We went on a Thursday night around 10:00 PM and it wasn't crowded. The ice house is very spacious and open. Our server was awesome and kept the rounds coming. We will definitely be back to see her! I had a few drinks and didn't remember her name (I'm sorry)! I tried finding a phone number to call, but it's nowhere to be found so I could track her down (she's the one standing guard while we played Jenga) LOL.

I told him I had just spoken to someone yesterday, and he "you have wrong information, there's no way we can do reservations with this many people - you probably called the corporate office (it's the number listed on their website so that made no sense)" and was very dismissive of me and not apologetic whatsoever. It's totally understandable that reservations wouldn't be possible on a World Cup day. Seems like the staff are not all on the same page, or I was misled to just get my group into the bar (which has happened at other bars during the tournament so it's not unheard of). Had to take my three nieces elsewhere at the last minute and don't imagine I'll be returning after that experience.

On the Tele, I was able to watch the NBA Houston Rockets defeat the San Antonio Spurs, XFL Houston Roughnecks beat the San Antonio Brahmas, the OL-RB Combine, and The Family Feud! Cathy had been joking, laughing, and chatting with us during our 2 hour visit and could have easily came over and politely asked us to turn down the volume and we would have obliged. Professionalism is clearly at the bottom of her skill list.
