Chicken Ati-Atihan is Home of Filipino Food from their Calamansi juice to their Pancit (Filipino noodles) to their Lumpia Shanghai (Beef Crunchy Eggrolls). The Service here was amazing where the ambiance felt like I was back at home eating at my Filipino grandmother's place. They do a great job with Halo-Halo, which shaved iced filled with yam, red beans, corn, jackfruit, gelantin, and Ube Ice Cream. They have no relocated from Morton Grove down to Niles and the Niles location is even bigger. Highly recommend this place to eat with your loved one or big families craving authentic Filipino Cuisine.

Was looking for a spot to eat with my parents and Ati-Atihan is huge and has plenty of parking for larger parties. There was also a stage so looks like they also have live music performances. We ordered a little bit of everything and were so full with even some leftovers to take home. The sisig and pocherong bisaya were my stand outs. The soup was so good! However, the sinigang I think was a little bland. Portion sizes were great, the halo halo was regular size but we actually shared one. Not sure if they were busy that day with a party but the service was a bit slow and food took a bit to come out. Staff was still very friendly and attentive.

I had their bbq combo. Food was flavorful. You do need to place an order over the phone first before coming in to dine in or else risk waiting for a while for the food to be ready. Parking is ample so that's a plus!

Delicious food! We had a party of 16 and our table was ready when we arrived make sure to order ahead. Plenty of parking in the front of store and overflow parking on the side. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took a while for all of our food to come out. Some of our guests have finished their meals while others were still waiting to get their food.

Right at the border of Chicago and Niles is where this charming restaurant is. A total breeze to get to and the murals on the walls are very cool. This is a very casual place for everyone, Filipino or not. The menu is easy to understand. I wish they had more selections (maybe a lechon kawali kare kare or Filipino breakfast but I do understand they are just trying to see what works but I would have liked more variety. We had the chicken fried rice and that was decent but I am very curious to try the mango bagoong (shrimp paste) fried rice. The bistek (steak and onions) was different than I am used to but still very good. The lechon kawali was delicious and crispy. The chicken inasal was so flavorful and juicy- would 100% get that every single time I come here. They have live music on Saturdays. Service is as delightful through and through. They have lot parking.

The place is very unassuming as it is located smack dab in the middle of this massive strip mall. It almost gets lost in the enormity of the strip mall. When you first walk in, you are greeted by the host and the menu. You turn to the left and the dining area exposes itself. It is narrow yet a wholesome dining experience. The food is amazing Filipino cuisine and they really put attention to detail in their offerings. I ordered the chicken egg rolls, combo chicken and pork bbq sticks and a shrimp dish. They were all exceeding my expectations and I couldn't be more happy with my selection. For the chicken egg rolls, it was a minced chicken in a lumpia Shanghai format. If you know of how good Filipino egg rolls are, these are even better since they are made with chicken instead of pork. The bbq chicken was made with the white meat part of the chicken and was sliced off of a hen. The bbq flavor just oozed from the meat. The only knock and why I didn't give it 5 stars was that it was a tad pricier than my expected Filipino meals and there is competition that is similar in taste yet less costly. I would definitely try other dishes from here again

BBQ Pork combo - 3 sticks of bbq pork with rice, papaya atchara, and a can of pop or bottle of water. The pork was not fatty!

Food was tasty. Takes about 35 minutes to prepare. Return customers place their orders in advance. Live music with a cover charge, likely weekend evenings. Halo halo is massive, but we didn't order it this time. Lots of parties when we went. Clientele was 95% Filipino, so food must be authentic!

New location is amazing. More space and cozy. Service is great. You need to reserve a table of you are going in groups it fills up fast. And order ahead if you want their platter. Food is great esp. Thier BBQ aka skewers . The marinate gets into the meat that's why it so delicious.

We ordered prior to coming in, so, that the food would be ready. Both dishes were bland. Looking forward to the ube ice cream.....hope it's good. Also, we requested extra vegetables in the pancit.....yet, we can barely see any! AYYYY, no ube ice cream.

Chicken Ati-Atihan is hidden in plain site. It's located in the strip mall/plaza where the Niles Meijer's used to be (yes, I'm that old). I'm not aware whether it's some sort of family-owned situation or not, but the place is well-worn and comfortable, like it's been operating for a long time. Yes, they do recommend calling in your food ahead. We did not. But it still didn't take too long - just don't gamble on a quick lunch turnaround if you didn't preorder. I noticed (cause eavesdropping and we were waiting) there were a lot of people calling in their orders ahead of time. The pork lumpia was fresh and delicious. The BBQ pork sticks were portioned generously and the prices were right on. They claim to be the best chicken inasal in town. Maybe they're right. I confess I don't know Filipino cuisine so I can may be a bad judge, but I think the atmosphere, the food, and the service were all great and looking forward to trying more next time.

After a long day of walking, talking, and imagining his future, we were more than ready for a comforting dinner. Tita Mia's has been a staple for us ever since a very good friend introduced it to our family a couple of years ago, and it has become a non‑negotiable stop every time we're in town. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by their inviting pastry area, an instant mood‑setter that hints at the good meal ahead. As we walked further in, the ambiance washed over me with a wave of nostalgia. Everything about the space, the décor, the warmth, the familiar scents, reminds me of home in Manila. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're about to enjoy a true Filipino dinner, not just a restaurant meal. Since it wasn't too busy, we were seated right away and our server took our order promptly. Service was quick and friendly, which we always appreciate after a long day. We ordered some of our favorites: Kare-Kare, sisig, and lumpiang gulay. Each entrée comes with rice, so there was no need to order extra. The food arrived fast and piping hot. Their Kare-Kare is exceptional, rich, creamy, and full of that deep peanut flavor that instantly brought me back to my mom's cooking. The sisig came out sizzling just the way it should, perfectly cooked and not overly salty like versions I've had elsewhere. And the lumpiang gulay was freshly fried, crisp, and absolutely perfect when dipped in vinegar and paired with rice. By the end of the meal, we were happily stuffed, with enough leftovers to take home. Tita Mia's continues to be one of those places that feels like a warm hug, consistent, comforting, and deeply satisfying. We'll always make it a point to come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Filipino flavors.

When we asked a question about the menu she restated the menu name saying that what it is. We started ordering and she kept aggressively asking is that all you want? And we just rushed and ordered and sat down. We ordered the lumpia, the breakfast sandwich, and the pork belly with garlic rice. We also ordered a pandan cold brew and a ube cold brew. For dessert I got an ube cookie. The lumpia came out almost immediately, but was super super salty. I took one bite and couldn't finish it even with the sweet chili sauce but my husband kept eating at it. Our entrees came out shortly after the sandwich was good, and the pork belly was crispy. It was a great size portion. We waited to eat our food until we got our drinks, which came out quite a bit later after we got our food. The drinks were great and full of flavor. After we finished our meal, we went to the counter to find someone to ask for our cookie because we hadn't received and we were the only ones In the restaurant. It took a while until someone came out, so we rang the bell. She gave us our cookie after checking we never got it. So we took it to go. Overall the food was exactly what it was listed as, but I don't know I'll come back to the brick and mortar maybe just support them at various pop up markets.

Service was courteous, albeit slow, but when the food came out the quality shined. I would love to return to have more eggrolls, try out their sweets (they have a big selection) and come back for the Beef Pares-Miki Noodle.
