I walked in and no greeter was at the podium so I proceeded to the counter, a few minutes later a guy walked over to the podium and just stood there, so I continued to wait for assistance.. none a server came up and totaled out an order a then left... still no assistance. I came here with a big group. We were on a hurry. We asked if they could service quick since we had only about one hour to eat. We were in a rush because we were on break from firefighting Academy. So our time is limited. They said they could serve us quick. However we found that to be alive. 20 minute scene and the 15 of us have not even gotten water. Extremely disappointing. Restaurant was completely empty and it still took forever for them to give us service. We could not wait any longer so we just left before we got our food. If client tell you there on a hurry, they ask if they can serve too quickly, do not lie to them just to get their business. read more

This was the worst experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. To start, the to go cashier was rude and had an attitude over the phone and in person. Then, they got our order wrong. We had to drive back from home to pick up the right order. You would think that after they're the ones that messed up, they would give you good customer service and get the order right the second time. And somehow they still forgot one of our fries orders the second time. If we hadn't checked the order ourselves, we would had to drive back a third time. The food is great, but this location needs a lot of work on customer service. I can definitely see why they have a 3.2 stars rating. read more

I'm going to preface this review with.....I have really begun to like this Chicken Wing Chain. I just had a bad experience at this location. If you read my recent review, at another location, you will see that I'm now crazy about he Asian Zing sauce, and the fact that I can get a Long Island Tea to go with my meal......and the teas are always the same regardless of the location. Reason being is that the bartenders follow the company's libation recipes to the ounce. Remember this for later on in this review. On this day the Fellas were in town for our sis-n-laws annual Christmas party. From the moment we walked in and everything was good from receptionist to the service provided by our waiter. The only issue we had at this location was the fact that the bartender apparently can't make a decent drink, or just refuses to follow the company recipes for said drinks. The first round of Long Islands tasted so sweet it was hardly recognizable as a libation. Of course we sent them back. When our replacements came back the sweetness was still the highlight, but with an added flavor of way too much lemon juice had been added to cut the sweetness. You guessed it......this made the ultra sweet Long Island ULTRA HORRIBLE!!!! At that point we realized we weren't gonna get what we asked for so we decided to go with one of the signature drinks. Surely Sonny, who was the bartender on duty, could follow the company's recipe for a signature libation. We returned the Long Island and requested a drink which was red....I can't recall the name of it , but that should give you and idea of how HORRIBLE IT WAS. It became clear that Sonny was NOT GOING TO FOLLOW ANY LIBATION RECIPE. With that made clear after three failed attempts we sent the red drinks back and requested Dos Equis beer on tap. Should have just stuck with 10 and saved some money if two flavors is what I was getting. Ordered the chocolate cake with ice cream vs slice since it doesn't come with ice cream. What I got was a to go box of cake and no ice cream. Fine. But you could have told me and I would have opted to go with a frigging slice instead. Actually I would have passed on it bc I figured the cake would be dry as it was. Next, couldn't you have asked if we wanted to eat it on a plate at the restaurant then assume it's to go? This place was terrible. The food was good but the wait and service was awful. Do not recoomend this location.We sat down and waiting 30 minutes before having stand up and call over a server. I don't normally write bad reviews but I have to for what has happened here. Me and my husband comes here once in a while and in the past we have a very good experience. But lately the past 3 times the service seems to be getting bad. When we got seated we must of Waiting for about 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes a good number of servers looked at us then finally someone approached us. By this time we already knew what we where ordering for drinks and food. We placed our order. About another 10 minutes approximately goes by and we still don't have our drinks. The server went to go check on the drinks and after all the time they ended up not having my first drink of chose which is a very common beer, so I had to order someone else. When finally getting our drinks our food has came out. Everything looked good but they forgot to add our dressing we told the server. About 8 minutes or so goes by he comes back without the dressing for dipping he forgot. He quickly went and got them but at this point our wings where cold. Normally when we go out we have at least 2 drinks each but the server never asked if we wanted another round of drinks at this point we already spent way too much time we paid for our meal and left with not even a good buy or have a nice evening. Service had really gone down hill here and I'm not sure yet if it would be worth going back. read more

I have visited many of these locations around town because ... hey nothing beats a good sports bar. I can't say I was impressed with this location. I stopped by after work for a quick bite to eat before heading home. The food was good, but I have definitely had better service. I sat at the bar. The bartender was slow and seemed more preoccupied with talking to coworkers than making sure the bar customers were taking care of. Maybe it was just an off night and any establishment can have one of those so I will try this location again in the near future and update my review. read more

Me and my family had gone to buffalo wild wing because it was close and it has been mostly enjoyable but this time I ordered the classic chicken wrap and said for the sauce ranch so we waited for the food and I see the ranch on the side well at least I got the ranch but when I looked at the wrap and it had buffalo sauce so I ask for a new one and the new one had no ranch and by that time I wasn't going to ask for the new one so I just ate it dry I don't think the it was the waiters fault because the waiter was very polite and was listening I think it was the cooks problem read more

I've been coming to this location for years and it's so nice to see a change! Whether with my kids or my hubby for the game, the service, food, and environment is top notch now! We are frequently checked on, given what we ask for promptly, and treated as if we are family! This facility needs to turn their air UP!!! The air conditioning is so high that food easily gets cold when dining in. Avoid this place. When this place first opened up the only complaint I really had was that they always tried to skimp on the sauce. You would let them know and they would fix it. That was more than a few years ago. It's been a few years since I've visited, but I got a gift card so I decided I'd give it a try again. Here's a break down of what happened.... My GF and I walk in and get seated. It's 5pm on a Friday and the place is not even at half capacity. We ordered drinks and about 10 mins later we get drinks and order our food. Another 10 mins goes by and a table of 6 is seated near us, but in another waitress' section. We wait about 30 mins and the 6 person table is getting their food. We're both sitting there wondering whats going on. About 5-10 mins later the waitress brings our food...but there's a problem...The flavors of my boneless wings are not what I ordered. So I tell her "excuse me this isn't correct- I ordered Thai Curry and Hot BBQ." She served me Teriyaki and Honey BBQ. I know what you're thinking...honest mix up right? Her response is "It's pronounced Teriyaki". She didn't know Thai Curry even existed. I wish I was joking here folks... So again I attempt to explain that it's a separate flavor on the menu...still she looks confused. I have to explain to this lady more than once that it's another flavor. She says nothing, takes the food, and goes to the back. I waited another 10 min(which is ok I understand they have to remake it) to get my food. After that I was just angry. This is one of the smaller locations. Never a wait. I think the management has improved over time, but it's just an average BDubs over all. The quality of their food is usually much better than the highway 6 location in Sugar Land. The biggest issue here is always the speed and quality of the service. When I complained to Trey he brought me his best server Courtney. Wow she is the only one we ask for now! My husband and I dine here quite a bit and have never had any issues until recently. The table was a little dirty and they included onions on my husbands burger despite being asked not to. The manager, Joe, was so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we left satisfied. We did.
