Drive thru is a mess! Got caught in the mobile only lane (changed the process less than a week ago!) I realized my mistake, but couldn't get out, so I waited my turn and flagged one of the attendants- they absolutely would NOT let me order a drink. Because I got caught in the wrong lane of a brand new process, I was told I had to pull out of the parking lot get back on the main street, go through the light again, and get back at the back of the line. An absolutely horrible process to force customers to use another mobile ordering app. Surprised because Chick-fil-A usually does better. read more

Fast, friendly, efficient service and great food choice. Quality is all ways consistent.

This Chickfila is conveniently located in Rogers right near the interstate and all the shopping centers. It is a nice, relatively clean store with a kids' play area too. But it doesn't seem to run as smoothly as other Chickfilas. We have eaten inside and done mobile pick up here, and every time the food has taken about twice as long as normal (compared to other locations which seem to have your food ready as soon as you pay). Usually, about 10-15 minutes for one sandwich order inside. I feel like maybe the priority is on the drive thru, and the eat in customers have to wait longer. Also, no employees go around and ask about refills, and when you go to wait at the counter, you literally have to wave someone down to get one. It's strange b/c it is almost like all the teenage employees ignore the guests waiting for refills and togo and don't make eye contact on purpose. There are plenty of employees here, but they just don't seem to connect with the guests very well and just stay behind the counter. Anyway, food is fresh and good as always. I like the app and rewards, along with seasonal offerings. We will be back, but maybe not eat in anymore. read more

Food - Good Price - OK Service - wasn't good at all! No reason to order on the app especially with the drive though is mismanaged. People who order at the store trying to get past the people who ordered on the app. 18 minutes from the time we got in line till we got our food! read more

Lunch here was exactly what we ordered. Everything came out as it should and fresh friendly as always. Service was good. The ambience for fast food is always great at Chick-fil-A. Bathroom was clean will come back. read more

Busy, busy busy place! As Chick-fil-A's always are. And for a good reason... They have great food, and their service is impeccable! Over the top, friendly, helpful staff! We love it! read more

The service is always GREAT at Chick-fil-A very clean so the ambiance is energetic and exciting But my food was NOT GOOD My chicken was so hard and dry I had a hard time believing it was their chicken. I will try them again but it was very disappointing first time for everything. read more

We ordered a to-go family breakfast through the app, and the pick-up process was fast and painless. We had to wait about five minutes in the idling area of the line, which was fine. Everything was hot and the order was accurate. read more

Chick-fil-A is Chick-fi-A. What does that mean? They are just really consistent no matter which one you go to. They move you through the drive through fast and provide good customer service. and the food is always consistently good. I get the grilled chicken nuggets because it's low calorie and high protein.... Which is really tough to find in most fast food places. read more

First let me preface this by saying we love Chick fi la. But the service at the Walnut location has really gotten bad. Took approximately 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order yesterday. Unacceptable for "fastfood". Secondly, our office use to order frequently from this location. No more. One or 2 things are always missing. But I personally had not given up on this location until yesterday. Saturday I had ordered 2 salads to take home for my husband & me only to find all the extras to be added were not in the bag. And yesterday ordered a salad only to find a dead fly in the bottom of the salad after I had almost finished it all. Stick a fork in me because I am done! read more

It's awesome that you upgraded your drive through. But packing more people into a smaller space just so I can sit in line longer really isn't an improvement. I pulled up tonight, 2 spots back from the menu. I literally sat in that same sport for 12 minutes before I decided that I wasn't ready to wait for another 15+ minutes to maybe get to the window. Not all upgrades/remodels accomplish what we hope. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

Let's be for real hear, what is with THIS Chick-fil-A? It's like the exception to all the goodness that Chick-fil-A is. I have waited in line for over 30 minutes almost every time I go... and I'm wondering if maybe they haven't read the book "how Chick-fil-A drive thru's make the Toyota method look like child's play"... always missing items, always forgetting my sauce. We can do better, this Chick-fil-A. We must do better. read more

The line was to long they didn't get our order right.several smaller orders came out first before despite the fact the we had ordered ahead and before them. They also forgot our salad and a ice cream which we had to ask for as we were about to drive away. The man at the window didn't even check the bag and asked us to check it for him read more

Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. I have give this place 3 tries and all three times they either mess up by order, keep my change or make me wait for 15 minutes with absolutely no communication. Who ever manages this team needs to be re trained because this is not a friendly or efficient branch. Will avoid this location. read more

Super busy during lunch on a weekday. With that being said, food came out quick and hot. Service was the usual, friendly with everyone smiling. The dining room, although big, was so busy that it was difficult to find a place for a group of 3 people to sit. It felt like everyone was on top of one another. Parking was a hassle with the drive through and people going in and out. read more

Service is good. Went through the drive through. But it didn't take long and our food was hot! Buuuut food was just ok it taste like over priced Tyson chicken and if I want Tyson I'll go buy it from Walmart so I give it a 3 read more

Stopped in for an hour after driving in from Missouri and needed to let the kids wiggle. Good, standard Chick-fil-A. Clean, fresh food, friendly workers. The play place was typical, maybe a bit small. The key lime freeze could use more lime tang to it, but was tasty. Nuggets and fries were hot and fresh read more

Will y'all stop please... I went twice today and each time I felt like a million bucks. I ordered four small drinks and one fell KERSPLAT on the ground COMPLETELY my fault and they were so sweet about it and had it cleaned up in a blink of an eye but not before having a new one in my hand! This chick-fil-a is always busy but it's worth the trip to come here for there chicken sandwiches and the fries. We placed our order and was asked to take a number and to take a seat that they would deliver our food I bet we didn't wait 5 mins. The guy brought our food and then gave us a free 6 piece chicken nuggets on the house for our wait. So I went back got our free nuggets with the there killer dipping sauce. The place here is spotless with lots of places to sit and eat at. Great service and great food. read more

Delicious and fresh as always. Went at 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon after submitting our order on the app. Had originally planned to pick up in the drive thru but the line was all the way to the road. So we changed to pick up our order inside and it probably saved us 30 minutes. Do pick up during lunch if you can. Service was spot on. read more

People who know me would be surprised I even went here...fast food. I am very limited in terms of dining when traveling to Arkansas. I was surprised how great the service was here! She even came out of her area to hand me my to-go rather than just passing it over the counter. This location trains their staff really well so kudos for that. I ordered the market salad with grilled chicken. It was fresh and the apple cider dressing was not bad at all. read more

What's the hold up?? It's lunch time and I have to get back at work I'd rather not wait 30 mins just to order smh. This is the first Chick-fil-A that I've seen have such a slow line. If you're willing to spend half your lunch in line then go for it. read more

Ordered grub hub delivery, food was delivered BEFORE estimated delivery and was still hot!

Chin-Fil-A was as always awesome. From the super courteous staff to the delicious food. We will def be back.

Waited a half an hour for our meal and the attendant thought he was being funny by adding ''my condolences' when I enquired if our order was forgotten. He needs manners. read more

The staff was nice and restaurant was clean, as you would expect from them. Fresh flowers in the bathroom. Asked for nuggets only, extra cooked well and a lemonade/unsweetened tea mix. Nuggets came out quickly, but as regular not fried longer. They also gave me fries (which I was clear that I didn't want the meal) and charged me for the meal. read more

I have eaten at a lot of places in the Rogers area, at one time or other there has been a problem. At this chick-fil-a, this has been the most consistent restaurant I have eaten at. I have never had a problem with the food or Service. Thanks, management. You have a winner. read more

I have eaten here a few times and I have always wondered why they are so popular. It's just chicken even if it is pretty good and the awful waffle fries are tasteless. Today I placed a fairly large order and had to wait while it cooked which gave me a chance to observe. First I noticed that the entire place is spotlessly clean. The employees are all cheerful and very helpful to everyone. They are also impeccably dressed. Shirts tucked in and looking very sharp. Not a whisker in the place and the boys all looked like they came to work straight from the barber shop. ( A couple of steak places in the outback might take note ) Sort of reminded me of those clean cut missionaries you see riding bicycles. All the employees appeared to be very pleased to be there. So I think I finally got it. It's not what they serve, it's how they serve it. With a big friendly smile. read more

Would give 0 stars, but can't. It's my birthday, did not get free food. My friend asked for a water and a sandwich, she did not get either. I asked for forks, which I did not receive. Got back to the car and realized they did not say "my pleasure". I ordered an 8 count chicken nugget, when I opened my nugget box I counted, and there were only 7 nuggets. Never in my life have I ever been served with such poor quality at a Christian chicken establishment. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A to day and they got many things wrong first it was with the kids meals I asked for 3 and they only give me 1 and the other thing is that I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and they give me grilled nuggets instead these people need to learn how to do there jobs read more

I wholeheartedly believe that Chick-fil-A should run the government, they're so friendly and efficient and they seem to take great care of their employees for all of them to be so happy and hardworking. Never a bad experience at this place no matter the location! read more

When I'm in the mood for chicken, Chick-fil-A is typically where I go to get my fix. The grilled nuggets and cool wrap are some of the healthier options, but don't let that scare you away! The nuggets and chicken minis are addictive and are great any time of the day that you can get them. The fresh lemonade is also great on a hot summer day. I highly recommend going to a chick fil a when you want some inexpensive chicken that doesn't taste 'cheap'. read more

I'll be honest, my trips to NWA aren't those I really look forward to. I hesitate to even go beyond the local downtown B'Ville scene, but upon arrival in NWA and my nice moving American rental car in tow, I'll avoid the Sunday brunch car lines at the local McDonald's and definitely make Chick-fil-A my first stop. The chicken was moist, the waffle fries were delicious, and the service was great. Thank you for my first real Chick-fil-A experience outside of an Atlanta airport location. I really wish San Francisco had one too. read more

I love supporting Chick-fil-A. They take a stand for Jesus Christ and they have great food.

I know Yelp is all about local but you have to give this Chick-Fil-A some love. They're always super friendly and they've got a local feel. They do fun events like Valentines Day date nights, Super Hero days, and they donate to the community. I'm always torn about this local versus national chain argument. A national chain pays local taxes just like a local chain does, supporting local law enforcement, schools, etc. Give these guys some love, they're a great community partner and have some great food read more
