On our way back up north so we decided to grab Lunch here while on the road. We are big fans of…read moreCane's so we know what we like and we know the quality and great taste they provide. Sadly today was a big disappointment. The staff is not as peppy as all of the other locations across the US so that was a bummer bc we could have use some of that energetic environment. Secondly, it was not as clean. Lastly and main reason for 2 stars was the texture taste of the chicken was off, the batter was not burned but it had a weird taste and it was too hard UNLIKE the other locations where the batter is crispy but not hard. Also the seasoning of it was off. The fries were over cooked and had tons of salt. I don't know if this region has their main customers that enjoy a high amount of sodium but yuck it was not up to par with what we are used to. Raising Cane's is an incredible way place to eat some great tasting chicken and I will continue to be a fan but this location is not doing what they should be. I read that another Yelper had a similar experience with the chicken.

Way better with some more salt and pepper. - Chili 4.2/5 A very very hearty and heavy chili. The taste is there, delicious. - Italian Sandwich 3.8/5 A pretty hearty sandwich, on the oily side. Preferred the Italian at Jason's more. Still solid. - New York 4.6/5 Warm pastrami corned beef sandwich. SUPER yummy. The pastrami here is better than Jason's. It's a little on the saltier side.
