Most unprofessional and unpolished chick-fil-a that I have ever been to. The VP of Operations was extremely rude. A couple was unhappy with service (slow and unresponsive) and as soon as they left she turned and talked bad about them to her employees. Then a phone call came in and something was missing from an order. Once she hung up, she was once again talking bad about them. I rarely bother to write reviews for restaurants, but I was so disappointed in the service I received at this Chick-fil-A this last Saturday, I couldn't help it. My brother ordered a regular sized meal and I ordered a large 4 count chicken strip meal. When we got home and took out the food, it was apparent that my serving of fries was exactly the same as the regular meal, just in the large fries container. Have to say. I love chik-fila. But this particular one truly sucks. If you do curbside and drinks only. You will never get your order. The preparers won't print out the stickers for drinks. So they never get seen by the deliverers. Even with 10 people standing around the counter as it was a slow night. Had this happen multiple times now. I complained to a Manager. How is it that I can be greeted 37 times before I even order but yet my meal doesn't come correctly? Let's start with ordering. I make menu options. A number 1 and a spicy salad To go. Came to this chick fil this morning and ordered curbside. When the girl came up to our car she genuinely seemed like she didn't believe that we were the ones that placed the curbside order. She even ask us for our names and waited to give me and my bf our food until we gave it. So weird. She was black just like we were so you would think she would know better. Super disappointing. Do not go to this location, I have 2 teenagers who work here and got exposed to covid and tested positive along with the rest of my family so to the managers and owners not following guidelines, they take mask off while packaging and prepping food, I have seen this when I would pick them up, managers walk around with mask down talking with everyone, the inside is closed so these morons spread to their employees, knowing they had it and still went to work. I absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-a! Unfortunately this location is terrible. They cannot seem to figure out how to keep the drive thru moving, although every other location I've been to successfully does. The majority of the employees do not embody the CFA standard that customers come to expect. Every once in awhile I encounter a gem, but they are few and far between. Well, I know I said I wouldn't go back but I couldn't help myself! They've "improved" delivery. They now have 3 lanes open. Great idea, huh? Very disappointed. I have watched firsthand this location go from top notch to lower tier in just about a year. This used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A and go to lunch spot, but the most recent multiple price hikes and pettiness to charge for condiments made me cancel my order today. Chick-fil-A has never been the economical quick meal choice, but they have always been a good choice with reasonable pricing for their products. That has all changed at this location and it seems the only thing they are concerned with is the dollar. I'm not sure the reasoning behind the changes. Maybe it's new ownership or management, but I'm not the only one who feels this way in the area. It appears they are straying from the Chick-fil-A model to only be focused on pricing. My husband and I went by the other night and when we pulled up to the window to receive our order the girl handed me my order with an attitude, i felt it. Honestly there is really nothing truly bad that I can say about this place. I am not one to take a drive thru however for personal and specific reasons so don't ask me about those. I can always come here and get a good dosage of....dare I say it? Fast food! This chain is among my top favorites due to the healthier options that are provided out there such as grilled chicken, and they are usually really fast at getting my order done (usually under a minute or two) though there are sometimes faults too but the workers are quick to fix it with a pleasure! I also love their app, which you can use after purchasing meal to get points towards their rewards. If you have a calendar card you can also get monthly rewards added to your order. Sometimes, even, there will be random giveaway rewards for free so that's a nice touch and it's very reliable unlike some apps I know (yes I'm talking to you mcdonalds and jack). Always such a delight to go to this specific chick fil a due to the management.... they train the employees so well and have always been so friend. I appreciate all the manager does for the community by giving free meals out, having events and hosting free crafts for children evenings. This is a special place to come with small children or just driving through the drive though. There is usually a long line so you should opt for going inside to pick up a mobile order, parking after doing mobile order or doing mobile order and going through drive through of line is not too long. This is my daughter's favorite fast food spot. I typically order the #1 meal or southwest grilled chicken salad. My daughter either goes for the #1 and upsize her fries or does the nuggets. Today, I decided to do something different and chose the grilled chicken club. Too bad I was disappointed. Bread was harder than normal and it just tasted bland. Love their Spicy Chix and the original Chix sandwich, can't go wrong ordering either sandwich. Order both, I usually do.
