I didn't like there sandwiches but I absolutely loved their wraps and I hope they don't get rid of them.

First time here! Very good, fast and friendly service. I got a country club and hubby got an Italian night club. Ingredients are fresh, service is quick. Jimmy johns is by far better than Subway, Quiznos, and other 'gourmet' chains out there. We don't have it in California so when I'm on the road I get extra happy to grab a Turkey Tom. The bread is so amazing - fresh and a perfect balance of soft and crusty. Check them out! read more

I had an order delivered to the Residence Inn one being a #2 and thinly chips and the other being a #5 Unwich. The #2 was ok but the Unwich was anything but. It was a piece of lettuce with some meat, onion, tomato etc but it wasn't rolled up so when it was opened it fell on the floor and all your manage Johnny can say is sorry. No this needs to be corrected so it doesn't happen again to another customer. I get the Unwich every Friday at my local Jimmy Johns and it is far superior to what your establishment provided. read more

Jimmy Johns is my go-to place to eat for lunch especially when grabbing a quick lunch is necessary. The restaurant was closed for a few months due to COVID-19 with no confirmation that it would reopen. This led me to a period of grieving and sorrow that I attempted to remedy by forcing myself to venture out and explore other popular sandwich serving establishments in Texarkana, with much reluctancy. I often found myself discontented with the other options such as the habitually disappointing five-dollar footlong or the underwhelming half sandwich and salad that no manager should claim is special. My lunch time enthusiasm had faded and desperation had increased to the level that I even attempted to make my own Jimmy Johns style sandwiches, like the Spicy East Coast Italian at home. I was unable to source the perfect, freshly baked French bread like Jimmy uses to construct his sandwiches and was left unwrapping a soggy mess that can only be related to the sensation of opening a pair of socks on Christmas morning. My motivation to find a substitute for Jimmy Johns was exhausted and my failure was evident. I determined I would have to find a new quick lunch food option, other than sandwiches, that I could eat while driving. Just when I accepted my fate that a quick lunch resulted in mustard stains on my shirt or picking French fries out between my car seats, Jimmy Johns reopened only a few weeks ago. I was elated by the news and immediately visited the restaurant to order my favorite meal, the Beach Club with a bag of salt and vinegar chips. The sandwich was delicious and left a smile on face that could not be extinguished by even the acidity of the chips burning the corners of my mouth. Normalcy was renewed as I am now able to grab any one of their delicious sandwiches in just minutes. As undeterminable as things seem right now, Jimmy Johns is reliably good food and fast service that will always win my business. read more
