We ordered double meat beef and cheddar sandwiches, but received regular beef and cheddar sandwiches. Fortunately I was only charged for the regular sandwiches so we were not overcharged, but we were not pleased with the fact that the order was not correct. read more

Went to this location on 12/5/21. After a failed attempt to get a roast beef sandwich the day before at the location on slide road in Lubbock because they were out of roast beef. I figured I would give this location another chance. At this location they had roast beef but no Arby's sauce. I wonder if I go to another location what they are going to be out of.... So we got all the food we ordered 5 sandwiches and some fries. We asked for alot alot alot of Arbie Sauce and Horsey Sauce because we live far away!! In fact it's like 30 minutes away.. I dont know if they didnt believe us or if they just didnt care but now we are headed back home with 4 sauces of each! FOR 5 BURGERS!!! like if it was going to be a whole issue about yall being cheep.. I would of paid for them .. Too many people giving this place a bad rep. Orders are right 9/10 times and always plenty of sauce.

***UPDATE***6/21/20 4:35pm 1st of all they are not opening the dining Room when other restaurants are that's a problem in my book. 2nd of all I ordered the Father's Day special free sandwich. I got a couple extra things. They do not honor veterans they expect you to walk around with your DD214. Well is most Veterans know how difficult if you are to lose a document like that how hard it is to get replaced. So that's an update from 3 months ago. And to top it off I get a flat soda. Absolutely incredible they will not see me for a 3rd visit. I always followed a 3 strike rule. And this is the 3rd one. FYI people. 4020 82nd St, Lubbock ck, TX 79423 Arby's are not following the Health cleanliness of fast food and everybody being safe including employees and customers. I witness an employee sneeze in his hands and cleaning the counter top that had gloves on and then was working on making a sandwich. We have been here 3 times in the past month. Every time it is clean fast and friendly. They accidentally overcharged me for a sandwich and we didn't catch it. So they brought out our refund while they could have just let it slide and no one would be the wiser. That's pretty classy. read more

The previous review is not far off of most Arby's. They have slipped over the years, this one seems cleaner than some I have been too tho. There us some age and remnants if less than adequate cleaning but not over whelming. The help seemed actually glad to see me...that was refreshing. My meal was good. read more

I (used to) live off the Big Montana sandwich for a while and would kill for some of there curly fries and Arby's sauce. But now, Arby's has let all the stores become grungy and dirty. Not exactly where i want to sit and eat. For example, I know restaurants get bugs. I don't like thinking about it, but I know it happens and I'm ok with that. What I am not ok with is allowing three piles of dead bugs accumulate on the floor. That is something I cannot get over. Feel free to stop by, but maybe bring some sanitary spray or something before you touch anything. read more

Ok, so the people were nice and asked me twice if I needed Arby's sauce (that's the reason I go there, lol), I also asked for extra aside from that. NOT ONE PACKET OF SAUCE. NO STRAW. THE CASHIER COUGHED ON MY CREDIT CARD BLATANTLY. Did not hand sanitize. Oh, and it took FOREVER. just had the worst experience i have ever had at any restaurant at arby's on 82nd st. bought two french dips and some turnovers at about $20.00. after they gave me my order they forgot the au jaus. after a long wait they finally brought it to me. i looked at it and there was not enough au jaus in both containers for one sandwich. i asked if i could get a little more. the guy brought me back one container that wasn't enough for two sandwiches and i'm sure my wife did not want to dip out of the same container. the guy said if i wanted more i would have to pay for it. i asked to speak with the manager.when she came she said we can only fill them to the line which neither one was. i told her i wanted my money back and she stated she couldn't do that and threatened to call the police on me, over some watered down au jaus. this is some of the worst customer service on the planet. neither my wife or i will ever go to another arby's and i will do my best to spread the word so no one else will go there. it is just incredible the manager was going to call the police over a little watered down beef bullion. read more
