Fish dinner with fries
Marian B.

I've been looking for a local place where I could get good fish and chips delivered and I finally found it. They get bonus points for not wasting time with coleslaw (which would end up in the trash anyway). The last time I ordered, they called and said that they were out of fish, so I tried the fried shrimp dinner. It was also excellent.

I had more chicken than this, but could not wait to dig in.

Chicken is just like I remember! DELICIOUS!! Cooked and prepared fresh! Not like some places, were it is just sitting there. Coleslaw was excellent! Love how the place looks just the way it did in 80's. Service was excellent too! I would recommend they bring back jelly packets, and work on mac & cheese. The flavor is not that great. Will def come back!

Came here to buy my dinner I order a 20 piece and 2 bags of mushrooms . Mind one time before some I order 85 dollars worth of food . And I asked for extra sauce for my food they give me 2 for 60 dollars . They gave me 2 sauce and buy more I would never recommend these idiots to anyone . They don't seem they want businesses 10 dollars worth of a mushroom bag I got 8 mushrooms 2 bags 16 mushrooms . Good way to lose Business this is the second time they screw me over and not gonna happen again .

Potato salad looked and smelled so unappetizing

Chicken is pretty good, sides are terrible. So far I've tried the fries, potato salad, and corn nuggets. The fries are bland and have a bad taste to them that can't be helped with salt or ketchup, the potato salad is all white (those who know a good potato salad know it should have some color from the seasoning, eggs, celery, etc) and smelled bad so I refused to even take a bite. Order the chicken, make your own sides.

I've been buying fried shrooms and a combo for over 10 years and it hits the spot every single time.

We opted for the $90 2 person combo which came with your choice of 3 meats. Our server helped us and recommended us to try the dry aged pork belly, pork jowl and marinated pork short rib. All of the meats were incredibly good! The pork combo also came with the fluffiest steamed egg and your choice of soup. They also gave banchan which was your typical kimchi, pickled radish, corn salad, as well as tteokbokki, pajeon, and raw marinated crab! Overall, we loved the food here. Service was amazing, our server was super attentive and helpful. He grilled all of the meats to perfection! Highly recommend coming here

That gave us enough time to have the place to ourselves and order literally everything they could think to serve us. This was easily one of the best KBBQ experiences I've had. The meat cuts were all perfectly marinated and grilled, from the Dry-Aged Pork Belly, to the tender Pork Jowl, to the juicy Marinated Pork Ribs. The Budae Jjigae was savory comfort, and the Shin Ramen Fried Rice was not only abundant, but served in an adorable heart shape. Even the Kimchi Stew and Gyeran-jjim were more umami than the countless counterparts I've had elsewhere. On top of that, we got more ban chan than an attention-starved halmoni hosting her first family reunion in 10 years. Everywhere I pointed my chopsticks, I touched food. It was delightful. If I can ever gather enough people, I'd gladly infest this place again.

My girlfriend and I were in the area and decided to stop by Cast Iron Pot Original for a late…read moredinner, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we walked in, the place made a great impression. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and has a good music selection that adds to the overall vibe. There's a bar area in the front and a main dining room in the back, which gives the space a nice balance. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Private/Street Parking Atmosphere - The space is well designed and very clean. The combination of decor, lighting, and music creates an enjoyable dining environment. Having both a bar area and a main dining space makes it feel more spacious and well thought out. Service - The staff here really stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We ended up chatting with our waiter quite a bit, and he was extremely personable. He even took a song request from me and had it played, which was a really nice and unexpected touch that made the experience feel more personal. What We Ordered - The menu covers all the classic Korean BBQ staples you'd expect, along with some less traditional options like intestines and both spicy and non spicy chorizo, which made the experience more interesting. What really sets this place apart is their use of traditional cast iron pots instead of grills, which was a big deciding factor for us and gave the food a more authentic feel. A quick tip: ask for smaller portions when ordering. The servings are very generous. We switched to smaller portions after our first round so we could try more of the menu, especially since we don't visit the area often. Standout dishes for us were the Beef bulgogi, Beef brisket, Berkshire steak, Pork jowl, and the Braised crab meat soup. Everything was flavorful and well prepared, and these are definitely must order items in our opinion. Final Thoughts - For the price, this was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, generous portions, and genuinely friendly service made it well worth the visit. I would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

So, yes, that is still the truth about AYCE ... We started out with the beef thin brisket ... thin !!! Easy to satisfy your appetite and want to devour !!!! Tried many side dishes - steamed egg, steamed dumplings, grilled vegetables, and japchae. Side dishes were good !!! Then, thin sliced pork belly - very dry. Marinated pork ribs - nicely marinated, and beef bulgogi. Bulgogi was very good and wished we had a bowl of rice to go with it, not we wanted to go easy on the carb.

You get a lot of food and the food is delicious and the meat is high quality. The service is always fantastic. We had a big party and were seated right away on a weekend. The waiter was patient and they were thoughtful of the 3 kids in our party, bringing utensils and plates for them. I think of Wooga often. It's so yummy. But if you want to gauge price a little, we went with 4 adults, 3 kids and ordered japchae (glass noodles), kimchi pajeon (pancake), 2 bottles of soju, drinks, a meat set that came with soup, 2 types of pork and 2 types of beef and it came out to about $350, tip included. If you're on the fence about coming, definitely come.

Ooooh, it's been awhile since my last review…read more After 4 years, I still love Wooga but those "$$$$" on the their Yelp page keeps me from eating here more often. This time around, it's a stronger 5 out of 5 because of our waiter was amazing. Ugh, I can't remember his name. He was on top of everything and making sure our food was grilled in a timely manner. He was quick to follow up with orders/requests that didn't come through when the kitchen didn't bring them out. Usually my gripe or disclaimer I give to people is that Wooga is great at everything except wrapping up things on the end. In the past, whenever I went, it would take forever (!!!!!) to get our check and pay. It was so frustrating but this time around, it was a bit faster. It's a win-win situation because we get to pay and leave and the restaurant has another table for customers. Though on the pricier side, Wooga does check off all the boxes of: -amazing meat quality -amazing & attentive service -they don't skimp on banchans (side dishes that I heard other restaurants are starting to limit) -several meat combo options -best Korean steamed egg in the North Jersey area We tried the thinly sliced oxtails, which were really good but pretty pricey for $38cash/$39.90card for 11oz of it. There are some things that are inconvenient (long waits, very small parking lot) but it's easy to overlook them once you have a meal at Wooga. Things to know before you go: -Their menu is updated on their website if you want to check that out before you go. -The earlier you go, the better your chance of being seated quickly. Weekends are definitely a longer wait, so plan ahead. -Their parking lot is small so it fills up super quickly, so you'll have to park across the street and play Frogger (maybe you might be too young to know this reference?) to cross the 4 lanes of Palisade Ave. -When you arrive, make sure to check in with the host/hostess so that you could get a pager to know when your table is ready. Your turn can come pretty fast sometimes depending on the timing.
