WORST SERVICE! I have been ordering Chick-fil-a delivery for many years. Since they have transitioned to using Door Dash our orders have been wrong on almost every occasion. Finally out of frustration I called the store to ask for the remainder of my food to be delivered. This time I was missing HALF of our food. Normally it is many one item. I ordered through Chick-fil-a's app, not door dash. Because they contracted through Door Dash not me, I wanted Chick-fil-a to make this right. They REFUSED. They would not refund my order I was missing. They would not give me my missing food. Although I love Chick-fil-a food and stand for a company who works hard on being a Christian business, I will no longer be ordering from them. Being closed on Sunday doesn't mean the most, it is one accept of being a true moral and ethical company, which at this point I am losing faith in. read more

Giving this location 2 stars because 3/4 times were ok experience but this 4th was horrendous. meagan (manager on duty during this) saw a hair in my Cobb salad after i was eating it looked at it and said "ew" behind counter in front of me when shown by another server. The service and quality have gone down dramatically since its first opening. Every order I've had within the last few months has missing items or wrong items. I can no longer trust that the order is correct and now check everything before pulling away from the restaurant. Also, sometimes the wait times are outrageous! I've frequented this particular location several times, and it is consistently not great so I'm finally reviewing. I'm sad because this is the closest location to my house and the Rim is under renovations. This morning, I got a coffee,(not really hot) breakfast fillet(not really breaded- maybe some on the edges) and hash browns- barely could call it warm, and an immediate smell of old grease at the first bite. Service was slower than other locations given that it wasn't very busy. Don't get me wrong- I LOVE Chick Fil A, but this location need some help all the way around! read more

Well I have never been inside a chik fil a with a sit down side and a carry out side. That was wonderful with great interior, clean and well lit. Our server was prompt and courteous in the way only chik fil a can be. The adults had chicken sandwiches and nuggets with fries that were hot and tasty. Our kids got nugget kids meals and my son got the nicest fruit cup I have ever seen! They were also having a seasonal drink special with watermelon, so we tried the watermelon lemonade and it was delicious! Great to know this chik fil a is down the street from work. Crappy service and will not be ordering from this location. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with service and let the past times slide. But not today.. I placed a curbside order for 1 drink, and the app said it would be ready in 1 to 4 minutes. I arrived and parked in the curbside spot facing the drive thru within 1 minute of placing the order. At 11 minutes after the order was placed, I still did not have the beverage. I then called to speak with a manager. After 2 additional minutes, I finally received the 1 beverage. 13-minute wait is ridiculous. If you are unable to deliver in a timely manner, disable curbside. In this time, I saw at least 37 vehicles breeze through the drive thru, and yet 1 beverage was unable to be delivered. read more

Tried the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich. I know chick-fil-a chicken is overpriced, but they serve the pimento cheese like they are trying to save an endangered species. Put some darn pimento cheese on your overpriced chicken for goodness sake. I get to the window. Food isn't ready. Then they take two bags of food and drinks to a car six cars behind me. I ask what's up. The little manager boy says it takes them longer ti cook chicken strips. Now I know that's bullshit because the size of a chicken strip is smaller than a sandwich filet. So I call him out and he says, it is what it is. What he should have said is my chicken fryer person has their head up their ass. Let me go address that and get you your order. Then he says, Please pull over to the parking lot and wait for your food. Again, I call bullshit and say I'm not doing that. Remarkably, he turns to ask the other manager boy who hands him my order. Tried ordering through Grub Hub via Yelp. After 15 minutes we get a call from a call center customer service rep who had such a heavy accent it was possible only to catch every fourth or fifth word but enough so that after 20 minutes on the phone they said they can only cancel the order. So, because we had a hankering for a chik'n sammich, my wife then drives there and goes through drive through, placing a simple 3 sandwich and 2 fries, with a couple of sauces, order with no special instructions at all. The line was long and so when she finally got to the window and got the bag she didn't stay check to see if the order was right as she just wanted to get out of the way. Missing a sandwich, missing ordered dipping sauces and wrong size fries. Called their store number to see if we could either get a sandwich delivered or go pick one up but after over 20 minutes on hold it went to voicel mail. It's not about whether we got fast food or not, but about basic customer service and the multiple failures with multiple partners failing to get something done for a customer that they do almost countless times in a day/week/month. I understand that Chik-Fil-A takes a large % of franchise revenues but I would think this would drive even better service to generate more business and loyal customers. Opportunity for you is all.
