Chick-fil-a is delicious and I've always been a fan of their milkshakes. I love that they opened one in Worcester! My family has gone a few times-we love the fact that there are grilled nuggets for the healthier crowd but enough typical fast food options to satisfy my little brothers! I'm sure it's because they're new but the drive through line takes FOREVER. They have two separate lines for cars but only one person taking orders so they alternate from one line to another and it takes a really long time. I'm sure it'll take time but this is something to keep in mind for now. It might not necessarily be super quick to go drive through! read more

I have never received the correct take-out order once from this location. Doesn't matter if it was the drive-thru or delivery. And the only reason we got the right order dining in is because we checked and asked for the missing items. Completely mismanaged location or the works just don't care. If you want Chick-fil-A, go to a different location or double check the order before you leave. read more

First time trying breakfast here, didn't have high expectations because fast-food breakfast is just ok, this place changed my mind! The biscuit was moist, the chicken was tasty, ice coffee was a nice surprise and the home fries were also good. Only Fast food restaurant that I recommend to stop in for breakfast! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Just came here as a first timer and I had a great experience. As a general manager for another food chain I knew what to look for. The cashier was polite, efficient, and professional. Another woman handed me my order before the cashier even made my change. Something I try to do as well in my line of work "beat the cashier" lol if the pos is fast enough. The dining room was clean, relaxed and well lit with an employee cleaning tables and sweeping during down time. Great job chick fil A. read more

I've actually only been to this chick-fil-a maybe three times since it's opened although I live quite close. The lines here are always so long and busy but surprisingly they're on top of getting things done and fast compared to other places I've been too. I normally get their nuggets, grilled super crispy and tastes so fresh and don't get me started on their waffle fries, half the time that's normally what I come for! Definitely one of my favorite fast food chains! read more

Drive thru is the worst one I have ever seen! Westborough one is so much better! One lane always moves and the other one does not!

Hands down the best chickfila I have ever been to. Best customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. Great experience.

I've been waiting here for hours and still havent got my food yet, I'm still wondering where it is cuz it never came after 8 hours. I even tried the mouthwash but it was baloney. read more

Upon every Chickenless Sunday I have a craving for Chick-Fil-A. I have this craving as I sleep, and until the very moment I come to Chick-Fil-A. When coming to Chick-Fil-A I expect the very finest in fast food chicken. If I wanted an overabundance of cars I would go to Popeyes. Moreover, if I want my ice haphazardously thrown into my cup (without care) I would go to KFC. Yet, I went to Chick-Fil-A, and I was disappointed. The worker failed to say "my pleasure" and for some reason the cups were made out of a weird material. I am no scientist but I am almost certain those "paper cups" have trace amounts of plastic in them. So Worcester Massachusetts environmental crusade, seems like another liberal ploy to virtue signal the masses. I thought Chick Fil A was above this, but sadly they are not :( Overall I love Chick-Fil-A but contact any Chick-Fil-A from North Carolina and below to know what a real experience is. Until then you'll just be another Massachusetts Arby's with the wrong logo. read more

Went to a Chick-fil-A for the first time today! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, clean space, well lit, and food was spot on. The staff even brings the food to your table. Was not expecting this level of service from a fast food place. The shakes were a bit too ice creamy but that is a personal dis-preference. read more

I'm so glad they opened a location in Worcester as CFA is my favorite fast food. It's become tradition that my daughter and I come Fridays after soccer practice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the expectation for CFA. Food is great, especially the fresh fruit and veggies they use. We love the waffle fries. I'm giving 4 stars because most times we've been, my 8 year old has to teach their staff that she can trade in the kids meal toy for an ice cream cone. read more

10 minutes to get chicken biscuit meal. Glad they were not busy. Employees standing around talking. Most Chick fila in the south are slammed at breakfast. Maybe their slowness is why they only had 3 customers. And to top it off no one said "my pleasure " read more

Slow service is the deal breaker for me. I won't go here for that reason alone. Chick fil a is known for its delicious chicken and speedy friendly service.. someone forgot to inform some of the workers here of this. And one girl in particular is in the wrong line of work.she was obviously unhappy having to serve me. read more

Worst location I have ever been to. You will be missing sauces, wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru, and receive cold food. I unfortunately have given this place many second try's and they are incompetent each time. Very disappointed. read more

Compared to the chic-fil-a in Westborough, this restaurant is a joke. The drive though lines are horrible, I waited almost 30 min one time, just to pull up with the employees laughing and joking and messing around, things you don't see in Westborough. There is no sense of urgency or care at this one, unlike any other one I've been too. They are also not even friendly here. Worst one around! Shame this wasn't a Sonic... read more

Great Service is waiting for you at every visit. This is definitely a business that has there customers figured out. Food is fine if not leaving you sick after for the fact that all the nutrients has been fried away before it hits the bun. Still great and probably the #1 fast food experience. read more

This Chick-fil-A is so good! The lines, however, are super packed. Teenagers run this whole entire restaurant and I don't really know how I feel about that. The food itself, 90% of the time is really good. But, sometimes I have gotten some cold, sloppy fried. read more

Burgers are good They should have the banana pudding milkshake alllll the time!!!! But they don't Long wait times Fries are good The grilled chicken nuggets aren't great read more

Super busy location but the people are friendly and they have good fries. Too bad no more vegan options on the menu

Food is good but customer service sucks. They don't even give you ketchup if you don't ask, never ask for sauces and forget drinks. I mean this might sound petty but I'm a mom of 3 Kids, drive throughs are for those tough days you want to make easy. Westborough chick-fil-a is the way to go. They are so friendly and helpful there! read more

Me and my family were so hungry. We needed to find a place to eat and definitely recommend here. The workers are standing out in the 90 degree weather. The food is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Good. The meals are a little small but the food is still great. All the workers are super friendly too. Definitely recommend. read more

So good!!!!!!! I love the Mac n cheese it was creamer than your mothers bungalow. I'd go back.

Just walked away from a really pleasant experience. First time and everyone was patient and sweet. Clean and staff very friendly ,definitely going again read more

I've had Chick-fil-A 3 times now; always via the drive through, always the 4 piece chicken strips. I can't beleive how good they are! Always fresh & piping hot, never overdone like the golden arches guys. The batter is delicious with a bit of honey flavoring. I don't have chicken strips often but Chick-fil-A is the place to get them! read more

First time eating at a Chick-fil-a in years and was pleasantly surprised! I've never seen grilled chicken nuggets on a menu before and they were delicious! Especially with their namesake sauce! They also serve freak squeezed lemonade, the best! The restaurant was very clean, and the star were helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong here! read more

Careless employees, order missing a soda, had to remember them many time, I would give zero star

Great establishment. Never have had a bad experience. We actually ran into the owner one day, awesome dude. Made sure every table was taken care of, even made sure himself to refill people's drink. Overall really great experience, I don't consider this place a fast food restaurant. Love their core values, keep up the good work read more

I went in today and order a small to go order, the lady asked my name and I gave it her, but apparently she wrote it wrong and didn't tell me anything. So I waited for 20 minutes plus to get my order! If I didn't say anything I would've stay there for a long time waiting. They were very rude and the manager had an attitude when he came up to me. Everytime I would ask an employee for an update about my order she would not speak to me or ignore me. That's so unprofessional. I recommend to teach your employees to make sure they write people's name right and have better attitudes. I love chic fil a but if anything doesn't change I don't think I'll come here again. read more

As always, great food and great service! The sandwiches were hot and came out quick. The restaurant was clean and the Chick-fil-A team members were as polite as always! read more

This was the most passive aggressive Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They weren't exactly mean, but they weren't like...nice? The sauces were given wrong (we were given one of everything when we asked for a couple specific sauces as if they just didn't care haha) and nothing was said with a smile. Just not the usual Chick-fil-A experience you get elsewhere. We were perfectly pleasant and as always used great manners and did nothing to get odd service, we even apologized for asking a question because we were almost made to feel stupid for asking it. read more

chick-fil -a did right by me and i have no problem. They kept their word and handle my issue in a timely manner.

Foods great. My life has been changed forever. Sometimes, I eat pringles, but I also sometimes eat chick fil a. Some people ask why, i say, because it is good. I also enjoy twizzler. read more

WOW!! Restaurant & drive thru was very busy and amazingly enough the service & food was excellent. Employees were very polite and even came around offering up free refills!! Building was very clean considering the amount of customers. By far the best fast food chain in the area . read more

Your food may be good, however I refuse to patron an establishment that has its workers ("Drivethru Team") standing outside in inclement weather UNCOVERED & WITHOUT A HEAT SOURCE taking customers orders in their WARM vehicles when your drive up comm works perfectly fine! Once you've given your order to one of the 2 line workers WITHOUT weather protection, there's a 3rd standing in a small COVERED booth WITH a heat source taking payments and or handing out receipts & a 4th worker standing outside the drive up window running back & forth bringing the food to the cars. I don't buy the "oh they get switched every 2hrs & they can tell us when they want to come inside" BS. It appears your mission is clear...increase the number of customers + as quick as possible service = more profits...going to the top!!! If this was good practice, then why aren't other drive up restaurants doing this??? And since my first email a few months ago went nowhere & now today's call to corporate will probably go the same place...I decided to leave you a review here to see. "The health & safety of our workers..." & "Chick-fil-a cares" are a bunch of LIES!!! Y'all know these young kids can only get certain low paying jobs & then companies like yours dog them out! For you workers, keep your heads up, keep moving up the career ladder & be better than your current employer when you reach your top!!! read more
