very disappointed I come twice a week here because the food and customer services are always on point but the past week, I have experienced nothing but disappointment and rudeness. One specific young lady that comes to my mind is Alison/Addy I believe, I did not catch a clear look at the name, made me feel as if I was not welcomed at this franchise. Was craving a spicy chicken but poor service, rude employees, and incorrect food orders ruined my meal! I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with no cheese (which I emphasized when placing my order) but still ended up with American cheese on it. My wife ordered a a salad which is a pretty simple dish but when we got to the food window, they handed me my chicken sandwiches and told me it was going to be a five minute wait for the salad. When I mentioned to the young man that that handed me my order that that was going to be to long of a wait and that the sandwiches he handed were going to get cold, he stated that there was nothing he could do (basically shrugging me off and letting me know it wasn't his problem). I then asked to cancel the salad and within a minute he shoved a salad at me in a very rude manner. My wife then proceeded to check it and the condiments were missing. When we told him that, he acted like we were asking for extras and made it very difficult to get the condiments. Eventually he provided the missing items. When we arrived home, we discovered that straws and a fork had not been provided. What was provided was multiple knives. My wife was wondering why knives were provided but not a fork. It was at this time that I discovered my sandwich had cheese on it, even though I had asked for no cheese. Rather than drive back and suffer through another bad experience, I picked and peeled the cheese off my sandwich. You guys need to come up with a better process to of delivering drive through food all at once rather than in pieces. Such a waste of my money and time at your store. OK so I'm giving this five stars because we love What Chick-fil- is being a Christian organization that takes off Sundays and treats there employees the right way. The only issue that I have with Chick-fil-A is that they cook the food in peanut oil now yes some people are able to eat the peanut oil because it's cold press but some like me we're not allowed to it's too risky. So for me I can do the shakes and of course they're amazing lemonade but other than that I can't eat the food. If they really would change their oil That would be the cherry on top. Yup the customer service @ this drive thru is trash. Bad service on a couple occasions. These kids make 18 bucks an hour and claim they're too busy to make simple requests 1) I ordered a large sweet tea + lemonade , drove about 3 miles and realized that it was only sweet tea. I drove back and went inside to let them know about the mistake. I then requested french fries for the inconvenience and the supervisor or manager on duty says they can only give me a cookie for the mishap. i then told him Id let corporate know about this experience and all of a sudden he decides to fulfill my request and give me the french fries lmao. 2) I ordered a chicken sandwich and large fries (fries looked like a medium). As soon as i pull up to the window, the girl outside the window greeted us and let us know its gonna be a moment. I asked for a water cup but got denied because the girl inside said "im busy right now" . i was yup they getting grilled on yelp 100% These kids are getting out of hand and have no idea what customer service is. 18 bucks an hour and cant fill a cup with water lol read more

Quality chicken sandwiches from a simple #1 with just a couple pickles or their fancy spicy chicken deluxe. I also make those protein style to avoid eating the bread. I also very much enjoy their chicken strips. Dipping them into their Sweet and Sour Sriracha sauce takes it to another level. Recently tried their home deliver service and was thoroughly impressed how hot everything was. As a faithful dinner of Chick-fil-A, I witnessed the most wild thing I have seen in 2021. While having a late lunch with my father, I witnessed a woman and her daughter walk into the restaurant while holding a dog. A DOG. I was surprised not one other person batted an eye. She was not asked to leave and she proceeded to order. This woman had many other options other than bringing her dog INSIDE a inclosed place of dinning. 1. DRIVE THRU 2. Leaving her teenage daughter in the car with the dog. 3. Order through the app 4. Leaving the dog in the car 5. Allowing her daughter to order while she sat in the car with the dog. I use to like Chick-fil-A, but like other chains, once they get too big, quality goes down hill. I've lived in Simi my entire life and by the time we get these popular chains here, seems like they've already headed downhill. Last week is the last time I will dine here. I actually threw all of my fries out, they were dry and tasteless, and my sandwich was just as bad but I was hungry and ate only half of it. BTW, whoever designed the Simi drive through should be fired! All of the obstacles that you can see vehicles have hit because of poor placement. They should have left Denny's in its place. read more

I know everything and everyone here is still relatively new. That is not the problem, the drive thru is just a terrible arrangement. One can not park anywhere neat the doors to go into this place. Some rocket scientist put a planter / barricade up on both sides of this location and there is no way for anybody with limited mobility to get to the entry doors with dodging a bunch of irritated drivers competing for the next place in line. We drove thru and when we reached an order taker, they were polite, but were confused when we asked about a menu. They went in and got one that we could look at. Nothing went smoothly, we got conflicting info from each "station" we were passed through. We've decided not to come back until the newness wears off, if it ever does. The food was what you've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. It was great actually, well worth the wait! I think these guys have the best chicken nuggets on earth, at least I've not found better yet. We were just hoping to eat in and found that impossible at this point. I will always support Chick-fil-A with my dollars and my patronage, I like everything they are about and support them wholeheartedly. Ooooo guuuurl you have no idea how happy I am that we have a CHICK FIL A in SIMI. Whenever I have a craving I will usually shlep all the way to Thousand Oaks for my fix but I no longer need to do that. I went a few times but the lines were so long I left because I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to wait. If you go during lunch time or as I say prime time..expect a line. There are two drive through lines. One starts from each entrance and the other is from the opposite side of the parking lot. A little tip..park by the old Walmart if you go in because if you park in front of the restaurant, the drive through line will box you in making it near impossible and dangerous to get out. Once we finally made it to the front and ordered..the girl taking our order swiped our card three times, said it didn't work and asked for another form of payment. We knew our card wasn't the issue and she said her tablet was dying so after swiping our credit cards 20 times we had to pay at the window. The guy at the window tried to give us another lady's order and we said that's not ours. We had the wrong cheese on our sandwiches, but it was still A1. The food was bomb and the restaurants still working some small kinks out, but def worth waiting in the line for the bomb food! read more
