Ask 42 flavors that come on my chicken.In guess what they didn't put any flavors on the chicken and they put it one flavor in a cup.So i'm missing a flavor. Usually with a BWW it's a hot or miss. Well, we got to this one after 9:30 PM and the server was excellent. We each got a drink and ordered our food. We did have a small error. We ordered a 20 count and only got the 15 and our server was on it and got us the 5 extra wings. We laughed, cut up, and reminisced about the times we had spent together at BWW. Although this was a different BWW, our time there was great. It's nice to be able to go into a bar and not have it be overbearing from loud people and music and actually be able to carry on a conversation Actually went back even after we read even more horrible reviews. Honestly one of thee worst experiences I've ever had the miss pleasure of having the server Anyah checked on us a total of 2 times! We were there for a total of 2 hours and every time we were checked on it was such an unbelievable wait we had to wait almost a full hour for our food to come out and when it did not only was it wrong but we had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes just to get the right order when our server told us it was only going to take 3 minutes honestly everyone else that checked up on us seemed more attentive then Anyah herself and only when it came time to pay did she inform us that everything was back ordered and that's why it took so long why not let us know at the beginning? I waited to write this review to give management a chance to respond to my attempts to contact them. We got to restaurant early for a birthday party on Saturday, March 4th, so decided to go to bar for a couple of drinks. The other 13 people got there so we decided to go join them and asked bartender to close us out. I had been sipping on a margarita and had also ordered a tall beer. My intention was to walk with it to the table. Bartender told me that I couldn't take the beer with me. I asked her if our waiter could bring to me once we were seated and ordered and was told no. There were no signs that stated this and bartender couldn't explain why we couldn't walk our drinks over to our table. I had to drink my drinks fast so we could join the party. I decided to reach out to manager and grabbed a business card. I wrote to her same day and no response. I also wrote to corporate through their website because they would not provide district/regional manager's information via the restaurant on 3/21 and have not heard from them either. I have no complaints when it comes to the food BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE. It was Super Bowl Sunday extremely packed and overwhelming which I get. I arrived at my time per my online order. No one in the front to help but the hostess just standing in her little area with no customers to sit. She checked on my order and it would be an additional 30 mins. I asked for a refund due to not wanting to wait an additional 30mins (I already waited an hour) No manager to help, which is fine again I know they're all BUSY (all 4 managers on duty per the hostess) So the hostess wrote on my receipt "refund", that's all that could be done at that time. Today (2/13/24) I returned just to confirm my refund is in effect, manager on duty "it takes 5-7 business days" no acknowledgment that is was done no receipt to show proof. I just have to take their word? It's unprofessional not to give out any kind of refund/void receipt or any acknowledgment to assure your customer the refund is in progress. Customer Service Training is definitely needed for the Rosenberg location!!!! read more

I like BWW but this one changed GMs about 2 years ago and it went downhill. They lost many of their best servers. Then it really hit the fan. The kitchen messed up my order twice; she came to re-ring it in. The servers had to repeat themselves 5 times because she apparently does not understand the English language, or is just in over her head when not working in the dishwashing room. Needless to say, she has no business being the general manager of anything. That's why many of their best servers left. And that's why this place will never be successful until they hire somebody with an IQ over 70 to be the general manager. read more
