If you really don't want rice at all I highly recommend going with the dinner menu instead (which also of course has a ton of other great options), but I believe you can ask for less rice (or that might just be for the rolls, don't quote me on that). The ambiance is very clean and cozy. They play a lot of good music as well and it's not loud at all. Service was not too slow and not too fast which gave a good amount of time to enjoy bites between orders. They also do loyalty reward points so you can earn a free meal! Just remember to mention or ask about the program BEFORE you pay, this is crucial or else you don't earn anything on the visit and they can't void the transaction!! I'll be back as usual and recommending this place to those who love sushi as much as I do. This is honestly such a hidden gem and probably one of the only good AYCE places in the southwest Houston area (like deeper southwest past Sugar Land).

Very bad Experience as I was the first one in there I ordered one regular size salad I had told the server twice that I needed to order another salad she took me to check out and said I needed to check out now and then go back into line when 10 people walked in after me and said I need to re-order another salad then when I checked out there was a guy and he started laughing at me and of course I called him out on it I think they are racist I am very unhappy with the people that work there very unprofessional and not friendly I am going to be calling corporate they treated me terribly what I asked for a scoop more of extra toppings they put such little amounts of toppings that it's actually ridiculous they are ripping people off this is insanity I will not stand to rip people off! When Jacob and I approached the register, he informed the employee that he would take care of my order. She repeatedly asked why and appeared to be giggling. I politely explained that I had observed her wiping her nose several times and that I would prefer for him to handle my food and transaction. I also mentioned that she should wash her hands. Instead of taking the concern seriously, she began speaking to Jacob in Spanish and laughing. I then asked Jacob if she understood what I was saying, and she continued giggling. As a customer raising a legitimate sanitation concern, I found her reaction unprofessional and disrespectful. What is most concerning is that this is not the first sanitation-related issue I have experienced at this location. Because of these repeated experiences, I am beginning to question the overall cleanliness standards at this restaurant. I regularly visit other Salata locations and have never encountered these types of concerns, which makes this location stand out for the wrong reasons. Customers should be able to trust that proper hygiene practices are being followed when food is being prepared and served. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the sanitation concerns and the lack of professionalism displayed during this interaction. Food safety and cleanliness should always be a top priority.

If I am being 100% honest, I have not had a burger that good in a long time. We enjoy burgers a lot and we're always looking for new places to try out and this is at the top of the list. If you are ever in the Richmond area, make sure you give this amazing hamburger joint a try. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal so much that we cannot wait to go back.
