How is it that I can be greeted 37 times before I even order but yet my meal doesn't come correctly? Let's start with ordering. I make menu options. A number 1 and a spicy salad To go. I get charged 7 or so dollars. I say that can't be correct. The cashier agrees and says I didn't at the salad... the salad is $8+ so I assume just mouth to brain error. No biggie. Makes the adjustment pay my $17 bill look at my receipt... "Dine in" Great. No I have to ask for it to go. Mind you at this point I have been greeted more time that's I can count. Food comes. Of course on a tray. So food goes back they swap from tray to bag. I double check the bag... no fries. Now l understand. It's late in the day. The shift has happened or maybe about to. But come on. This isn't rocket science. I would rather zero greeting/welcomes or any other pleasantries to just have my order correct. read more

They need to do better with scheduling employees here. There is always a long wait unnecessarily. There is no sense of urgency. I think this location needs some guidance from other stores that can assist them with efficiency. EVERYTIME I go to this location, it is always an issue! Food is never ready after mobile orders. Have to say. I love chik-fila. But this particular one truly sucks. If you do curbside and drinks only. You will never get your order. The preparers won't print out the stickers for drinks. So they never get seen by the deliverers. Even with 10 people standing around the counter as it was a slow night. Had this happen multiple times now. I complained to a Manager. Came to this chick fil this morning and ordered curbside. When the girl came up to our car she genuinely seemed like she didn't believe that we were the ones that placed the curbside order. She even ask us for our names and waited to give me and my bf our food until we gave it. So weird. She was black just like we were so you would think she would know better. Super disappointing. Do not go to this location, I have 2 teenagers who work here and got exposed to covid and tested positive along with the rest of my family so to the managers and owners not following guidelines, they take mask off while packaging and prepping food, I have seen this when I would pick them up, managers walk around with mask down talking with everyone, the inside is closed so these morons spread to their employees, knowing they had it and still went to work. Terrible location, obviously owner doesn't give a crap about employees or their health... This place is the worse....the manager is rude...she needs Jesus! I ordered an English muffin w/sausage and cheese through the drive thru window. Received my order and drive away. I reach for my sandwich and I can tell there's a problem the muffin feels hard. Sure enough it's burned! I turn around go back thru drive thru and tell them its burned and I don't appreciate burned food, that's not what the menu says. They tell me to come around. I absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-a! Unfortunately this location is terrible. They cannot seem to figure out how to keep the drive thru moving, although every other location I've been to successfully does. The majority of the employees do not embody the CFA standard that customers come to expect. Every once in awhile I encounter a gem, but they are few and far between. Well, I know I said I wouldn't go back but I couldn't help myself! They've "improved" delivery. They now have 3 lanes open. Great idea, huh? Not so much when the person directing traffic doesn't exactly know how to direct the vehicles. They rush you, but great news! The wheat buns are delicious and guess what??!!! The chicken has definitely improved- you can find it!!! It's yummy! Bad news? The fries are now harder to find. You get a box of half of the order and no the others aren't in the bag. Honestly there is really nothing truly bad that I can say about this place. I am not one to take a drive thru however for personal and specific reasons so don't ask me about those. I can always come here and get a good dosage of....dare I say it? Fast food! This chain is among my top favorites due to the healthier options that are provided out there such as grilled chicken, and they are usually really fast at getting my order done (usually under a minute or two) though there are sometimes faults too but the workers are quick to fix it with a pleasure! I also love their app, which you can use after purchasing meal to get points towards their rewards. If you have a calendar card you can also get monthly rewards added to your order. Sometimes, even, there will be random giveaway rewards for free so that's a nice touch and it's very reliable unlike some apps I know (yes I'm talking to you mcdonalds and jack). Very disappointed. I have watched firsthand this location go from top notch to lower tier in just about a year. This used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A and go to lunch spot, but the most recent multiple price hikes and pettiness to charge for condiments made me cancel my order today. Chick-fil-A has never been the economical quick meal choice, but they have always been a good choice with reasonable pricing for their products. That has all changed at this location and it seems the only thing they are concerned with is the dollar. I'm not sure the reasoning behind the changes. Maybe it's new ownership or management, but I'm not the only one who feels this way in the area. It appears they are straying from the Chick-fil-A model to only be focused on pricing. Always such a delight to go to this specific chick fil a due to the management.... they train the employees so well and have always been so friend. I appreciate all the manager does for the community by giving free meals out, having events and hosting free crafts for children evenings. This is a special place to come with small children or just driving through the drive though. There is usually a long line so you should opt for going inside to pick up a mobile order, parking after doing mobile order or doing mobile order and going through drive through of line is not too long. My husband and I went by the other night and when we pulled up to the window to receive our order the girl handed me my order with an attitude, i felt it. This is my daughter's favorite fast food spot. I typically order the #1 meal or southwest grilled chicken salad. My daughter either goes for the #1 and upsize her fries or does the nuggets. Today, I decided to do something different and chose the grilled chicken club. Too bad I was disappointed. Bread was harder than normal and it just tasted bland. Chic-Fil-A needs to close down this location or at least replace the staff with friendly, polite and better trained staff that provides good customer service. Headquarters for soccer mom's, it's still a good place to eat. The service is the best of any fast-food chain, even better then most dine-in restaurants. Service 10/10. Love their Spicy Chix and the original Chix sandwich, can't go wrong ordering either sandwich. Order both, I usually do. Not a fan of their waffle fries, be nice if they give us a choice of standard fries or waffle fries. The food is way better than taking your kid or yourself to the "Clown", "King", "The Bell", or "The Sailor". Also their lemonade is really good, I always order their lemonade it merges will with their menu.
