The Brussels sprouts were also well executed and paired nicely with the dish. My filet came out a little more done than the medium-rare I requested, but it was still tender and flavorful. I do wish it had been slightly larger, but at 6 ounces, some shrinkage during cooking is to be expected. Overall, this was an outstanding meal with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.
