This Chick-fil-a is the worst location I have ever been to. Tonight they forgot my straws and all of my condiments. Yes you may say it's petty but you can't be the best if you forget small stuff like this. I literally told her at the window and she still forgot. So of course I get home and call to speak with the manager and you know what she tells me?! She will give me coupons the next time I come! Are you freaking kidding me?! Drive thru expanded to three lanes and they're the slowest they've ever been before. Spent more than half an hour just waiting in line. So so so so slow do not eat here if you're on a break or on short notice because you 100% will be waiting. read more

I really hate to give a negative review but here goes. I ordered lunch for a company event. I came to pick up order and it was not ready. Everyone working there seemed confused about the order. I waited 10-15 minutes for the order. It was box lunches. I understand they can be hard to carry but the employee brought me all 15 box lunches in a large trash bag. Let me repeat a TRASH Bag. I was mortified. I had to walk into the corporate client with a TRASH bag of lunches. Ok it gets better....i ordered 12 original and 3 grilled. There were no grilled all original. No a biggie but there is a price difference. I called the restaurant and we went back and forth if they were going to credit me the money back or send me 3 Be our Guest cards. We finally agreed to the BOG cards. A week later nothing has been sent to me. I called up the restaurant. I was told someone would get back to me. I have had to make there phone calls about this. In the large scheme of things, none of this is really a big deal and I hate to complain. However, I have ordered on and off from Chic f a for years they have have always had A+ service. used to be a great chick fil a but lately they seem to have their C team workers working. asked for sauces got none, milkshakes were already melted and came with no whipped cream or cherry (tbh nbd) but the milkshakes were melted due to the fact they took so long to get the food out to my car. got a salad and they gave us a knife instead of a fork. the location was not busy so i dont see what the problem was. when looking jn the window there were workers standing around talking and laughing. the lady who brought out our food was nice but overall had a bad experience tonight. im not one to complain but this was the last straw with this location. read more

Worst location in Fort Bend County. They jammed 4 meals into one bag which I thought was impossible. Second bag had condiments only. I come here more often than I would like to admit. The service is always on par. Those guys are smiling, polite and efficient. I never have to wait long. I have never had an order mess up. Sometimes I come when I get off work at 9pm. The service is still great. These guys are just consistent. Woot! read more

Been going to this locations for over a year already (visit many other locations as well) never once have I EVER been charged for extra sauces. Not once. Today when ordering we were informed that we will be charged extra for additional sauces but the crazy thing is we visited 2 days ago and was not charged. When we asked when did that start we got a rude "A few months ago." So we still asked again for the sauces and was rudely told as if we don't have the money to pay for extra sauces "I'm going to have to charge you for them." I've never had a bad experience with any location till this evening. It's sad especially knowing there aren't that many good food choices in the area. It makes me question coming back. I ordered breakfast on the app and was told my order was going to be ready when I got there. As I was waiting for my order there were many things that crossed my mind that didn't seem right. There were people standing everywhere out of place, everyone was confused on where to stand to pick up their order or to order food. They announced they were out of breakfast and I assumed since we ordered online I would get the food we paid for. My name got called and I only had one chicken mini breakfast and three hash browns and my fruit cup. I was suppose to have three chicken minis and a chicken sandwich for breakfast, I was told I would not get my sandwich because they were out, and they only gave me one chicken mini. I think they should've made new breakfast for the people who order online and not serve to the people in the drive thru. HORRIBLE SERVICE .....placed an online order day before very detailed, called morning of to add to the order and let them know I would be running late. I then receive a phone call that my order is ready because it was past the original pick up time. I let that individual know that I had added to the order and when I added to the order I was going to be a little late, she was like well no one communicated to me. I arrive to pick up order and I had to wait 25 minutes because order was not complete, they had to pour the gallon of tea, find plates, cups, forks and they were out of tongs....THIS CHICKFILA degrades the customer service expectations of CHICKFILA. So drive 4 more miles north and visit the Chickfila at Greatwood/New Territory. I hope Chickfila headquarters sees this because intervention needs to be done. read more

Truly the best service I've ever experienced at any food location, much less fast food. Everyone is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, which is hard if you're working a stressful drive-thru window at peak hours (which I've done). They're systematic during breakfast and lunch, so you don't have to worry about spending 45 minutes waiting for your food and having no time to actually consume it before traveling to work. Food is fresh and tasty, always of a good quality. My partner and I love visiting this place at least a couple times a month. read more
