If you like spicy curry, this is the bowl to try. Chicken was moist and the flavors were all sorts of wizardry tasting. Bursts of flavor. Bowl consist of mixt greens, basmati rice, spicy chicken, corn, bell Peppers, onion, sour cream, parmesan. They have some other items on menu that also seem appealing--something on the healthier side if that's what you're looking for. Vibe in the restaurant was really chill. Tough to tell you're in the market itself. Also have coffee offerings. Bowl was a bit pricey but sadly... what food isn't these days? Parking is a bit tough since it's street parking or parking lot. I also enjoyed their shadow box tables for dining in - it was entertaining to look at the old news paper clippings while I waiting for my food.
