Great customer service starts with hello! I went in to this Chick-fil-A around 2:45 PM today and was amazed! When the door opened, everyone (all staff) turned around to wave and say "welcome to Chick-fil-A!" That's culture and climate at its best. I mean it is Chick-fil-A! However, there is always something unique about each one besides their fluid operations. Kudos to this team for what they are doing to exceed the standard and create an experience for customers to remember. Of course my food was fresh and delicious! -Shaun read more

we had four mobile orders, but they made us go inside get the last one instead of giving it to at the drive-thru with the rest which was a huge inconvenience and they were being kind of rude. read more

Went In. With 3 children to enjoy a meal and the the kids play. It was barely busy and yes the girls were 8 years old n one was tall than most. The old lady wiping tables was extremely rude to them making them get out of play area! I was extremely shocked that this occurred. The taller child already had self esteem issues because of being tall and this totally ruined our meal. I told my daughter to cancel the order but it was too late. We won't be back to say the least. My little 5 year old grandson was scared that the old lady was rude and doesn't even want to go back. The other lady they USED to have was extremely friendly and sweet! Can't believe chick filet would hire someone so rude! Thanks for ruining our meal! Food was good though read more

Excellent service, they fulfilled a very large order quickly and accurately (during rush hour). Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Kell went out of his way to make sure our group was taken care of. read more

Fast & Friendly I mean....what Chick-fil-A restaurant isn't fast and friendly? I have yet to come across one. Still, the store here in Wichita Falls is special. The staff here is EXTRA fast and friendly. Plus, the chicken is to die for!! Enjoy!! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

Really fast service, easy to get to, and not expensive like other fast food joints. You can get to it from your bike or walk. It next to a school so your kid can get some food if they're hungry from school. Would recommend read more

The bun and chicken filet have many gmo ingredients, no more TBHQ or HFCS, but they do have MSG, soybean oil unknown and unnamed 'spice', Polydimethylsiloxane an anti foaming agent, used in cosmetics and industrial lubrication. The bun has bleached gmo sugar, gmo soybean oil, wheat gluten, monoglycerides (Monoglycerides are a form of fatty acid, along with triglycerides and diglycerides) Diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, or simply DATEM, is an emulsifier used in bread making. BUN OIL has gmo soybean oil, non expeller pressed palm kernel oil, unnamed 'natural flavor' not specifying the flavor, or how it is natural. The service is basically two thin lanes to drive through, and a teenager holding a menu, and an ipad-type device, and a physical menu. they are polite, but are following their theocratic dogma, and saying "Have a blessed day/evening" which is meaningless to me since I am a freethinker. As far as the ambiance goes, well, they have a small dining room, and the servers there are easily distracted, as 1) I told them mayo only on my spouse's chicken sandwich, and when I looked at it in my vehicle, was surprised that they put some food-dye colored pickles on it and no mayo. 2) I then inquired why there was no mayo on my bun, to which they stated "Was not allowed by their policies" So, they were, for some unknown excuse, physically unable to do that which is done at many fast food outlets. I had to come home and use our organic non-gmo Vegenaise. Their waffle fries were not bad, but I have had better. read more

Why are employees at Chick-fil-a happier compare to their competitors'?I'm not quite sure, but their customer service is one-of-a-kind, especially in this location. Not to mention their delicious food - original chicken sandwich and fries. The place looks clean and the dining area is always tended. The employees are pleasant and friendly. I think they ask me how I was doing twice and see if I needed anything or a refill on my drink. Ms. Ellen you are the best and thank you! read more

Took the kids after school for a treat, no one was in line. We ordered 4 small frozen lemonades ($20). Had to wait several minutes at the window, then was told to move forward and wait. Waited 10 more minutes, while I counted 9 others behind us got their orders and left. When our lemonades were brought to our car, I asked if that was a typical wait time for frozen lemonade and that it seemed excessive. the girl said "Well, we just had a lot of shakes on the screen". I know a couple may have been a mobile order, but 9 people being served and leaving before we just get our drinks is not reasonable. No apology or anything. WF has terrible service. I hope chic fil a is not headed down the same path. But-I won't be back unless I have a large order that I can justify waiting 15 minutes for...melted lemonades weren't it. read more

This was by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been at. Not only did they mess up my order once... but three times! I still ended up leaving with no sauces, no napkins and no receipt to prove they messed up my order. They never gave me a receipt... they gotta do better here. read more

I had a bad experience today.Ask for gluten gave me whole wheat bread than took it back then they threw in the inside stuff in a container, than got home cheese stuck on lid so disapointed . read more

Customer service has gone downhill with this location. Ordered a lemonade and received it unsweetened. Told the staff and they handed us some sugar packets and told us to sweeten it ourselves. read more

Theses incompetent imbeciles couldn't get a 12 piece count meal with fries and a coke correct. They gave me a milk, and a single Large cup of ice. Do not recommend this establishment, they were rude and unprofessional. read more

I can't lie. I'm a huge fan of chicken. I will say that the Chick-fil-A in Wichita Falls, Texas delivers on the spicy chicken sandwich with a clean seating area, friendly customer service, and a steamy hot sandwich and tender waffle fries. They do offer quite a bit of honey mustard, which is perfect for any of their delectable meals. While I do wish their fountain drinks and water machine was on the other side of the cash register where customers can get their own refills, I will say they do refill the drinks pretty fast. read more

I just love their spicy chicken sandwich,I have to get it every time. It's just the right kind of spicy!!

Fiasco!! 3 stars is actually generous. Went to the one on Call Field again. Order was incorrect as always. Drinks were wrong and the new "lemon kale salad" (microscopic salad was HORRIBLE!) Just one time I would like for my order to be correct. They were not busy just careless. Too pricey for the end result. read more

Customer service is up to Chick-fil-A par. However the drive through attendants have a habit of standing at the ONLY handicap ramp and painted crosswalk so that cars pull up to them and block access which inhibits efforts and standards practice from the ADA. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-A drive thru ever. Normal line should have taken 10 minutes. Took 35.

Sadly one of the worse locations we have been. Ordered 12 Pisces of nuggets and received 11 and some crumbs. Large lemonade and we got all ice. No fork and no sides you get with salad. The 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and one chicken sandwich ( we got spicy instead) we're fine! Luckily this is not our location, we were passing town. read more

Usually one of my go to places to get lunch when I go to school to eat with my grandkids. This is now the 2nd time we have not received the ordered sauces. I like the food but it can be dry with no sauce! read more

Incredibly Efficient Operation!!! 2 drive-up lanes with 2 order takers. You then drive forward to the mobile cashier, then drive to the order pickup window. Ordered the deluxe grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese, side salad and a large lemonade. The sandwich has a large piece of spicy grilled chicken which became spicier with my choice of pepperjack cheese. Side salad was good sized with a generous sized packet of dressing. Also a packet of dried veggie/croutons. Only complaint was the amount of ice(half full) of my large lemonade. It's wintertime so, so much ice is NOT needed. Will request less ice next time. read more

Service was good but nothing to rave about. Compared to some of Chick-fil-a locations in Dallas, the employees at this location still need some training on customer service. Also my chicken strips were greasy. read more

I have been to this facility multiple times and gone through the drive thru and MY ORDER IS NEVER RIGHT when I get home. This has happened to me 3 times in a row. I have ordered a salad each time and I've yet to receive my salad dressing or the chips and seeds that go with the salad. I've called and made complaints and each time I'm asked to return to the restaurant. Its very Inconvenient and aggravating. Will not be a returning customer. May y'all need to hire "1" person to just check orders to make sure it's right and complete since you have 20+ employees per shift. read more

Amazing staff, they are very friendly, and customer service is great. I've eaten there many times and I've never had any kind of issue at this restaurant. read more

I thought I'd never leave a review for a fast food spot, but this Chick fil a made me do it. The food is what you expect from any location. The thing that sets this location above all others is the extremely fantastic level of customer service. I didn't know what i wanted and instead of feeling rushed the BEST EMPLOYEE EVER explained the differences among all the different salads. He was not just knowledgeable, but personable with bits of humor thrown in for good measure. I heart this chick fil a. read more

Just like every other Chik-fil-a. Don't plan on sitting inside. Everytime I have been here there are no places to sit. Even at 2:30 in the afternoon. Food is normal food. People are polite. Drive through does move quickly thankfully. read more

Never had an issue with the food, but can y'all PLEASE quit changing up the drive through! That has to be the most annoying thing ever! I just want to be left alone to talk to my invisible speaker person without judgement! I never know what new chaos i will come upon in the drive through from one visit to the next! read more

Dang the lunch service is fast..they keep that line going!! Deff a place for fast food and everyone's super chill. Deff go.

This is the second time I've been here in 2 weeks and the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom hasn't worked either time. It has soap in it but will not dispense it. This tells me the employees are not washing their hands. This time I went to the restroom before I ordered and I left and went to Cane's! read more

The grilled chicken nuggets are so good!! The vanilla iced coffee is my guilty pleasure, and the yogurt parfait with cookie crumbles OMG, you need to order it to understand. Maybe that's what you need for lunch. Grilled chicken nuggets, yogurt parfait, and iced vanilla coffee. Get the honey barbecue sauce. If the parfait is too much, they have salad.... The wraps are great too, I like the Caesar salad wrap! Yummy read more

Chilfila is one of my favorite restaurant, though it is very crowded. Service is great and the employees are so nice, there is someone who greats us every time though I dont know her name. Overall it is great so thank you read more

The place is pretty good. It's fairly new to the area and it's what they've been asking for. Only problem I got a spicy chicken sandwich one time and it tasted not right. That only happened once out of the 10 times I've gone though. read more

The food is standard Chick-fil-A, which is good. The service is supper fast, which is also good. However this location is horrible at getting the order right. I'd estimate that you have less than a 50% chance of getting all the food you order. My advice is, if you're at the drive through, make sure to check your order before you leave. They will try to rush you, but don't let them. Insist on checking the order. read more

I'm from Georgia where there's a chickfila on every corner and everyone eats it at least once a week. The chickfila here in Wichita Falls is far below the standards of the others I've frequented in Georgia. The staff was not pleasant, almost condescending, the food was greasy and they shorted us on our breakfast platters. We basically had to argue with them to get a cup of hot water and it really did not seem like the staff knew what they were doing. We were put on hold at least 4 times in the drive through and also when we pulled up to the window. I promise we're not difficult people, we're actually really easy going. This chickfila just was not good. read more

This restaurant was amazing!!! My husband and I have been on the road from Lake Havasu City, AZ since 4:30 a.m. and this was our fourth stop. It was sooooo clean (they even have mouthwash in the bathrooms and baby wipes on request)! Our sandwiches and fries were fantastic and the employees were exemplary! They made a fresh pot of coffee for my husband. What a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this Chik-fil-A to even the pickiest of people. read more
