Chicken strips
Elizabeth T.

I absolutely love this place and would absolutely recommend eating here the environment is always friendly and the custom service is great, but lately the chicken strips have been a little less than desirable. I order the small appitite that includes 3 chicken tenders fries and a drink. And this is what I got there is hardly any meat at all. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm a little disappointed nonetheless I would still recommend this place this is not the normal. Hopefully next time I order I'll have a little more meat on my chicken tenders.

Chicken Bonez, where to start. Guess it would be the awesome decor, then the food and service. The decor is pretty, awesome. Old vinyl record album covers, signs from local sports team (The Ducks of course) and the music is always awesome. The food. OMG! The wings are to die for. (the claim to have the e best burgers in town, this I cannot comfim nor deny as I go there for the wings). They do have a ice tea container that has a picture of Ice-T on it, pretty awesome! I am sort of a "hot sauce snob", and I gotta say, all their sauces have great taste. But, in my opinion, their "Damn HOT", though wonderful taste, is maybe a 4 on a scale of 10 to hotness. What it lacks in heat makes up for in taste. Not saying others would not find it hot (or too hot), just for me it was a milder spice. The Employees are always friendly and pleasant. They answer any questions you have about the food and seems fairly knowledgeable in what they serve. If you have a chance, want some good wings and a ice cold beer, head over to Chicken Bonz. You shall not be disappointed!

Lots of small fries

We just ordered from there and not impressed. Chicken needs more seasoning or something. Just definitely missing something flavor wi(thank god for sauces I guess). The fries were thin which didn't bother me, what bothered me was I must have got the bottom of the basket or something. All we had were small broken French Fries on a large order. I wish this place held up to the other reviews I have read before I ordered here. Also they might need to change their oil. Tasted old. Everything smelled the same Update ** Go for lunch it's better!

a basket of fried chicken and french fries

Unfortunately I'm giving 2stars because i ordered my food togo and it came up within 2 minutes of me ordering it. Seems great right but, no. I asked "how long was that sitting there?" And she replied, it just came up! I disagree, I'm in the food industry and i know when food has been sitting for a period of time. My fries were gross when i opened the box. Chicken was soggy, and had been "dying" in the window. It takes 6 minutes at least to cook a tender, no way was my food fresh after receiving it within 2minutes after my order was placed. I barely took a sip of my beer i ordered to drink while i waited for my food. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed for lack of quality and freshness. Don't push out togo orders and sacrifice your quality of food. Very common in the food industry sadly

Loooooooooooooove Chicken Bonz. They may not be the best wings I've ever had, but don't get me wrong, they're good wings though. Oh boy, all you can eat wings? I'm game! I will admit that if you don't get the all you can eat wings, their prices are relatively high. You can get baskets of wings with fries and a drink for the 8-10 dollar price range. C'mon, I mean...you might as well be a man and do the all you can eat wings. This is a great spot for an eating contest, and my friends and I would come battle it out here. I'm happy to admit I always win, and my record so far has been 42 weeks. Last time I had 37 I believe. Here's my opinion on sauces, based on Joey H's review. Honey BBQ, Spicy BBQ- A+ Hot, Medium - B+ Mild - B Damn Hot -C+ Teriyaki - C Sweet and Sour, Sesame Soy - C- Sesame Soy - D+ Parmesan Garlic - D- Lemon Pepper - F Sorry if I missed one, it's been a while since I've been here. The dry rubs aren't that great. Go for the sauces

Boneless wings and fries.

One of my favorite places in town. I love the lemon pepper wings. They actually have southern sweet tea!

My husband and I came here for one of their Thursday Trivia Nights and we had a blast. Upon first…read moreentering you get the vibe of it being a sports bar with the walls being ordained with skateboards and bicycles hanging from the ceiling. However, this is anything but that. In fact, it's the clever and witty Canadian comedy series, LetterKenny ,that circulates on the televisions here. I was very happy to see a tiny section on the menu dedicated to mocktails. It's only a couple of options, but that's two more than most places. I ordered both choices but my favorite is The Peach One because it reminded me of a bellini. My husband was very pleased with their whiskey menu. He went with a sake whiskey and I have never seen him so giddy over a drink before. We shared a couple of appetizers, frickels and a dipper/sweet potato fries combo sprinkled with some parmesan cheese. Now, I usually HATE pickles, but I LOVED these frickels. Maybe it's because they were deep fried and then dipped in a side of ranch. My favorite were the dipper fries which were fries that were thick and flattened making them perfect for dipping, hence the name. Highly recommend getting those with the parmesan cheese. From the look of things they have trivia every Thursday with a sprinkling of themed trivia throughout each month. I am excited to come back here and introduce this place to our friends.

I came in here with my husband yesterday afternoon for dinner. They are closed on Sunday and…read moreMonday, so the first available Tuesday we had open, we made it a point to go here. Restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a nice vibe to it. A definite asset in the revitalization of downtown Springfield. Bartender/waitress was kind and attentive, did an excellent job. Nothing fabulous or memorable, she just did her job and did it well. We order fried cauliflower, which was delicious. But I also have a weakness for fried cauliflower. Lol. Burgers, my husband really liked his. I didn't get to try it because it was far too big and messy to put down or try to share. I ordered a basic cheeseburger with extra pickles and added avocado to it. Both were cooked medium well, but definitely not over cooked, although I prefer mine far more rare than that, but that's a personal preference. Complaints... beer menu has to be accessed through a QR code being scanned on my phone. I'm getting old and set in my ways, and I refuse to use my phone during meals. So scanning any kind of code basically just means I'm not going to do it. Which is potentially a missed opportunity in sales for them. Second complaint is the buns on our burgers were not toasted. In fact, they were straight up cold. I have a thing against soggy buns. Would I return? For the cauliflower and other appetizers? Maybe. Beer, no, because of the QR code thing. Burgers, definitely no. Here's what gets me about this place, it was good. Nothing wrong with it, honestly. But I wanted great, and I didn't get it. There was nothing memorable to write home about. My husband called it "satisfying" and I'm always like, so is McDonalds or a frozen dinner if you're hungry enough. Lol. Which is kind of how I view this place, if I hadn't written the review, I'd have already forgotten it existed. It's basic. Pumpkin spice and Ugg boots kind of basic. But in this day and age with inflation and what I spend just to go out to dinner, I want great every single time.

I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The panko coating on the steak had me intrigued, but it was great! The hashbrowns were pretty tasty, although they could have been crispier. The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

Started with beers and a southwest egg roll order. We ordered because the server said it is running about 30 minutes for orders. The egg rolls came out and they were good. Our food arrived a little earlier than we were told. My wife and I got a perfectly cooked junior hamburger. Others got the southwest fiesta salad and the queso burger. Everyone liked their meal. Really nice sports bar with a lot of tv options.

I was skeptical at first as I really am just a diner smash patty and some cheese kinda guy. I really do not enjoy "gourmet" burgers. This place isn't that, they serve smash patties on all burgers made fresh d aily, owner came by and told us he won't open if he doesn't have fresh meat. The parties are AMAZING. The portions are just right finished the burger and had just a few tots left over. Service was also very good. When our server found out that it was our first time she made it a point to explain their menu and how the food is prepared etc. Her table service was frequent and subtle just the way we like it! The seat was comfortable and there is room for small and large parties here with some patio seating. We definitely will be regulars here.

I was craving the chicken and waffle but unfortunately they were out of their special batter and the waitress recommended ordering something else. So we had the Bacon Cheese burger on crack , with fries. And absolutely loved it! Cooked to order of medium-well (yes, you get to specify how you like your order cooked from medium rare to well done) . The bacon was fantastic, the burger flavorful and some chips on it and cheese made it wonderful. No regrets ordering this! Now I just have to go back and order the chicken and waffle some other time. I subtracted one star since the beer choices on tap are limited and the service was strange. Interior is cute and the menu is huge with soooo many options. Parking readily available in front of the restaurant.
