I stopped by here to order lemon pepper wings for a little Christmas party. They were freshly made and very tasty. The only drawback was, I asked for them extra wet. They were literally swimming in the lemon butter sauce to the point it spilled out of the container and soaked the brown paper bag during the ride home. Horrible Wingstop. Team members are not friendly and their mission is not customer service but to be 100 percent right all the time. I'm probably never going there again. My last 3 orders have been horrible experience. Either missing an item or never following directions. Each time I've asked for extra crispy fries and extra seasoning and each time getting the opposite. This last time they forgot the corn and refused to make it right because I ordered thru Uber eats I've visited other locations and they've been good, this location is missing the mark. read more

After w long day of walking downtown, we wanted to eat somewhere that was super crowded or busy at 6:30pm during dinner time. When we are driving back to Boerne, we pass this wing stop all the time! We are so happy we did! The customer service was excellent! The restaurant as a whole was super clean. After we ordered, it usually takes about 20 mins for the food to come. It came in about ten minutes. Everything was fresh and super hot! The wings were super flavorful! I love the garlic Parmesan wings! Loved the roll, carrot sticks, and fries. We ordered the meal for 2 people. It came out to $31 which isn't too bad. They have the best tasting ranch in my opinion. They also have two tvs to watch sports. We were watching March Madness. Wingstop is typically one of my go to places for wings. The food was hot, ready and on time. We love the garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub. No sit down is available because of covid. They had plenty of staff that did not look very occupied. This restaurant opened up in covid and I expected better. Since we were eating in the car and on the go I asked for napkins. They had none. If there is no sit down the least you could offer is napkins. The food was good and like the normal wingstop. I will likely not be back until Covid improves. The staff for a new place could also show a little cheer and welcoming. Good customer service goes a long way. read more

Not a safe place to order food. Unsanitary kitchen. Employees don't follow food handling laws. They all linger around the food prep. I've gotten I'll twice from the food. The heath department needs to go over this pig stye with a fine tooth comb. Their issues are written up on several websites. Not just this location. STF away. read more

CLEANLINESS !!! First off food is good so that is not the issue. My wife came in on a Monday at 5pm, it was just us inside. Restrooms didn't have any paper towels so I had to tell staff plus they were dirty, floors were dirty. Every table either had food or crumbs on it. Soda station was strictly carbonated water. It was not busy at all and restaurant was empty. Hopefully they can get their stuff together so that they don't lose business. read more

We did have one order that wasn't correct, which is probably a symptom of being a new location. The staff and manager were quick to make it right(in a friendly way). If I could give -- STARS I would! Pretty sad when every single survey they have ask to be filled out has a complaint! Every survey asks if you as a customer would like a return call and provides a space for the phone number, but yet no one ever calls back. Have called the district office twice now, waiting for a return call. On multiple occasions staff are on their phone, handle food, put phone in pocket, take out of pocket, text, lay phone on counter, put food in sacks. Can never seem to get orders correct, with no explanation as to why. And even management have no problem arguing with customers. Absolutely no desire to offer any positive customer service. Wings and fries are always great by Wingstop! However, we tried the chicken sandwich and have our regrets. The chicken patty was not crispy nor crunchy. Instead, the meat was soft, chewy and had a ligamentacious texture to it! It was a strange sensation to sink our teeth into the chewy patty by which the meat seemed to have stretched while taking bites out of it! Not sure how Wingstop could generate such a strange product, but they should stick with wings and fries, the sandwich was a bad experience! read more

Decide to go there at around 10pm and it looked everything was already closed. The tea was emptied out and all of the tables had chairs on top of them. The cashier told me that you "could only do To-go right now". They close at midnight. It's common practice for people to be able to sit down and eat in a lobby 2 hours before the restaurant closes. Wellll I wanted a tender meal, the 3 piece that comes with fries and a drink. I was told they only have 2 piece, 4 piece, or 6 piece. I then looked at the menu again and it clearly said a 3 piece or 5 piece, but took the guys word for it because he worked there. I assume it would come with fries.
