I got what I though was Chicken Lo Mein... but the noodles looked and tasted like spaghetti. Pretty sure they're not the same. Other than that... it was dinner! Quick, great price, and they even have tables inside if you want to eat in there! If you take out... be sure to grab forks and napkins though. There were none in the bag. This is a strictly take-out or delivery option. Others in the area have attempted to evolve into delivery as well but fall short of what Chopsticks provides. FOOD: The food is INCREDIBLE for the styrofoam encased meal that usual delivery provides. The food is delivered HOT and TASTY. It is also made "fresh" meaning when you order General TSO (not TAO), they make it right then instead of having a huge pre-made vat of the stuff. The egg rolls are done very well and they provide a heavy amount of the items that you would find at a buffet - just done faster and at a higher level. SERVICE: The times I have gotten food from here (which totals 5), the food has been delivered about as prompt as it gets. I have also gotten food both when this place was new, as well as when it has gotten a serious following behind it and things have not slowed or gotten more bland with that swing. Ick. After waiting over 75 minutes for delivery - 3 miles between us on a Monday night - I received a very disappointing dinner. Lo mein tasted like it was doused in salt, I ordered a tofu entree (pretty gross) and was given pork friend rice as a side with no warning of it including meat. My opinion is that it's very clean, very nice the people are very friendly there is a good bite of options too

The issue is not the food, it is the delivery staff. The driver was a half an hour late over the 45 minute delivery time quoted. We even called to check on our order and were told "the driver took it, he had three deliveries." When the Driver finally arrived and the person who placed the order and the person the food was for, were greeted with a very rude Driver who said, "you should have packed your lunch." This organization orders from Chopsticks quite often. It makes it easy for our Blind Associates to get a hot lunch. Service was prompt and accurate as well as delivered on hot. The wontons were different but better than I'm used to, kung pao chicken was decent and the rice was cooked, but thats where the pluses end. That's terrible customer service and who ever that guy was should not be an employee because that's going to lose business for Chop Sticks. Pretty good take-out. Not a lot better or worse than you'll find at any other Chinese restaurant, but usually very good. My only complaint is that most of the sauces taste like they're made from the same base sauce. The portions are always large enough for leftovers, prepared quickly, and the staff is very friendly. Great Chinese food, made fast. Very affordable, and always meets expectations for quality take-out food. Dinner portions always mean leftovers for me, and I'm certainly not complaining about that! Food is good but service has gone downhill greatly. Their online ordering is a joke. I placed and order, my card was charged and an hour passes and no food. I call them and they hadn't even begun making it and said it would be another half hour.
