I had just gotten an order from here and came back after speaking with Nick who said he would right down my name so that I could get my order remade. I come back and Nick cannot find the order. I showed my bank statement they refused until they found the order in their system which they were having trouble doing. I even had my bank on the phone to confirm the date and time of the transaction. They still could not find the order, and Nick started threatening me when I am five months pregnant and refusing to correct my order even with my bank on the phone. It has been a few years since this CFA has been opened. My main complaint in the past was that the drive-through and customer service was hit or miss. After the few years, this location has definitely worked its kinks out. I'm not sure if it was the pandemic, the more years of experience, or maybe both, but the drive-through is spot on now. There are employees that will take your orders at the drive-through, and the speed at which I receive my food has greatly increased. This location has event built a one of those covers for the employees to keep them cool or warm depending on the weather! The customer service has also been great! All the employees seem to be cheerful and pleasant to talk to even on these colder days. I also can't remember when the last time my order was fulfilled incorrectly, I know this was previously an issue. This location has stepped up their game, so I'm updating my review to 5 stars! I really do enjoying going to CFA. The employees are always great no matter what location you go to. A long line of cars goes through very fast because of the system they have in place. A twenty car line goes by quicker than a three car line at almost any other fast food place in the city. That's worthy of a full five stars. The four star review is more because of, maybe, a personal choice. I find the food alright. It doesn't draw me in and the biggest reason I go is for the Sunjoy. I'm a diabetic and need to watch sugar intake and the diet sunjoy (aka in the past as an arnold palmer) with unsweet tea is perfect for me. The food itself seems to have a lot of repetition. Average service for a CFA. Always greeted with a smile, always left with a "my pleasure." Nothing over the top. Drive-thru lines are long, but they more through the orders quickly. The lines inside don't seem to move with as much speed. I ordered just a frozen lemonade to go, and my order (seemingly the quickest thing to make) was not given priority to the orders in front of mine. Orders in first, will always get filled first. This has been the first CFA that I've been to that has a dedicated spot for curb-side pickup. There is also a dedicated register for people picking up orders from the app. I love that there are so many different options to pass up the line. There is some incentive to downloading the app if you care about the speed of your order. *I also heard a radio commercial that mentions one free breakfast sandwich each week in December if you download the app. It's the way of the future, so why not jump on board early and reap the benefits? read more

I drove through on July 26 shortly past noon. I ordered the number one with added bacon and a large Coke. Unfortunately, I have to give this location 2 stars and that's honestly being a little generous. We have visited here more than 10 times and I keep expecting them to work out the issues that I have been contributing to them being new, but they just haven't. More than half the time we have been there, they have messed up our order. Also, (and this is likely because the bar has been set so high by other local chick-fil-as) they are so slow! This morning we waited for our breakfast for at least 15 minutes. It's really disappointing that this is the case because we love having a chick-fil-a in this area, but it just feels as though they can't get the system down. I will be very honest here, I have been waiting to review this location because it just opened and is very convenient for me being out on medical leave for hip surgery. But I feel like it is completely necessary for me to write an honest review at this point. Before today when I use Postmates, the location on Hampton has not gotten my order correct in the last five times I have been there. The first four times, you might wonder whatever happened, but I'll just go ahead and give you the short version of it. Our usual meal is the grilled chicken sandwich with no tomato no lettuce and add Colby Jack cheese as well as a spicy chicken deluxe meal with a side salad and a sweet tea. All of those four times it was either incorrectly typed on the product packaging, had a incorrect order inside the packaging, or would list The correct item placed but when we open them it was never there. And I'm not talking about just picking up lettuce and tomato I'm talking about a completely different sandwich, such as a Chick-fil-A regular sandwich with pepper jack cheese that I have never ordered in my entire life. Two times I have received bacon on my chicken sandwich which does not come with it but the deluxe does and I absolutely hate Bacon I will not even eat the sandwich. The sauces and dressings are rarely in there when requested, they also have gotten our drink orders wrong quite often. I understand that all the kinks are getting worked out but I discussed with an evening/night manager, I believe his name was Jacob, about all of these situations. He had told me that he was going to make things right and he was going to get us a gift card to make up for all of the meals that had been messed up parentheses each meal cost about ($15-$17) and when I went into redeem the free meal he told me I could have when I picked up this gift card or whatever it may have been, I was given two complementary sandwiches on one of those freebie cards. So I had three sandwiches only to choose from on both of them, which means essentially I got two single sandwiches to make up for approximately $60 that I have spent there. no meals, no drinks, nothing was accommodated for as I was told it would be. I do recognize that it is very nice and good customer service to offer anything in the situation, however I am sincerely disappointed that this is what it ended up being. I had also spoke to another manager maybe three nights prior who offered me something similar but of course she wasn't working when we went in there and there was no note. I actually did get the free meal when I went in which was awesome but when we got home we realized the drinks were wrong. I really am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I don't really know what else to say at this point except it's convenience. read more

I have an affinity for the chicken at Chick Fil A. I got my hair cut in this neighborhood on a Tuesday morning and went through the drive thru and picked up lunch to take to work afterwards. I got the Cobb Salad which I had never had before. It was as expected but I didn't care for the bacon bits on the salad. They were chewy and had a fake taste. I also got a Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich with pepper cheese for my father. He loved it and said it had a nice kick! I'm sure we'll be back but that chewy bacon has got to go!
