Unfortunately the customer service on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked for fries and queso (I don't know the menu but seriously, maybe correct me and say, "we don't have queso but we have a cheese dip") the employee seemed confused, put out and responded with attitude. When I politely asked for her name, her response was simply, "Why?" Then proceeded to say Chloe. I seriously thought she was joking...she wasn't. Customer service matters. I've ordered from Bergheim Pizza Company a couple of times now and always opt for delivery. Their website is easy to navigate to place and order. When the food arrives, it is always hot and fresh. Today, the delivery was received sooner than the promised time (yay!) The pizza is pretty good. Those wings fall off the bone and taste AMAZING! We placed our order at 10:21 p.m. and later received a call from the manager explaining that no delivery driver had shown up. He asked if we wanted to cancel, and we agreed but then he said he'd try to make it work. Not only did he find a way, he personally delivered our pizza himself right at midnight! What a perfect way to ring in 2026. It's people like him who truly deserve recognition.
