I don't always check-in via Yelp app, because I check-in using the Chick-fil-A ordering app. That being said, I've returned multiple times since my last review, and it's time for an update. The service and quality has improved. Bumping up two stars from previous review. Nuggets each time were decent sized and sandwiches pipping hot. All arrived in timely manner. Their phone app is very good. Checking in while in the parking lot means I generally get the order under a minute once inside. Kudos to the expediters there. I've noticed they always ask what sauces are needed. They will inform you if there will be a delay, and generally tell you why. Bravo. read more

I got the wrong order. Tried calling to have them run out my correct order and the only option is a voice mail, so I got to sit in the long line AGAIN!!! I have little kid's and can't run inside. Total BS. This store is garbage. read more

4 stars because it's just to busy. It's not the restaurants fault they are so good that they are busy, but this is not a good place to grab a quick lunch because the line is so long. With that said if you haven't had a spicy fried chicken sandwich yet you are seriously missing out. Affordable for family but feel better about it than McDonald's. I think it's healthier. read more

This Chick-fil-A is fine. VERY busy. In the same complex as Target, which is convenient. I used the mobile app to order, and my order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately it was not correct (missing BBQ sauce), but so be it. First world problems. Usually Chick-fil-A (in non-NYC locations) gets everything right. read more

Owner operator and staff circling lobby sure great to see that. Owner on the spot getting our table wiped down. Counter staff knew how to handle switch over from breakfast to lunch. This location used to be stellar! But lately it's been AWFUL!!! 3x now I've gone through the drive thru which you are hurried through faster than Black Friday at Walmart, and I end up with items missing from my order when I get home. After this last time we went back and returned our food and requested a refund the managers response was I'm sorry I can't do anything else. Well yes they could, they can refund and then correct the order like a proper food establishment is supposed too. Especially after I note that this is the 3rd occurrence. Honestly this place is great regarding the food and staff! Everyone's very sweet and polite and the food is consistently good! The only thing is the store is really small and there's only one Chick-fil-A in Rockwall so this place gets PACKED. There's not much the restaurant can do about this and they do try to make the drive through as effective as possible, I just feel like another Chick-fil-A would be ideal! read more

As much as I love Chick Fila, this location always messes up orders, and has horrible customer service ( they don't care that they messed up your order and you had to sit through drive they TWICE to get missing meal, in fact they act annoyed that you noticed). Be sure to check your order thoroughly before pulling away, even if they are annoyed that you do so, trust me! read more

i love this place! nothing they have is gross and we love going here, plus they have the awesomest tea in the land!!! the staff is always so pleasant and happy and the food always comes out steaming hot and there is a little older lady that walks around the dining area now asking if she can refill your drink without you having to go to the counter. score! this restaurant is always so clean and the mosleys are by far the greatest franchise owners in the free world. never a bad experience in all of the 7 years or so that this place has been open :) read more

Worst Chick fil a I've ever visited. They are not concerned about customer service only what your name is when you order. I stood at the counter several minutes waiting for a refill and was passed several times by a manager that was not concerned with my needs as a customer. The food was good because its Chick fil a but they could not handle the business they receiving on this slow Saturday evening. read more

They are consistently quick with orders and processing. 100% perfect service every time. My food is always right, and they always answer my questions and provide me with information. Check your to-go orders before you leave. Purchased two Chicken Egg & Cheese biscuits, left the establishment, went to work and when I opened up the packages it was just chicken and a biscuit. I stopped in for luncheon about 11:30, Nov 14. Ordered grilled chicken meal, rather pricy. It took 20 minutes to get it at my table. Been going to this location since their beginning. Always, used to be great food and correct order. But recently, have had issues with missing items. Entrees missing last two times been to the drive thru. They're concentrating on being fast because of the seemingly overwhelming amount of patronage that they get at this location. There is talk of another franchisee trying to get a permit in town. Please let them. It's a popular restaurant...and this one needs relief!! read more

After a brief discussion between managers & an employee making the orders, they gladly provided me with my chicken salad wrap. Management & employees were very helpful & provided excellent service. They now have 2 drive thru ordering stations so it has made the process a little faster. Dining inside there is helpful staff always refilling your drinks and picking up your trash. Never a bad experience other than the wait times but that is only during peak meal times. read more

I love chick fil a, and most of the time this is a great restaurant. We have been going here for years and I think we have only had an incorrect drive thru order one time. The service is usually excellent. I preferred the drive thru before they added the double lanes. This let's them stack more cars in the lot, but it feels like it is actually slower. And that is the main problem with this location - it is just always insanely busy. They really need another one in town. I try to frequent the Forney location as it isn't nearly as busy. read more
