken and rice to a new level. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest option, but it was still pretty fairly priced and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I also loved the numerous sauces they offered. The garlic sauce was awesome; kind of a Mediterranean spin on the yum yum sauce you get at hibachi restaurants. I also got BBQ, hot sauce, and mint/jalapeño/cilantro. The garlic sauce was my favorite but all were good. The service was very informative and quick. No complaints. I definitely recommend!

I always go "combo", personally. Its cheap, fast, filling, and pleasing. It has that feel of comfort food. The sauces are a nice touch - I tend to mix the "white" and the "hot hot" - especially enjoyable after a cold hike over to the truck in the winter. There's nothing not to like off of the CnRg truck.
