At approximately 5:30 pm today. I ordered a 3 piece crispy ALL WHITE for me and my son through the drive through. I got home after a very long drive. Surprised to see I only received 1 chicken wing the size of my chicken nugget. I spent over $13 on the meal. Very disappointed I'll let my son eat the wing and I'll just eat cereal for dinner. Was immediately greeted BY NAME (I have a big name tag) and found the staff to be easy going, respectful, and very positive. I find most fast food restaurant staffs are very unhappy to be working at that particular restaurant which always provides an extremely negative atmosphere. Not positive that this is the right KFC location. I have 2 KFC nearby. But anyway, drove through drive through to order a Cheeto and chicken sandwich and was told they were out of the chicken patties. So I asked why they are out and the lady on the speaker, supposedly the manager, got an attitude and got really rude. Don't appreciate it plus they are no good at stocking inventory obviously. We picked up the $20 bucket and it will feed us for several meals. I ordered in the store, everything looked clean. Only 1 table occupied by a couple. Promptly took my order and cleaned the bank machine with spray and paper toweling before I used it. Staff properly masked and attentive. Hand sanitizer located at the door. Floors looked very clean, so did the tables. No evidence of crumbs. My order was done in 5 minutes. I counted 6 cars in the drive thru. $20 bucket was fresh and hot when I got it home. Everything was very good but the gravy. Did KFC change the gravy recipe? It was darker than usual. It was good but not what I remember. Chicken very tender, love the Cole slaw. Biscuits were freshly baked. We were pleased. 4 meals for $20 with leftovers for lunch is a good deal! read more

The last four times I've ordered extra crispy chicken at KFC, when I got home, I found that they had given me original. Today, I went to KFC, I emphatically stated that I wanted extra crispy. However they were out of extra crispy but would have more in 15 minutes. So I waited. I went back 15 minutes later and was told that it was the end of the day and they could not give me a full bucket (8 pieces) but they could give me half and half. Total BS. Popeyes was glad to sell me a bucket of chicken. The experience at KFC left a bad taste in my mouth, much like their original crust chicken. It boggles the mind. 8-10 years ago we went to this location through the drive through and we were told they did not have any chicken thawed. We thought it was something just that day and we went back and just ordered mashed potatoes and gravy (my wife loves their mashed potatoes and gravy) but were told they did not have any. So, we have not been back until tonight. We thought we would give them another try. My wife and son went through the drive through and ordered a 16-piece meal with 4 sides, 2 of which were mashed potatoes & gravy, and 8 biscuits. They got the 8 biscuits right. We only got 8 pieces of chicken and no gravy with the mashed potatoes. We also did not get a receipt. My wife and son messed-up by not checking the order before they left so we did not know of the issue until we got home and started opening everything up. We thought about going back but we did not have a receipt and my son had already started eating when my wife started counting the chicken pieces. I tried to call but nobody answered the phone. We will never be back. We tried after a long time away. While my wife thinks Popeyes is too spicy, at least we get what we order and they have chicken! read more

Food not bad, but they often get something wrong, like green beans instead of baked today. Hubby says he goes inside to lessen the chance of messups, but I'm just not going to do that. Line can be very long around 5PM. I have not observed it to be as bad as the other two reviewers state, but my usual time to drive through is before 4PM on weekdays, so that may have something to do with it. read more

The last 7, YES 7 times I have visited this location, they have been out of what I wanted, an original recipe chicken breast. My 10 year old granddaughter remarked that we must have the KFC curse, as even this child realized there was a problem. I asked to speak to the manager, who had an attitude as if he had no interest or desire to be of any assistance and just told me they were busy, in other words: too bad. I asked for his manager's number and he told me he didn't have it. He refused to acknowledge he had a boss. I told him it wouldn't be too difficult to get his manager's number and it might be interesting to see how his manager might react to his refusal to accommodate my request. At that, he stormed to the back and after quite a wait, arrived with "his" manager's (Kenny) number. Then he began ranting about how rude I was and he did this in front of his employees and other customers. When I called the number I was given, I spoke with a very polite woman who promised to have Kenny return my call while apologizing for the So-called manager in charge. I know places get busy and sometimes there is a rush on certain items, but this is not an isolated or uncommon issue at this location. A perceptive manager can gauge business needs, especially for one of the most popular items. This guy's attitude was not only unprofessional and rude, it was outright insulting. He insulted me in front of customers, his employees and my granddaughter. read more

Diamond in the ruff. My order was incorrect but it was a bit my fault, my usual order is out of the norm. I went inside to have it fixed according to my receipt, apologies from everyone and politeness from all others who weren't involved. Walked out with 4 tacos and a free cookie. If I didn't love KFC hot wings so much, I wouldn't ever return to this location. Saturday evening, 8pm, I try to call in an order because I know that their hot wings are cooked to order and there is about a 10 minute wait time. First two call attempts go to voice mail. On the third attempt, a male answers the phone. When I try to place an order, he says he can't take any phone orders. What??? He says they are slammed with business, people lined up out of the door. That if he took my order, he would have to jump over someone that is in line. I challenged him on it and just got a run-around. I have placed phone orders here many times. It all sounded like lazy BS to me, so I drove over. Three minutes later, I arrived. Not a single person in line. I drove right up to the drive-through and placed my order. One person was already at the window. 10 minutes later and the wings were delivered to my car. Hopefully, management starts paying attention to their staff that is turning away call-in business. Every time I order from this place, there is always something missing from the order. Tonight, 2 things were missing. One side, and two chicken breasts. You call to speak with the manager, and he or she is always busy. You have to get redressed, and go back outside to the store, and get fresh food, and what you are missing.
