I ordered the Meal 3 combo today and I requested 2 crispy style and 1 original style THIGHS. I received 2 thighs and 1 chicken leg and all were of the crispy style. This will be the last time I dine at this KFC as they have a history of not being able in fulfilling my orders as requested. I even mentioned that I have no problem paying extra so I can get all thighs. I had to repeat my order three times as there was a language barrier and I only speak English. I did not receive my receipt because the printer was not working (Probably do not know how to replace the paper for printer) I stop ordering off of the Taco Bell menu at this location earlier this year because I did not receive what I ordered the last two times. I ordered 2 Chalupa Supremes with ground beef and I received chicken both times. Quite shocking biting into my chalupa expecting the taste of ground beef and tasted no meat at all I had to open the chalupa up to see what was inside and saw chicken and no ground beef. Made couple disappointed trip there, and found out it is closed. The food itself is good, but sometimes you get the wrong order. I've always loved Kentucky Fried Chicken ever since I was a kid! Yes Yes Yes! I am a fan!! And always and forever, I get the original! Sooooo yummy!! I wanted to write a review particularly on this KFC location because the service here was great! This guy at the drive-thru window was friendly and helpful. Since it was about time to close, he gave us extra chicken and biscuits! How nice and generous of him!! I loved the FREE stuff teeheeeeee~ One more thing, i always do enjoy KFC's Cole slaw, and so do my mom and the boyfriend! I understand Cole slaw is packed with a lot of fat and calories but just feels like eating some crispy refreshing veggie while chowing down the fried chicken! P.S. Disgusting. My fries were all the burnt nubs. They weren't even potato wedges. My chicken taste like they barely fried it then dunked it in water because when I picked it up, all the skin fell off. I love to eat at KFC, but this KFC are one of the worst places you can buy chickens. Today I got there around 10:20pm the place doesn't close till 11pm. Got in the drive thru pay $10.53 for 8 piece of Winds. And don't even get a recipe for it. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a KFC. The cashier was trying to communicate with me but she did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish so it was very difficult. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not fresh. The chicken had definitely been sitting there for a while. The only reason it was even remotely hot was because of the gravy - otherwise it would have been lukewarm .... borderline cold. The manager on duty had absolutely no personality and no customer service skills. The last few times we have been here came 45 mins before they closed and they had turned off all of their cooktops and cleaned everything so they didn't have any more chicken. Um what? You haven't even closed yet and you turned everything off and stopped cooking? Ok whatever. Today we come 9/28/2021, it's 6:20pm, and we are told machines aren't working to cook chicken. They just turned them back on so it will be another 20-40 mins before they have any chicken. So basically by the time it gets up and running, you will be practically closed on your workers terms and so you still won't have any chicken. This hasn't happened just these two times either. I don't think the employees here like cooking it, or rather your machines are ridiculously old and bother ever works. I wonder what the health inspector would say about non-working equipment? I went there at 8:15, plenty of time before closing. I ordered original bucket and they told me they were out of 1 piece of original and gave me crunchy. These lazy workers gave me all crispy and all the chicken was sold and dried out! I even heard one worker tell the other one to jot give me my receipt. When I got home I saw what they had done. Having to wait five minutes at the speaker in the drive-through line to even be asked for my order should've been my first clue to hightail it out of there, but since I'd come out of my way to come try the chicken popcorn nuggets, I waited it out. I won't make that mistake again! The sign indicates that for five dollars you can get the container of popcorn nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit. a cookie, and a drink for five dollars. That is not what you get. My bill was six dollars and only contained the drink, nuggets and corn. A bit of false advertising there, if you ask me. The guy at the window had the personality of a wet paper bag. He barked my balance due at me and those were the only words he ever said to me. I did hear him having a conversation with another employee, though, about an incomplete order on another customer. I could understand if some of this was going on if they were extremely busy, but there were only four customers, three of which were in the drive-through. As I made my way back around the building and into the restaurant in order to get my silverware and napkins that the guy at the window failed to provide, I seriously considered saying something about their sorry service, but I refrained from doing so. The meal clearly needs to come with a much larger drink. I only got through about a third of the nuggets with the amount of drink that was offered. As dry as these nuggets are, they are almost impossible to swallow, so this meal should definitely come with a larger drink. The corn I received was room temperature at best. My best decision of the evening...going right next-door to the friendly McDonald's and spending a dollar on and a large drink to wash down the nasty meal from KFC and then promising to never go back to KFC again! They've earned one star only because yelp won't allow a no star rating. read more

This place is terrible. I ordered and waited. And waited. They had 3 or 4 people working to drive through and no food coming to the counter. When I tried to say something to someone they spoke over my head like I was not even there. After 23 minutes they said they were waiting on a biscuit? They probably served it to one of the 20 cars that got served while no one was getting food inside. We just picked up the 8 piece just chicken bucket. Ordered the original. The chicken was not real hot and came out quick. I think it had been sitting in the bucket for quite some time. It was extremely mushy and greasy like it had been soaked in oil. We called the store and asked for the manager (if I were the manager I would want to know). Customer service is horrible. Portions for the attached Taco Bell are inconsistent with the 2 others down the street. Employees are just plain rude and have a serious attitude issue. It seems very poorly managed. My wife won't even go there unless kids are begging and it's on the way. It's sad because its close to my house.
