These guys knock it out of the park each and every time we have their food. This steak dinner at Rebecca Creek was nothing short of amazing!

Great place to eat. Check them out at Bucks & Does on Sundays. Try the Hunters breakfast or the grits and pork, unreal!

Fun Buns - The Glute

Fun Buns

Fun Buns is fun! and they serves great buns!! Stopped by for…read morea casual lunch with the family. We loved the funky art work (think of well-known buns as wall art, in a tasteful cartoon-like way). Lots of humorous references to "buns" that we all appreciated. My granddaughter particularly loved the oversized Hei Hei ( from Moana) near the front door. We started with cheese curds that were fabulous, served with ranch dressing, but they brought us blue cheese dressing when requested. Many sandwich choices! I had the yummy mushroom Swiss burger with side salad. Hubby had a terrific Hawaiian, with scrumptious pineapple. Daughter had a delish chicken salad and grandd aughter had tenders with fries. The buns were slightly sweet and every ingredient complemented the others. Inddor and outdoor seating Full bar We did not try any of the ice cream shakes, with or without booze, but WILL be back for those! Family owned Friendly helpful staff Huge patio for outdoor dining as well as seating inside. Fun buns is great food, a great value, family friendly, dog friendly patio and a good value for the money! Located on 46 just east of 281 and definitely worth the drive!

So much flavor, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and amazing textures in every bite. You can tell real care goes into their food. Also, the service was great. Our waitress made sure to stop by every so often to check on our drinks and asked every time how our food was. So much attention to detail all around. If you haven't stopped here yet, this is a must-try. I'll definitely be back!

Lemere's Sweet Heat BBQ

The wife and I gave them a try this evening. We strolled to the front of the neighborhood, and were promptly greeted by the couple. After some small talk back and forth, we placed our orders. My wife got the sliced brisket with creamed corn (minus the caramel drizzle), and beans. Myself, the sweet rib plate, creamed corn with the drizzle, and beans. In good time we received our order and went back to the house. The smell of barbecue filled my car and had our mouths watering. Once home, we dove right into our plates. I swiped a small piece of brisket from the wife and tried it. Nice and tender, and was tasty. I went to work on my ribs. I do not get to have them often, as my wife is not a fan of pork, so this would be a treat. Ribs are usually a lot of work, and messy, so to work I go. Upon opening my container there was three ribs with nice hunks of meat in them. The corn looked pretty good, and the beans looked sticky. The ribs were pretty good. Tender, nice flavor, and the sweet barbecue sauce was pretty good too. The corn was pretty good. I almost ordered it without the drizzle, but my curiosity had me going, so tried it. I think the corn was good by itself and I could not really taste the caramel. It was an odd pairing, so next time I'll order it sans caramel. The beans were ok. They had a weird sticky texture I was not fond of. They were not bad, I just was not a fan. Overall, it was great. The barbecue is the star here and you will not be disappointed. I definitely recommend grabbing some barbecue from these folks if you see them in the area. They were really nice people, and their food was great. I want to thank them for coming to our neighborhood to serve us some yummy barbecue. We sure hope they come back. Enjoy!

Fresh, real ingredients -- you can just see it. Sometimes looks can be deceiving, but tonight the food tasted exactly as good as it looked. My spouse had been craving a breakfast burrito since the day before, and that's exactly what she ordered. I was actually surprised they were able to make breakfast this late, but it's on their menu and they came through. You never know when that breakfast craving is gonna hit lol. For me, I got the Mini Tacos (Bistec/Asada -- 5 per order) and the Campenchano burrito. Not sure if there's a difference between Campenchana and Campenchano, but whatever version they're making is fire. The owner was super nice and welcoming, and everything was cooked to order -- literally fresh on the grill. I watched him lay down fresh bistec, bacon, eggs... everything for our order. And on top of that, it only took like 10 minutes. We've driven by plenty of times and usually see cars lined up, but today there wasn't anyone when we pulled up -- perfect timing for us lol. We live 20-30 minutes away and the food was still hot when we got home, and you could taste the freshness. Salsas were homemade: * Red - Medium/Hot * Avocado - Medium/Hot * Green (Verde) - Mild All three were legit and paired well with everything. My spouse didn't share her burrito (lol) but she demolished it, so I'm sure it was amazing. My Campenchano burrito was half bistec / half al pastor with pineapple. I'm not usually big on pineapple in burritos, but they only use small pieces so it didn't overpower anything. The bistec was crazy soft -- not chewy at all -- which says a lot because that really depends on how it's cooked and marinated. The Mini Tacos though... 10/10. Fresh tortillas, soft, con todo (onions, grilled onions, cilantro). Perfect. I was hoping for Tripas, but they were sold out -- weekends only -- so next time I'll just show up earlier. Their menu isn't huge, but it's got all the heavy hitters. Next time I'm definitely trying the sopes, gorditas, and tacos dorados. Overall, a great experience for both of us -- and my spouse is a picky eater. Compliments to the owners. Hats off to y'all for putting together something this good. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the great food and the great work!
