I like coming to this location. It's conveniently located and the customer service is excellent. The food overall this evening was good....the fries were crisp, the grilled nuggets were tasty, the berry sprite drink was sweet and good and the strawberry milkshake was delicious. My only issue was my bun on my grilled chicken sandwich. As I was picking up the top bun to put on honey roasted BBQ sauce, the bun started to come apart. As I picked up to eat the sandwich, the bun started crumbling. The bun tasted ok but I feel that it was an older and not a fresher bun. I hope at my next visit I'll get a better bun for my sandwich. read more

First chick fila I've ever been to that the restaurant was not clean; tables dirty; fries on the floor. My sandwich had a cold bun

First and last time ordering anything from this location. I ran off and left my lunch at home today, so decided to order using the app. A work associate makes a pickup run every Wednesday for our team, so I decided to place an order using the app for pickup. I placed the order before before 11 AM, and close to 11:30, my associate called me to verify I'd placed the order. I verified yes, I had, and the app showed it has been submitted already; so she had to sit around and wait while they fixed my order that they hadn't bothered to even look at in 40 minutes. I ordered the chicken strips along with Chick Fil A sauce, and a small drink. The drink was the only thing they didn't screw up; they forgot the sauce and the chicken strips are stringy, thin, overcooked and dry. This is the only Chick Fil A I've ever been to that didn't deliver excellence across the board. Lesson learned, I won't be giving them my business again. I'd rather go to the cafeteria downstairs than patronize this CFA - and given that the cafeteria food is comparable to something I'd feed a dog, that's saying something! read more

Manager at this location is very inflexible and not customer focused. Wouldn't even help me resolve a simple issue and said "there's nothing I can do" which is a complete lie. Listen, this Chick-fil-A is amazing! They're customer service, the atmosphere inside of the restaurant, and their promptness to serve high-quality food is underrated. Drove up in the left-hand lane as is 900% typical for drive-through restaurants. The closest Lane to the restaurant is usually the drive up lane to place an order. There was no one else in the lane. Nobody came to my service. I rolled down the window and asked the gentleman taking orders if there's anyone to help me and said I was in the wrong lane that it was the mobile lane. he said must drive around in order to come back through the drive-through lane in order to place an order. There was absolutely zero people in the lane. I was in not even at the window. I'm not sure why he couldn't just take my order and let me go through, but I've never ever in my life seen a drive-through restaurant that does not accept orders in the far left hand lane. This really surprised me as the servers in every other Chick-fil-A have been nothing but nice. I was there at around 10:30 AM today. After waiting for about 15 mins, I finally arrived at the window to make my payment. The server, an african american female, looked pissed off, didn't greet me or anything (even though I did) and proceeded to give me the wrong order. Then she asked me my name, and then said to her coworker, "Order for Shahed or Shaheeed or whatever". I understand her giving me attitude the entire time or even not responding to my greeting as she may have been having a bad day, but what I don't understand is the blatant disrespect she showed to one of her customers. I come here at least once a week for lunch since it's right next to my office. I know what's happening. Let me just say this, the staff here is probably the best I've ever seen of any restaurant. Always very helpful, very friendly, very respectful. Shout out to my man Raymond. The manager is also absolutely excellent. Always very helpful, hard working, and can always be seen working right next to the rest of the crew. The food is right on. Always hot and fresh, probably some of the best chick-fil-a you can get. They actually get the cheese-placement pretty good on their sandwiches here . Inside is also pretty good. They got the little playground and everything. Outdoor seating is nice, they got the big umbrellas for the sunny days. Always nice and clean, though the inside always seems to be a bit cold. Might be nice on a hot day though. This was my first time at this location. I ordered what we usually eat and waited till we got home to eat. As we drove I snuck a waffle fry and thought it tasted a little funny, like rotten. I drive out of my way to support this Chick-fil-a. Staff is always so friendly and drive thru is super convenient. This particular store does a lot of promotions and events that support the local community which is why I like coming here. My go-to order is the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce and waffle fries. I also like to order the Spicy Southwest Chicken salad with avocado lime ranch dressing to balance out my meal. read more

This Chick-Fil-A opened in March 2018 so it's pretty recent. Like many restaurants in West Plano, the interior is nicer than in many other places and this restaurant is no different. I haven't been to a Chick-Fil-A that had nicer interior. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich (no 5) and I ordered it here too. It was good and the waffle fries were good as well. The manager was great about making sure I liked everything and made sure I had everything I needed. They weren't too busy at the time so she had time to chat for a short bit which was good. This Chick-Fil-A is at a great corner location near the highway so I bet it will start being very busy here before long. read more

This is my go to Chick-Fila-A restaurant. The take-out is super efficient with 2 lines all the way (does not merge into 1 line after the order is taken). They always ask if I need condiments and sometimes suggest condiments like grape or strawberry jam. I was at another chicken place and each sauce would cost me 25 cents. This trip I tried their latest sandwich Chick Fila Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich with Pickled Jalapenos. It's good. You can taste everything that's in the sandwich including the honey. This is probably one of the most scenic and fanciest Chick-fil-A's that I have ever been to. I only went through the drive-thru but going through the drive-through made me want to come back and eat inside. The first impressive thing is how it is set kind of on a heel as you're driving through the area. They also have double drive-thru lines with fans and heaters out for the people working the drive-thru. The drive-thru line circles around the front of the restaurant so you get a pretty good view of the area As You Are waiting in line. The food is up to par with the other Chick-fil-A's in the area which is a good thing. The staff is amazingly friendly like other Chick-fil-A's as well. I am not sure what they're hiring model it is but they do an amazing job finding great people! read more

We picked up our dinner at the drive thru. We ordered 2 #1 sandwiches (non spicy), didn't bother to look what were in the bag (I suppose this was our fault, but in the busy drive thru lines, who does?) Anyway, we finally got on back to highway and started our dinner. Came to find out the sandwiches were spicy! We don't do spicy food. We can't eat the sandwiches, so we had to throw them away. I called the store phone number (many times). The message rolled over to a recording, stating to pressed #5 to leave a message. Then the phone went dead. Called the headquarters to file a complaint. Was told someone from the store will get in touch. No one does. It has been 2 weeks since the incident. I will not come to this store any more. The service at this location is horrible. I ate in their dining room on a Saturday at 3:00. They were not busy. First in line and no one acknowledged us in the queue. Turns out the order taker was filling his Yeti. Next, someone spilled their drink all over the floor leading to the seating area. When our food came out, I asked the associate if they could bring out a mop. So we ate. The grilled chicken on my sandwich was about 1/2 size of the bun. It was a $12 meal. Manager gave a performance review right next to us=awkward and considering the condition of the restaurant, out of touch. I went to counter for a refill, tip toe across the sticky floor. This morning I ordered a sausage and egg biscut meal with no cheese. When I got to my office and opened it I found they had given me a sausage and cheese only biscut. Check your bag before you drive away from the drive thru window because they will not! Today the person at the window argued with me repeatedly instead of simply giving me extra pickles. This kid claimed repeatedly that the extra pickles I asked for were in the bag. They weren't. Then he said the pickles were on the sandwich. They weren't. Five minutes later I asked for and received refund. Dumbest reason ever for a business to loose a customer, but they have done so. Providing good service is easy. I went into store and they took forever to make a new one. Manager was notified and she glanced at me with no acknowledgement or apologies. This is such a nice feature for when it is raining but you still need your nugget fix. You can drive up, open your window and not get wet since it is all covered. It is a 2 lane drive thru. This location also has an outdoor patio with umbrellas. Every one knows they are always generous with sauce. So when you get too many you can return the extras at a sauce return station. When you are completely done they have electric, handsfree trash compactors! Fancy! read more

This by far is the best CFA I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. A little background, my mothers side of the family was heavy into architecture and one of my favorite podcasts is 99% Invisible (shouts out to Roman Mars) so this location is probably one of the better designed locations I've been in. From the parking lot to the drive thru, dining area to the lobby and it's over all use of space. Nothing was overlapping and on top of each other. Some locations have the pick up areas intertwined with the entrance and order areas so it causes congestion and confusion. But not this location. It got the concept right. The cleanliness was on point and the staff was excellent. I also loved the automatic waste disposal unit. And how about the food? C'mon it's chick-fil-a! The food was just as satisfying as the aesthetics. Chicken was hot and the fries crisp and season to perfection. Enjoyed every bite as always. Hope more stores will remodel to be as design efficient as this location read more
