They were light and crispy with just the right amount of salt. Two of us ordered the loaded Patrick's bowl with mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken gravy and corn. It was pretty bad. The chicken was overcooked and really tough to eat. The potatoes were super thin, runny, and most likely an instant potato mix. I was definitely expecting more and was disappointed by the dish. Maybe they were having an off day? The restaurant was really busy so maybe we just ordered the wrong thing. I would give it another shot.

For my entree I ordered the buffalo chicken salad which, the pictures do not do justice. It was arguably the largest salad I have ever received. Plenty of chicken which was crispy and had a buffalo sauce with plenty of kick, as well as the bleu cheese crumbles and all the trimmings. Our waiter Dontrae? was very friendly, explained the menu, and was attentive in checking up on our table. Really like this spot, and would recommend as they serve 7 days a week.

A medium pizza was quite substantial and I struggled to finish it. The vegetable options for toppings were respectable and some were marked as locally sourced. The peppers I got were lightly pickled but the flavor worked well, and some mushrooms added more substance. Even the small sized salad was a pretty good size and it came with their house bleu cheese as well as some generic croutons. I probably got the best order I could here, and it was distinctive in quality and generous in portion enough that I could see why the place is a successful local institution.

Tasted fresh, and the French fries I ordered extra crispy were perfectly so! The roll was fresh, and had a slight chewiness to it; I'm not knocking that, it was awesome to me! Very reminiscent of cheesesteaks I ate growing up, so some good nostalgia in this one. Excited to stop back here next month! Also - the friendliness was top tier, and pushed it from four stars (which is a good number to me, for good). I was having an issue where I thought I had selected a tip amount, but didn't tap it well enough so the gentleman behind the counter pointed to the top and let me know it needed a selection. I will say that the wait staff is fine and deserves a fair amount of grace. They can only do so much. If I were the owner I would fire the kitchen manager, the bar manager, and myself out of embarrassment. The entire system needs thrown out and redone. Perhaps just sell the building to someone who actually cares about the business and wants to make proper changes. Once again, the food took forever to come out, and after well over two hours we only got two of four items ordered. The quality of the food was fair to poor at best. You will never find yourself craving anything from here. Then you have the poorly stocked bar. They ran out of three things while we were there. All before 8pm on a Saturday. Their whisky selection is embarrassing for a place with a Cigar Lounge. At this point we will only go back for events and we will be either eating before or just taking our own food to eat there. Probably our own drinks too since they can't seem to do that right. Mismanaged. Uninspired. Underwhelming. Embarrassing. Wasteful. Shameful.

She was busy but was attentive. I had the chicken parm sandwich, my son had the chicken parm entree. The chicken was pounded evenly and not too thin, breaded and crunchy. The red sauce was a little sweeter than my tastes prefer but it was enjoyable, on good bread and I demolished it. The kid's pasta was a little softer than I usually make it. Overall, it was a good experience. Their location makes it likely that we'll stop here again.
