Chick-fil-a is delicious and I've always been a fan of their milkshakes. I love that they opened one in Worcester! My family has gone a few times-we love the fact that there are grilled nuggets for the healthier crowd but enough typical fast food options to satisfy my little brothers! I'm sure it's because they're new but the drive through line takes FOREVER. They have two separate lines for cars but only one person taking orders so they alternate from one line to another and it takes a really long time. I'm sure it'll take time but this is something to keep in mind for now. It might not necessarily be super quick to go drive through! read more

First time trying breakfast here, didn't have high expectations because fast-food breakfast is just ok, this place changed my mind! Just came here as a first timer and I had a great experience. As a general manager for another food chain I knew what to look for. The cashier was polite, efficient, and professional. Another woman handed me my order before the cashier even made my change. Something I try to do as well in my line of work "beat the cashier" lol if the pos is fast enough. I've actually only been to this chick-fil-a maybe three times since it's opened although I live quite close. The lines here are always so long and busy but surprisingly they're on top of getting things done and fast compared to other places I've been too. I normally get their nuggets, grilled super crispy and tastes so fresh and don't get me started on their waffle fries, half the time that's normally what I come for! Upon every Chickenless Sunday I have a craving for Chick-Fil-A. I have this craving as I sleep, and until the very moment I come to Chick-Fil-A. When coming to Chick-Fil-A I expect the very finest in fast food chicken. If I wanted an overabundance of cars I would go to Popeyes. Moreover, if I want my ice haphazardously thrown into my cup (without care) I would go to KFC. Yet, I went to Chick-Fil-A, and I was disappointed. The worker failed to say "my pleasure" and for some reason the cups were made out of a weird material. I am no scientist but I am almost certain those "paper cups" have trace amounts of plastic in them. So Worcester Massachusetts environmental crusade, seems like another liberal ploy to virtue signal the masses. I thought Chick Fil A was above this, but sadly they are not :( Overall I love Chick-Fil-A but contact any Chick-Fil-A from North Carolina and below to know what a real experience is. I'm so glad they opened a location in Worcester as CFA is my favorite fast food. It's become tradition that my daughter and I come Fridays after soccer practice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the expectation for CFA. Food is great, especially the fresh fruit and veggies they use. We love the waffle fries. I'm giving 4 stars because most times we've been, my 8 year old has to teach their staff that she can trade in the kids meal toy for an ice cream cone. read more

The drive though lines are horrible, I waited almost 30 min one time, just to pull up with the employees laughing and joking and messing around, things you don't see in Westborough. Great Service is waiting for you at every visit. This is definitely a business that has there customers figured out. I went in today and order a small to go order, the lady asked my name and I gave it her, but apparently she wrote it wrong and didn't tell me anything. So I waited for 20 minutes plus to get my order! If I didn't say anything I would've stay there for a long time waiting. They were very rude and the manager had an attitude when he came up to me. Everytime I would ask an employee for an update about my order she would not speak to me or ignore me. That's so unprofessional. I recommend to teach your employees to make sure they write people's name right and have better attitudes. This was the most passive aggressive Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They weren't exactly mean, but they weren't like...nice? The sauces were given wrong (we were given one of everything when we asked for a couple specific sauces as if they just didn't care haha) and nothing was said with a smile. Just not the usual Chick-fil-A experience you get elsewhere. Your food may be good, however I refuse to patron an establishment that has its workers ("Drivethru Team") standing outside in inclement weather UNCOVERED & WITHOUT A HEAT SOURCE taking customers orders in their WARM vehicles when your drive up comm works perfectly fine! Once you've given your order to one of the 2 line workers WITHOUT weather protection, there's a 3rd standing in a small COVERED booth WITH a heat source taking payments and or handing out receipts & a 4th worker standing outside the drive up window running back & forth bringing the food to the cars. I don't buy the "oh they get switched every 2hrs & they can tell us when they want to come inside" BS. It appears your mission is clear...increase the number of customers + as quick as possible service = more profits...going to the top!!! If this was good practice, then why aren't other drive up restaurants doing this??? And since my first email a few months ago went nowhere & now today's call to corporate will probably go the same place...I decided to leave you a review here to see. "The health & safety of our workers..." & "Chick-fil-a cares" are a bunch of LIES!!! Y'all know these young kids can only get certain low paying jobs & then companies like yours dog them out! It was the first time I went to this Chick-fil-a which is close to me. Previously, I greatly enjoyed the one in Westborough, MA because I loved the service and the way I was treated (I walk with assistance) and the food is great! This was a great disappointment. I stated I was eating in when asked by the cashier. The cashier did have a little trouble understanding the order which had nothing out of the ordinary. (I speak for a living and am always clear in my speach.) When he told me to move to the end of the counter and wait I thought it this location did things differently. I was surprised when I was handed a bag, but I just literally hobbled to a table trying to navigate the drink and bag with my cane. When I sat a table, I realized everyone else around me had food being delivered by trays as I had originally expected. As an associate walked around clearing for other folks as they ate and checking on them, I was passed by twice even though I was briefly looked at both times. The product is better at other locations, too. I felt singled out and ignored. This was the first and last time I will ever patronize this location. read more
