This place is amazing! I have to say this place hits the spot. The wings were absolutely fantastic--crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We tried a few of their sandwiches, and they were all top-notch. Even the sushi was incredible, which was definitely a surprise! The owner came out to greet us and even gave us something special to try, which was a nice touch. I give this place a solid 10/10. I absolutely love chick n roll! The restaurant is right beside my house and I tried it on a whim and fell in love. The service is normally really good but today I had a bad experience with one of the servers. After leaving the restaurant I discovered that my fries were missing from my combo meal. I came back to Retrieve the item and was told by the waitress can you get it? I have things I have to do love this restaurant, but the service could be better. Brought my husband and son for Fathers Day. Had Barbecue Onion sandwich and son had Katsu sandwich and I had salmon crunchie sushi. Very good! Also got a side and shrimp appetizer delicious. I can't stop praising the service. The young man was so attentive. Still love the decor and just the right business. Love the beer tabs and enjoy trying different types of beers. Nobody said nothing when I asked if y'all let me know if my food was ready and she was like we'll text you even showed her my receipt, which said it was a cash receipt. Nothing the only reason you kept my food warm was because I asked you and I had to ask you twice because the first time I asked, you didn't understand I had to repeat but since I have to wait for my first order, can we keep this warm and then you were like oh sure and then I had to clarify about my first order you didn't catch that at all. I had to ask you about it. I was like where's my first order and you were like what I had to show you my receipt and then you told me that you never made my order because I didn't pay for it yet I explained to you all stuff that I'm saying now and then at first she said well we'll just get it. when we get to it, I explain to you what happened and then you quickly changed your tone to. We were looking for something new and saw the menu online and decided to give this a try. As soon as we walked in, the amazing staff welcomed us and helped us find seats. We were provided with menus, cutlery, chopsticks, and offered help for ordering via the app or if preferred, at the counter. Ordering via the app was easy and were able to order for our group of 7 without issue. We were immediately provided with cups for our drinks, and within a few short minutes our food started to arrive. We ordered: chicken bites (soy garlic and savory sweet flavors), soy garlic chicken wings, fries, shrimp tempura wrap, curry croquettes, chicken katsu sandwich, California rolls, crunchy roll, nigiri sushi rolls, and 2 milk teas (with boba). Everything came out fresh and delicious! Again the staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere (modern clean decor, k-pop and sports on the tvs).
