My daughter LOVES Chick-fil-A so even though we had many bad experiences when we moved here, she slowly started to forget those and asked to eat here a lot. Over the last year we have tried this restaurant several more times and they have truly turned it around! We have ordered delivery - which has always been extremely fast, ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru, ordered at the drive thru, and gone in. Sometimes the drive thru line is extremely long, but they do a good job at moving the cars through, and the food is top notch. While this was definitely not up to standards before, I would say it not only meets but exceeds them now. read more

If you have the time, go inside, the drive thru experience is very slow. It took about 20 minutes for my food to get to me. The line was not long, it was evening time, and I just ordered a chicken sandwich. I've been to this Chick-fil-a multiple times, and it's been great. But recently I've noticed a decline in service, focusing mainly on the drive thru. In the past not only has it been slow, Ive also had items missing from my order. I've also had bonus items in my bag that I didn't order or realize until I arrived home. Id like to think maybe it's new staff outside, I only say this because I always see one person leading a group. They also stopped bringing food to the cars, so you get your order at the drive thru window instead. I've tried to give them multiple shots but there's something new everytime. She said it was full so I opened it and it appeared to be full, sort of, until I packed it twice on my hand and it was half full. She said that's how they come. I don't think so. A quart is a measurement. I didn't order a quart sized cup half full of ice cream. I expect it to be full. Did they fix the issue?!? NO. Stopped by chick-fil-a this morning for my very first breakfast sandwich. The drive through line was smaller than usual (there's a two lane situation going on at this location) and I ordered through the microphone for the first time ever. There's usually a girl or two standing in the blistering heat, melting in the hot sun taking orders. Anywho, I asked if lunch items were available to bring something home and they said it'd be a 5-10 min wait. I said no thanks and that I was in a rush and ordered a breakfast sandwich meal (sausage egg cheese biscuit) with hashbrowns and a lemonade. I was greeted with a smile from the cashier and cashed out pretty fast and then was told to pull up - it would take another 5 mins for my breakfast sandwich. What the what? But.. it's breakfast time? And.. I ordered off the breakfast menu? And.. I was told only lunch items would take a while? I pulled forward and watched probably 7 or 8 cars zip through with their food (I'm guessing everyone opted for the minis and I just ordered the wrong thing?). EIGHT mins later someone brought out my food. They take the "fast" out of "fast food," that's for sure. The sandwich was so-so but the cheese was 100& melted into the paper it was wrapped in. I'd say no more than 10% of the cheese actually made it to the sandwich, which was a huge bummer for me. Hashbrowns were ice cold, which was expected after probably sitting on the counter for 8 mins while the sandwich was made. Probably won't drive through here unless I have a good 20 mins to spend in the drive through. read more

I went back and forth between four and five stars because they don't always get the order right, and we have been accidentally up-charged in the past but management always makes it right, so 5 stars it is. Not one of the better Chick-fil-a's. It's not the worst I've been to either that honor goes to the Chick-fil-a on Abercorn street in Savannah. Let's start with the positives: my order was taken and received in a timely manner. The cashier was efficient but not friendly and did not seem to be happy to be working there. My first issue is with the employees and the lack of seating available. I arrived during breakfast just before the switch to lunch. Apparently, they had over staffed the restaurant and there were more than eight employees lounging around in the booths on their phones. No employees offered me a both do I had to sit upside. (Several employees had a booth to themselves and could have sat together). But I get it, the employees like to use the restaurant as their home away from home never mind the paying customers. The worst problem has to be the size of their chicken. I ordered an egg white grilled chicken muffin as one of my meal items. When I first opened this item I thought they had forgot the chicken! However, after further inspection the chicken was there it was just too small. My chicken patty was laughably small---about the size of two grilled nuggets fused together and pressed into a small patty. The chicken was much smaller than the English muffin and several bites did not include any chicken at all. I thought about making a complaint but remembered the managers and employees were too busy relaxing in the dinning room glued to their phones. read more

I called to order a nugget tray for a party and the girl was very rude on the phone and bad at answering questions. She never asked me for a pickup time so I called back and she hung up on me. This Chick-Fil-A has the worst food I've ever ate. It does not taste like the normal chicken I usually would get from anywhere else. There is always big chunks of gristle in the chicken sandwich and nuggets. Their lemonade taste like it's been sitting for a while and always taste old. It has a sour taste to it. I have never ever in my life been in a dirty Chick-fil-A but this location made that nightmare come true. This location makes the brand look horrible. Thank goodness I know this is not the normal environment of Chick-fil-A restaurants as a whole. The floors were filthy, food was all on the floors and tables and the restroom looked worse than a restroom at a truck stop! The next time I'm passing through I will never stop at this location again. Easily the best service. I am rating this place 5 stars based on the service alone. The food is amazing though (I mean come on, isn't every chic fil a?). I came in before work, ordered and went to pay. Apparently, my insurance company had charged me so many times they over drafted my account. Without missing a beat, the manager said "I've got it today" and handed me my food. Not too mention I am an army veteran, and have received comped meals a few times. I never ask for military discounts but occasionally I would stop in uniform (it was on my way home from savannah) and I was treated extremely well and my sandwich was free. I have never had service at a restaurant like this ever. Even five star. The manager had about 4 staff members getting on my catering order, the minute I walked in. They were each so polite to each other and knew exactly what I had without asking. I did not have to wait for a moment nor did I even have to carry anything to my car despite having several heavy bags. This manager runs a tight ship and has young people with cooperative attitudes. That always comes from the top down. Very impressive in a time when good customer service is hard to come by.
