Stopped by today because my mom and I were starving and craving wings. I wanted to go to pluckers but she wanted BWW so I decided to treat her. We got sat and had to wait almost 10 minutes for anyone to even ask about drinks (it wasn't even our waitress). After ordering we had probably been in the restaurant for about 1hr and 10 min before we even got our food which consisted of just 2 wing orders and fries. We literally watched tables be sat, order, and eat before we even got our food. When the food arrived it was warm at best. Talked to the manager but she didn't really do much about it. I've literally never in my life talked to a manager to complain or tipped below the amount and I hated being that person. I've worked in the food industry so I try to be as understanding as possible when it comes to situations like this but this was just ridiculous to me. read more

Atmosphere was great for watching the game with family and friends. We ordered wings and the house appetizer which consisted of nachos, cheese sticks, onion rings and boneless wings, food was good. Drinks were just ok, I had a patron margarita on the rocks which could've been better. My family of 4 have been coming to this BWW for about 6 years. We have enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. Until the recent management took over. The customer service has gone down hill. Of course when you talk to the manager about the service, he blames it on the Covid pandemic. At some point there needs to be accountability in how to manage your staffing. The recent times we have gone to this BWW we have had to wait to be seated, then waited for a server. I got the lemon pepper dry rub and ALL of the wings had freezer burn and the two I tried to eat tasted bland and had a weird texture. The waitress was excellent and took the order off my bill, my expectation, but I couldn't eat anything else at the restaurant. I placed a mobile order on the BWW app. I ordered the 20 piece traditional wings w/ fries. The app only allows the choice of two sauces. I chose Parmesan garlic & Thai curry for my two flavors, all flats, & two ranches. When my boyfriend & I got home we realized that the third wing box in our bag was not there because the box with Thai curry wings overflowed but because it's a third flavor. I wouldn't mind that an extra flavor was added especially since I preferred more flavors (due to the restriction on the app I was willing to deal with only two flavors) but the problem was that the extra flavor was a flavor that I absolutely do NOT like. Adding that flavor meant that I got less of the flavors I actually wanted so now I have less food because I refuse to eat something I don't like. My boyfriend called & explained the issue but instead of the manager rectifying the situation he kept telling us we got that order because it's what we ordered. Before I decided to go back to the store, my boyfriend and I looked over the receipt I have from the app to make sure I didn't accidentally select an additional flavor. Our receipt only shows Thai curry & parmesan garlic. I also had him install the app to check & make sure it doesn't allow more than two sauces can be selected because again I am trying to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. He clarified that the app in fact does not allow more than two sauces on his phone either. So there we have it, I knew at that point I just want to go get a refund for the incorrect wings because just from the phone call I knew things would escalate. When I got to the store, instead of just accepting that I want a refund Jeff and Courtney kept telling me how wrong I was. We finally agreed to a refund of $15. I asked for the receipt but Jeff refused to give it to me. I then asked to take a picture of the receipt & instead of allowing that he said he was going to call Rosenburg police & I told him to go right ahead. I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't threaten anyone, & no one's life is in danger. I waited for the police but they were taking too long. Do you know how bad things could have gotten all because your management & team don't want to be wrong? I know the saying "the customer is always right" has died out but in this case the customer was genuinely right. I am extremely hurt that Jeff called the police for something so small. I'm a young black woman at that. He has caused me stress and he embarrassed me in front of his team instead of taking accountability. I even asked that he looked at the app so he can know what his customers are experiencing. He's very rude, condescending, and has poor judgment of situations. I am going to contact my lawyer to see how can handle this. Jeff needs to be fired. Calling the police when there is no threat is completely wrong. I want BWW to hold Jeff accountable. I want an apology from Jeff and Courtney. Your staff needs to stay up to date with how the app works. If that's too much then be willing to check your app when a customer states that it does/doesn't allow them to do something on it. I would like to have a talk with someone. I will not let this go, this is unacceptable. Please, take accountability for your staff and hold Jeff accountable for his actions. Thank you. Don't bother. Just drive an extra 10 minutes to the Sugarland location. Rosenberg tends to stop taking guests way before their closing time (restaurant was close to empty at 10 pm, didn't close till 12 but said they couldn't seat us.) Food is always cold, and service is horrible. read more

Started ok but then the wings came, I have to say they we're tougher than jerky and I would have sent them back but our waitress walked past and just kept on even with me trying to get her attention. Have frequented BWW often over the years as relocated to different areas of the country. Over the past year and a half, since moving here, I have tried this location a few times, having a poor experience consistently. Have waited a few months between visits and then given them another chance, and the experience only gets worse each time. Unfriendly bartenders and unclean are the consistent themes. I was in the mood for wings today so went there but ended up leaving after having a beer because didn't feel it was clean enough for me to order food and a lack of good customer service at bar. Ummmm no and no. Called an order in for Parmesan Garlic and Caribbean jerk. First time at this location. Young lady who took the order was polite and prompt. Now for the wings...either this chicken was from yesterday's batch or simply over cooked. Neither of the flavors were what I would classify as having a wet rub. They were dry, extremely dry. The Parmesan Garlic had absolutely no flavor. The Caribbean Jerk had some flavor however was still dry. No wonder the rating here is low. First of all HORRIBLE service. If I could rate negative stars I would. We went to this location for my sisters 14th birthday. Our waitress had the WORST attitude. All the adults are over 21 and she ONLY asked for my ID as she should ask for everyone's, it is the LAW. My sister who has JUST turned 21 got a drink and she did not ask for her ID, my cousin who had just turned 21 as-well ordered a drink (she never brought to her because she FORGOT) but again did NOT ask for her ID. TWENTY minutes later she finally decided to come back and said the bartender said no, after I had already gotten a drink from my mom who came back from the bar because we were tired of waiting. When she finally came back after that ridiculous amount of time she RUDELY TOOK my drink even though I had been trying to give her my ID that is CLEARLY of AGE and tried to cut the whole party off trying to say I am under age when she never even looked at my ID she asked for. All because I had gotten my drink on my own instead of continuing to wait for her to return when we were watching her stand around and talk. She never took the whole tables order so some didn't get to eat. This party started at 7 pm and when we were finally tired of the ridiculous waitress attitude and the horrible service in general we sang happy birthday to my sister so we could leave. After we sang happy birthday at 9!!!PM!!! She FINALLY brought the rest of the tables food (of the people she tooks order) after watching her bring multiple tables their food all at once. She did not ONCE come to the table and check on us, my sister had to get up and go ask her for a to-go box so we could leave. She never brought it. So I flagged her down TEN minutes later and asked again for my sister, she pretty much threw the boxes on the table and walked off. People place pick up orders because they don't have the TIME to come sit in at the restaurant. It just came out. The person on the phone told me a combo came with 25 wings, but I just found out it comes with 12 when they showed me my order (half of what she told me). Great now one person in my family will be starving tonight. Also, I said buffalo hot for the sauce, extra wet. It came out with the dry buffalo seasoning. Nice! We went here for the first time after a movie on April 28 around 7pm. No wait for a table because the place wasn't crowded. The hostess was very odd looking. One of those, "Look at me, look at me!" You'll have to see this for yourself. Weak management? We were seated right away. Our waitress took our drink order. My wife ordered a frozen margarita and I got a Miller Lite. The waitress asked me, "You want a regular Miller Lite?" I never heard of a beer referred like that. I told her that's fine. I guess a "regular" is a small draft beer because that's what I got. I should have said bottled. Most places ask if you want bottle or draft, but BWW has a bigger draft beer. The waitress could have asked what size beer I wanted. My fault because I wasn't thinking of "regular" being size. My wife's margarita was overly sour. You would think a place like this would know how to make a good margarita. We only ordered wings and tried something simple, garlic/parmesan and salt/vinegar. The garlic parmesan wings were covered in a thick sauce and were very good. The sauce was just right, not runny at all. The salt/vinegar wings were more salt and no vinegar. Over all the wings were so so. We got up to leave and as we walked past the hostess podium we were shocked to see a BWW employee sitting on the bench lipped locked with a girl. The guy was all over her (their legs were wrapped around each other) and we couldn't even tell if the other person was an employee. I've never seen this before in a restaurant. It emphasized the meaning, "Get a room." We're not prudes by any means, but a place of business is not the place for employees to be doing this.
