Had a good experience here. Had to grab breakfast for a morning in-service. Called the night before, got it all set up, and arrived the next morning to pick up. Now all cfa locations are busy, and for good reason it's the chicken of the gods. Or is it God's chicken? Either way it's delightful. I hate to say this, but the service at this Chick-fil-a was the worst I have ever experienced. The line through the drive through was a bit long, but during the around 10 minute wait, no one had taken my order. I drove all the way to the window and had to place it there. On top of that Hallie, the lady who took my order, who was stationed at the window was no help. She seemed more concerned on how no one had taken my order than actually taking my order. On top of that she charged me an extra 2 dollars for the same meal. The wait to actually receive my food was unacceptable. It took 10 minutes. This location just remodeled. They appear to have lost their customer service edge. Last week I ordered a spicy chicken breakfast bowl. They instructed me happy to help, just have to wait while we cook it. Today tried to repeat the process and was told by the manager that the spicy chicken bowl isn't an option. Also, the men's bathroom was in neglect: the garbage was so full that it was piled up over the opening in the counter. On the plus side, service was friendly as usual: I wasn't sure which salad dressing my daughter wanted and they offered to let me choose two. read more

Love this place! Customer service is always amazing and my orders are usually always right! The two cons I have to mention is since they reopened the design of their drive-through is awful. It seems to cause more traffic jams than anything, at least that has been my own experience every time I have gone there. Also ordering online does NOT help you move any faster through the drive-through line. read more

Took over 10 minutes to get a (4) count chicken mini & oj. Assist mgr even asked if I had been waiting long, said nicely yes, she went over & started talking to what appeared to be the mgr. still took another 3 minutes. Glad I didn't ask to get my app scanned. May have been here until lunch. Won't be returning to this location. read more

The franchise owner is an asshat and it's unfathomable how he is still in control of the location. Absolutely terrible restaurant. Their property is so small that it's a nightmare to get in and out of. No matter the time, if it's after 5pm you'll be waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. This is one of my favorite chains yet this location constantly disappoints me. Just tonight there was someone outside of the pickup window running orders to cars behind us, and because of this we were asked to park and waited another 10 minutes to get our food. Not only that we were trapped inside the tiny parking lot by the ever growing line, and couldn't back out. By the time we got home everything was cold and as much as I hated to have to write this, it wasn't pleasant. Out of the two locations in this town, I'll say it's better to order at the mall location, as sad as that is. You'll be stuck in traffic and a nightmare of a small location at this one. The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Too many children working, I guess no manager on duty and no one was interested in the customers. At 9:00pm on Sat there is a line around the building. Employee that is supposed to be getting orders outside, is inside visiting with her friends and spilled their milkshake on the floor. If Emely wasn't working I don't know who would have waited on us. No one even looked our way. It took 3 employees to get the order from the young female, who I guess, had just ended her shift. The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms included. Ever since the Dodson's left this place, it's been absolutely HORRIBLE. The managers are horrible, one manager as i was coming through the drive thru, walked outside up to the drive thru window, and as the Lady was handing me my food, he comes by and SNATCHED the food out of her hand and said " this is mine right?" the lady then told him it was mine. The managers literally SUCKS. they do absolutely nothing, i have had multiple and multiple instances there with the managers. There was one morning i came in there to grab some bfast, they of course, got the order wrong, and as i came back in, i saw one of the managers with my own eyes throwing wadded up paper into the trash can, like he was on a basketball court. I have been a Chick fil a fan since the day it opened here, but this is unacceptable behavior of the managers. Something needs to be done. read more

The lady taking my order was GREAT and if it wasn't for her I would've just asked for a refund, I'm from out of town and I guess there is a different standard with different locations. So after ordering online, driving to the location, waiting in the drive-thru, being handed 5 drinks without a drink carrier, and driving home I discover that apparently the workers at Chick-fil-A are not able to either read orders or communicate with other team members on whose putting what in bags. I ordered $50 worth of food just to find out that none of the sauces that were requested with the food made it into the bags with the food. 3 kids meals, 2 adult meals, and 30 count of nuggets without any sauce. I've let it slide before but lately it seams like order quality has gone downhill drastically. The sauces are the easiest part of the order. Read the screen find the sauce and put it in the bag. It's really that simple. I believe it's to the point too many team members are working to just fill spots that quality assurance has gone down. I know no one wants to fire people because of this pandemic but sometimes there's just too many people involved in a simple drive-thru service. read more
