From the moment we pulled up, the service was exactly what you'd expect from the brand: friendly staff, efficient drive-thru, and a cheerful "my pleasure" to top it off. This time, I decided to try the new Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club, and I've got to say -- it was a hit. The combination of the warm, slightly toasted pretzel bun with the spicy chicken fillet, melted cheese, and smoky bacon worked perfectly together. It had just the right amount of kick without overpowering the flavor. I ordered it as a combo, and everything came out hot and freshly made. My fries could've used a touch more salt, but that's likely because they prepped my fiancée's no-salt fries first. The sandwich, though, more than made up for it -- perfectly crisp and full of flavor. The restaurant and surrounding area were clean and well-maintained, and even though the line was steady, they moved it along quickly. Today, I visited another Chick-fil-A location. I always love Chick-fil-A, but when you go to a different place, it's worth sharing a review. Upon entering, I was surprised that no one smiled or greeted me. In fact, none of the staff acknowledged the four customers waiting to the right. This experience was far from what I expected from Chick-fil-A. Among that group was a manager named Brianna, who did not speak to anyone. Additionally, I visited the women's restroom, which was dirty--definitely not what you would associate with Chick-fil-A. Someone needs to address these issues at this particular location because they do not align with the chain's usual standards. read more

It's hard to go wrong with Chick-fila. And this location is solid as a rock. I stopped by to get food on my way home and was not disappointed. Both the food and the service are exactly what you expect when you visit a Chick-fila. My food came out fast, it was delicious, and I have absolutely no complaints. Chick-fil-a is always a safe bet however, I was concerned about what I might find since most other fast food restaurants nearby had a 1 or 2 rating, scary! I'm so glad I played it safe and went to this Chick-fil-a, it was the nicest one I've been to yet! The people were welcoming and nice, as usual for Chick-fil-a. What made a difference was the care they took with the little details. The bathroom had a cute message on the mirror, "Hello Gorgeous" and had essential supplies for moms and women. But what caught my eye the most, was the care in which the food was assembled on the serving tray. It was neat, with the items placed with care, the food wrapper was folded nicely and the order was exactly what I expected. I'm so impressed I've never seen a Chick-fil-A that had their own mouthwash so of course I had to try it out see attached video but this place was super clean super cozy and it made you feel so welcomed I really enjoyed the staff here and how well it was decorated inside their store read more

While I have issues with some of the moral principles of those who run the chic fil a franchise from afar, I have to say that the local employees at various venues are amazing, and the food is great, and this particular am restaurant is clean and welcoming... from flowers at doors and tables to step stools in the restrooms and charging ports in seating spaces to a great play space for kiddos and a wide variety of well-prepared and great tasting fresh foods -- this is a recommended place to stop for locals and travelers alike. read more

One of the best maintained restaurants in the area. The food, as it always has been with Chick-fil-A, is good!

CFA is almost always efficient & gets the order right. That was the case on 4/16/20. As we are in quarantine, we were looking forward to treating ourselves. The issue we had with this visit was that my husband ordered a medium waffle fry & he got 5 fries. Very disappointing as it's one of his favorite parts of a CFA meal. We are 25 miles from a CFA & it was just very disappointing that our meal wasn't up to the usual standards. read more

We had the most amazing night at the Daddy Daughter Dinner tonight. The owner was the host and also The Mad Scientist, all of the experiments were so cool(I honestly think I liked them more haha) The staff came to the table to take our orders and delivered the food to our table on fancy dinner plates. The food was good, so no complaint there. The guy who took our order was professional and had a bubbly personality which is expected at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. The team leader/manager on the other hand..was not professional, very rude if you ask me. People who came in to order breakfast (at breakfast hours), she took it upon herself to yell in a rudely manner that she wasn't going to tell anyone, anymore that it's no longer breakfast time. Other than her, the atmosphere is like any other Chick-Fil-A. read more

My husband and I stopped by this Chick-Fil-A for a quick bite on our way from Atlanta airport to Columbia, SC and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We usually have a decent experience at chick-fil-a where we live Surprise,AZ but this exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and as soon as we walked in a gentlemen greeted us right away (as he did everyone else that walked in after us). We ordered our food which came out very quick and was delicious! Also, the woman's bathroom was awesome! Not only was it clean but the baby changing station had a few diapers and wipes, the mirror had a positive quote to make you smile, and they had a mouth wash dispenser! Stopped at this location on a Road trip. Was looking forward to finding a restaurant off I-20 - what a long and boring highway! Great service, we always get great service at All Chick Fil As. They had employees going around giving assistance with refills, cleaning trays, etc. This came in handy for us, as they forgot one of our items we ordered (which is very rare!). The staff quickly apologized and brought it to us. Chick Fil A really trains their staff well, always courteous and attentive. Chick Fil A is always on the top of my list for fast food restaurants. This location was nicely decorated. Nice clean restrooms too. Will gladly stop here again when I'm in the area. read more

Nicest restaurant I've been to in a while. Bathrooms have mouthwash stations. Ladies room is stocked with feminine products, diapers and baby wipes. Staff is very nice and friendly. They even have dog treats at the drive thru in these cute little baggies. read more

Chick-Fil-A is always a good visit. I ventured this way because someone wanted to satisfy their Chick-Fil-A cravings (this girl here) and as I was finishing my order with my babies in toe I got a call from a family member for a special drink that this location has. The drive-thru was packed and it was not Chick-Fil-A's fault at all, however they still gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich because of the wait - which was amazing. We ordered online 15 minutes before breakfast closed, all menu items were available. We arrived exactly at 10:29, before the signs had even flipped from the breakfast items, and the staff refused to give us items in our order even though we paid in advance. They replaced two items without telling us, and left out three orders of hashbrowns, all of which were not the same value of the items we had purchased. Will not be returning. read more

This Chick Fil A started out strong, but recently has been disappointing. When ordering they will repeat back to you your order yet once you pay you realize you paid for the wrong order. Then after going in twice to fix the order as just paid more then normal. They continue to mess my order up and no way was I going back in for a third time. My existence seemed to be a disturbance and my visit unwelcomed. Hands down, best Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to! Most other Chick-Fil-A's are good but this one is a cut above the others. The owners clearly invest heavily in building great staff, and have created a strong culture of customer service, hard work, cleanliness and courtesy.
