Skip out on this location. Bad service more than once. Croutons on salad stale, Steak came out raw and not medium rare. Service takes 10min after sitting down. The waiters are there just to do their job- not customer friendly to resolve any issues. The only great thing was the host who sat us quickly. This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever been to. We waited more then 10 minutes for someone to even walk over to the hostess stand to sit us. Can't blame it on being busy there were only 5 tables filled at 12:30. We ordered chips and salsa and the chips were so greasy we couldn't eat them. I ordered the big mouth bites and there is red grease dripping from them because they are under cooked and greasy.
