The Japchae was too salty and was just plain noodles with soy sauce. Even the soy garlic flavor is nothing like soy garlic. I would suggest Bonchon in Ellicott City and Be One in Baltimore City, even The Hub in Ellicott. They have better flavors for their chicken. I even ordered the "premium" ramen that you can cook right there; well that was overpriced, I could've made a better one at home. The place is mostly for pickup. I probably won't go back.
