Crazy. How I pull up and order. I'm told it's a 20 min wait to come back and say it's a 25 min wait. Like why lie just say we close and 20 min this is what we have at the moment. Ugh after dealing with a long Halloween night. I should have drove my ass to Golden Chic. And then you gonna make pay full price when you lied from jump. That's what happens when you let kids run you Business!!! Never again. All Over a simple ass lie. read more

Absolutely terrible location and would not recommend to anyone. I've had something wrong with my order the last 3 times I've been, plus gotten the worst customer service every single time. They get especially rude if you ask for something (even for something as basic as ketchup) or ask them to correct a mistake they made. I kept going back out of convince and thinking that at some point they'd change but never again... read more

Food is generally pretty good, though the fish is ALWAYS overcooked. On the other hand, the service is abysmal. Rude, impatient, and careless. There are a couple of employees that typically work the drive through that are awful. If you work in customer service, eye rolls should not be a part of your language. I do want to point out the young man that generally works in the dining room during the day on weekdays - he may be a manager. He's always cool, polite, and attentive. Most of the other counter and window employees could learn a lot from him. read more

This location does not cook Chicken fresh too order. Also with workers that don't know what customer service means, just cause they want too stay past 10 pm and don't want too serve quality food. read more

I placed a very large order online.....my husband was there to pick up but it took a long time for them to let him have the order because I am the one who placed it and paid for it. Then the kid working the order was completely confused and at first wanted to give my husband ONLY the gallon of ice tea....after $100 plus order??? Then we ended up without a family sized cole slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, and (2) 5 packs of Jalepino ranch sauces. Or any cutlery...we had enough food to feed an army with no napkins or even forks! My husband went back and I put all the other food THAT WAS CORRECT in the oven, waiting until we could all eat. When he went back, they forgot the mashed potatoes. He had to remind them...Terrible service....such a shame. The food, when fresh and hot, is usually really good for take out. read more

waited in line for 20 mins got a number 1 ( a basic order ) with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea , i get back to work i have fish and green beans and a lemonade and when i call to see if i can return it and get a new order the manager says he cant hear me there phone is broken :) they need to get it together read more

Very good service. I was picking up my online order and they came out to my car so I would not need to wait in line behind many cars.

This has to be the nastiest Chicken Express in Arlington TX. The night crew is gross. The food they try shoving out the drive thru window is cold. When you report that the food is cold, the nasty drive thru cashier used her unwashed bare hands she just handled money with to touch the food to test the temperature and then attempt to re-serve the same cold food. The nasty night manager attempted to make an excuse for her actions by throwing an extra chicken tender in the box until he realized I was watching his actions. Stay away from this location. You may drive away with Hepatitis A after eating from this nasty location! read more

I'm giving this location three stars because I'm being kind. At my recent visit the wait was ridiculous, the speaker system was horrible, in the service in general was spotty. A pet peeve of mine at a drive-through is definitely to give the customers their drinks first, so if they're waiting in the drive thru at least they won't be thirsty. I felt like all of our food was made fresh and it was definitely delicious, the wait time was just ridiculous. Two cars behind my car actually left the drive thru and honestly I don't know where they went. The Saving Grace for this location however, was the young man in the drive thru who very polite and politeness goes a long way. I think I hold drive thru restaurants to a high standard because my first job was at a drive-thru. I feel like if I can be sweet and kind and considerate, anyone can extend that courtesy. So young man at the drive-thru window, thank you. read more

I have never been treated so poorly! I waited (after paying) for 11 minutes! No one spoke to me, no one looked at me, no explanation, cars lined up around the building... I think I could have been helped faster at a sit down establishment. I was handed the box (again, no words) with no bag, napkins or anything! By the way, my order was wrong!!! Boo, Ill never be back. read more

Never will I come back to this location. They messed up my order the last time and do not want to give me what I paid for . Never again!

Worst experience ever... HOW ARE YOU OUT OF GRAVY ALL THE TIME... it's funny how they always say that when they are getting ready to close just so they won't have to make anymore. That was only one issue aside from the employees just playing around. Will never go back. read more

This place is a Joke, went by & workers were eating fries right out of the fry station right in front of me! I will never visit this establishment ever again! Real Clown Shit..... read more

I can't say it is a good fast food restaurant in town. The fried fish is terrible, and the iced tea is no favor. Won't come back

The guy at the register had an attitude for some reason. He was short and grumpy with us, and didn't acknowledge our request for fresh fries to which we were given mildly warm old fries. I asked a guy behind the counter for fresh fries and got attitude from him also. Is it really that hard to serve fresh hot food? Don't bother with this place. read more

Normally a go to spot for me to get a great chicken. But this particular evening during the middle of the dinner rush it was a 20 min wait for what i was wanting. Dark meat chicken(drumsticks and thighs). And running low on breast. This is definitely a dumb complaint but when a totally busy time of business is overlooked it is frustrating. Moving forward i will call ahead and verify chicken is ready at a place that sells chicken. read more

I see why y'all have one star ! Whoever on fries needs to move to cashier been coming in now for the past week and fries are never done .

Solid service. Fish was hot, crispy and fresh. Don't know why the bad reviews. They are older reviews so maybe new management.

Horrible customer service the "new" management is rude come here all the time for work since it's down the street but will definitely not come back and will be letting my peers know how rude the employees and management are!! Do not come here Unless u want to be treated like garbage! And not hygienic for the manager to have long acrylic nails that could fall in to someone's food then need a health inspection asap read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was just at this chicken express and only wanted a #2 with fries and a tea.. but I was charged for that as well as fried okra and hush puppies which I don't even like AND a extra large tea and a extra biscuit. I should've checked before I left bc they have done this to me before at this location but I don't often check bc it should be right when I leave. I've worked fast food before so this is very frustrating bc it's not hard - customers may be difficult from time to time but the job itself is not hard. And I can't even excuse it by saying they were busy it was me and one other car in the drive through an no one was inside. I've tried calling and no answer they even turned the phones off early I'm assuming bc they were tired of me calling. I just would like my money back that I was over charged for and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. This is quiet frustrating keep in mind if you go to this chicken express ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK - or just don't go at all and go to another one bc this ain't it y'all read more

literally how hard is it to out hot sauce and honey in the bad it doesn't take a genius!

Don't go through the drive through. There's a lack of care and urgency from this "fast food" location. The chicken itself was fine and service otherwise was great, but the drive through lady we had didn't seem to care to be there. read more

Always great service and great food! My choir stopped to eat here on our way back from a field trip last school year and the workers kept offering to refill our drinks and asking if we needed anything. read more

The quality and service is slipping lately.... hate to say that because this is one of my favorite lunch stops. The good news is that there are new ones popping up all over so ........ This location used to be great.... read more

We were craving chicken tenders and decided to stop at this location. We definitely were not disappointed. Excellent tenders, clean establishment and great workers. read more

Since I work close to this location and really like chicken I go here at least once a week. The place is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They take the time to really get to know their regular customers. They often start preparing the order before I even get in the door because they know what I want. The food is always fresh and hot. They never touch the food with bare hands and I have watched and if they do any thing else other than serve food they stop and wash their hands good before going back to serving food. The staff all work very well together to be sure the customer is properly taken care of. I have been going to this location for 10 years and am very please with the food, the service and the cleanliness of the store. There are many choices of food in the area but this Chicken Express is my favorite place to go. read more

Once again horrible service!! I love Chicken Express BUT this location is horrible. No chicken..attempted to charge $1.50 for a small drink telling me it was a large, and manager come out looking and talking like John Boy with absolutely no customer service skills. I think someone pays for people to lie on these reviews. read more

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a #1 and #2 with a lemonade. They only gave me 5 pieces in it was suppose to be 7 pieces. The lemonade was terrible and watered down, I had to mix a flavor pack just to get some flavor. It's sad that I spent $18 for this crap!!!...never again will chicken express get my business again. read more

I rather eat KFC and I despise KFC. First time here and everything (chicken and mac and cheese) was bland. The cheese sticks were hard to bite into because the cheese was not melted at all. read more

I went in for lunch it wasn't very busy however, the staff were pre occupied with a call in order which seemed to be much more important than my order which was thrown together once brought to the table I noticed macaroni running over the side of the cup, and my rish was cold and hard.... I went to the counter to make them aware that I was dissatisfied I was told to wait while the manager ran outside to talk to him mother. Great, Customer Service right?! I patiently waited... Once the manager came back he told me it would be 12 minuted before more fish was ready... well, considering I'm on a time crunch I did not have the time to with much hesitation and a an attempt to offer me chicken tenders. I received a refund! let me just say...NEVER AGAIN! read more

Years ago when this location opened I was excited to know that we had a CE so close to home. Over the last few years this location has gone down hill and in my opinion this location is by far the worst Chicken Express I have ever been to. Out of the last 5 or 6 times we have ordered from them they have yet to get an order correct. My orders are always missing something. Last night was no exception... two orders of tenders and in one of the boxes they "forgot" to add the gravy. It isn't like it was requested special, they put one in every box of tenders. This is just one of many mistakes they have continued to make. This location is run by a bunch of kids, I am not saying their bad kids. I just saying with lack of proper supervision the investment of the franchise owner is not being taken care of. I can only hope that management can do something about this place before it gets any worse. I will not be spending my money at this store again! read more
