Worst service ever. They completely got our order wrong. We tried calling back and there number is disconnected. Called another location they were just as rude when I asked for a home office number. Apparently there isn't a home office or a way to get ahold of the franchise owner. I guess they dont care or want to hear from customer. We spent 66.00 just to be disappointed with our meal wrong. When I finally got ahold of someone and I asked i they could get a refund for the food I was missing. I was told they couldnt give me a refund. They said they could give me a gift card. I told them I would not be coming back to order anything from any of there locations. I had to go back up there and finally get a refund. When you are on a time schedule and trust they get your food right. We were very disappointed with the experience and the management and attitude. Go to KCF or Popeyes read more

Great tasting fried chicken with lots of options for extras. You can't get okra at KFC! I would say that the cost is a touch high for the amount of food you get. The strips are good, but not for that price or portion. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. I also like the fact that they play Christian music in their dining room. read more

We went to chicken express at 210 slide road in lubbock. They didn't give us half of our order. Tried calling the store but no answer. They still don't have the lobby open for some reason so the drive through line was long. Price is too high to forget half my order especially when my wife asked the guy at the window if everything was in the bag. read more

45 mins I sat in the drive up!! Only 5 cars in front of me. RIDICULOUS!!! Finally get my food and it's cold!!

Chicken Express on 82nd (just past University Ave.) is the best! We have tried many chicken tenders in Lubbock, and drive thru was busy!! Gave us a few extra tenders, too! Will always order from this great eatery! We have been ordering for many years, and I just noticed only the bad is posted, and needed to remedy that! Great place, great food, great service! read more

This is the location closest to me and I haven't been to yet. Everything was great. Prompt service, very hot chicken and French fries, everything was great. Thanks!! read more

I was looking so forward to eating catfish today. Waiting in line to order was no big deal! We ordered 2-3 piece fish dinners. We did not receive any condiments or napkins. The fish was SO salty, we couldn't eat it. What a disappointment. read more

Don't waste your time and money at this drive through.. They messed up my order and the guy at the drive through window yelled at me on Friday.... read more

Presently sitting in line. Have been for over 30 minutes. This better be the hottest, freshest food in the whole world.

Yall are seriously going down hill. My tea tasted like grease. I ignored that. Then waited forever for the food. Okay I'm being patient. Then I get home and I'm missing a side order that comes with the family meal. Come on!!!!! read more

Usually the food is pretty good but avoid this location. I found a 4 inch hair in my food and it was disgusting and nobody seemed too concerned. Again check your food first if you go to this location and even better avoid it at all costs. read more

I came through the drive through at lunch. Place was under construction so drive through speaker was not available. They had an employee out front to take the orders. Her tablet wasn't working so I got wait for her to go inside and get it operative. Had to give her my order twice and repeat a third time what two pieces of chicken I wanted. Got to pickup window and employee there was very friendly and pleasant (which is real unusual for this place). However, when I got home I discovered one of my sides was missing. Called store and gave them the receipt number. Said I could come back to store, the same day only, to get my fricking side. I explained that would not be convenient at all and could they do something for me on a future order? Answer: no. Not apologetic about it at all either. My family and I have probably been spending around $80 a month at this store because we like the chicken. However, their customer service has always been poor. They have a real arrogant attitude. There is no provision for leaving online feedback with the company and in fact they openly discourage it. Also, I have noticed the chicken getting smaller and smaller. This place has always been expensive for a chicken joint. Think I'll give Popeyes another shot after this highly unsatisfactory experience. read more

This location always has uplifting music on. The employees are happy and positive. Food is usually cooked fresh. I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food. read more

Super sad everytime I go into this Chicken Express there is always a 10 minute or more wait on the fish fillet. My husband cannot eat the chicken so when we go it's because we are going to want the fish. Never ready. Always a wait. Super frustrating. Nice kids, love the food when I can eat at their establishment. Disappointed again. read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible.. Waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up with cold chicken and a messed up order. I really wish they would try a little bit harder at this location, it's almost worth just driving to the one off of 82nd and Milwaukee. If I hadn't waited so long then I'd want a refund. read more

The food is always consistently good, but this location is always much slower and less friendly than the other locations in town.

Horrible. The woman that took our order was rude and extremely disrespectful. Asked for a manager and was completely ignored! This was my first Chicken Express experience and unfortunately, my last. read more

Food is usually always fresh but this last time we ordered out, customer service was rude and they forgot two large fries. I called back and they said "what do you want us to do about it?!" No sorry just the remark, was not pleased with this last experience. Customer service is always key to have returning customers! read more

Popeyes chicken on Milwaukee Ave, Lubbock Tx. Has been the worst experience ever. The place was dirty, the employees and managment were rude.. I waited 30 minutes for my food until I finally went to the counter to find out they didnt have my order ticket. I asked for my refund because this was just enough, managment gave me refund but was not happy.. My order was a $41.00 order.. This location is the most unorganized place I've been to.. Will not be going again read more

great food, terrible customer service. we went through the drive through and we got 2 sweet teas and ended up with one sweet one unsweet and when we asked the lady if she could fix it she got really mad and slammed the window shut and when she gave us the "sweet" tea back it came out to be another unsweet one read more
