First was the, this is really really really upsetting me. I would use more colorful words but that's a no no here. I was upset because I couldn't find this place. This place takes hidden gem seriously. Look for the Vons supermarket and it's to the right. It's hidden. Then, this place makes me wonder. What the heck is a matcho flavor. I've heard of classic, I've heard of cheese, I even heard of sweet and spicy but never matcho. Then comes the satisfaction. The classic was just as delicious as I expected it to be. Nice fat drumsticks that say "I'm crunchy" before you even bit into them. Lastly the surprise. OMG, the matcho isn't too hot, isn't too sweet, it's just delicious. So delicious I ordered it again a couple of days later. It's like of Chinese's general Taos chicken had a baby with Mongolian beef, and you sprinkled in some jalapeños you get this thing. And it's the best part of the chicken (the thighs) And it works!!!! Get this at your next visit. Overall five stars. THE AUDACITY!!! Workers were so disrespectful. We pulled over to the parking area because usually when asked to wait 15-20 min we wait there to not clog up traffic. When we went to the side the worker came out with the WRONG order then proceeded to give attitude raising his voice at us "You didn't need to leave the window we were bagging it", rolled his eyes and snickered. Upon going back and telling him it was the wrong order he didn't apologize, was aggressive and we waited way past 45 minutes. We went in to get the right order, the worker who was wrong would not even look us in the eye. If you are wrong, expect to be corrected. Threatened us saying that there's cameras like PLEASE wtf are the cameras gonna do? It catches the workers with their bad attitude and horrible customer service LMAO we didn't do anything wrong. Then when we asked "Did you want us to wait by the window for 15 minutes?" he said no and went quiet, why confuse the customer and get mad when you are in the wrong. EVERY TIME we wait in the parking. Got a coworker out and tried to blame the customer saying it was our fault that THEY gave the wrong order and then THEY just kept humiliating us. After a while they finally caved in and gave an empty sorry without even looking us in the eye. Made us feel like idiots and will never be coming back. TRAGIC customer service. Smh even if you have a bad day you NEVER bring that to work and most definitely NEVER deflect onto customers. I did not catch the other employee's name but I do know he was working with Rebekah. If I could give negative stars, I would select the lowest possible rating. read more
